The Scandinvans

The American Civil, the War Between the States, the War of Northern Aggression, the War for Southern Independence; whatever you may desire to call the war itself was THE bloodiest war in the history of the United States. The American Civil War, as I hope you know this at least about it, was won by the northern States of the U.S. in support of maintaining the Union. Yet, this need not be the case, come and join the fight to defend Southern rights from Northern Aggression. Or you may as well be a loyalist state and fight to preserve the Union of the United States which your ‘ancestors’ fought so hard to preserve.
So you decided will the South gains its freedom, or will the Union of the United States be saved.

To note some of you might say that these proposals are rather awkward, but I allowed most of the border states (except Virginia ) to vote weather or not to join the southern movement. As well, some of you will state that California cannot be for the South, but one of their first senators was pro-slavery, which exhibits that it was a fairly divided state with quite a large southern population in its borders that was pro-Confederacy. Furthermore, Illinois’s southern parts where influenced greatly by Missouri and Kentucky so it would be possible for the state of Illinois to have, at least, an insurgency in favor of the Confederacy.
To state the point system was worked out by me by things such as economy, industry, and population.
