In the interests of greater regional unity, the Anselmian Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to ensure that it has an embassy within each nation of Novus Universitas, and that, in turn, each nation has an embassy within the capital city of Spoletium. The following are the names and embassy addresses of each regional nation operating an embassy within Anselmus:

5. Number and type of weaponry to be kept within the embassy (Within reason. The Foreign Ministry reserves the right to deny approval until this criterion meets Anselmian diplomatic standards.)
6. Number and type of vehicles to be used by the embassy
7. Name of ambassador
8. Any special requests
