After countless eons of chaos and disorder, the Shinigami have organized into a Nation. The Holy Empire of Shinigami Nation.

The Leader of this new nation is known as "Wall the Shinigami", and his first demonstration of power is to make it our mission to monitor and influence other Nations by means of Population control and Apple Quantity monitoring. You have nothing to fear, any Shinigami that enter your Nation or State have the order to only kill those that deserve it. Murderers, and criminals of the worst kind. If anything, the only negatives will be a decrease in your Nations amount of apples. If you see any apples dissapearing, floating, or eating themselves, do not be alarmed. It's only a friendly neighbourhood Shinigami patrolling that area.

(Please note that there is only one way to kill a Shinigami, and you cannot kill a shinigami by regular "human" means of death)

Warning: Several Shinigami's that did not agree to this Nation have become Rogue, and may attempt to terrorize nation's that we visit. Please do not be worried, as any massive decrease in population you may see, is not the fault of the Holy Empire of Shinigami Nation.

Extreme Warning: If you find a Death Note from a shinigami, DO NOT use it. Destroy of it immediately. Adverse effects from use of Death Notes are not the fault of our great nation.

Your tiny population and small army will not stand a chance against The Indonesian States or any other nation that has been here for more than 2 days. Any 'Shingami National' will be shot on site because of your leader's 'demonstration of power'. Your leaders plans will only show how weak your people actually are. If I were you, I would immiediatly take back this 'demonstration of power', before every country, corporation, and semi-autonomous state in the world invades you, and you become a small colony within a great nation.

Onboard the Norsikian Armed Forces Orbital IGNORE Cannon, the 5 deck officers gather to the console that could change a nation's life forever. Individually, the first four inserted their keys and turned them, connecting the reactors to the power couplings leading to the main gun. With a prayer and a sigh, the commander inderted his key, turned it, and hit the red button.

A brilliant Red Beam of Corscuating energy struck the vulnerable ground of the hinigami. as if a plague had infected the very ground, it turned a mottled purple, before eveporating in a nauseating stench. Within minutes, the Shinigami Wall was no more...

ooc:Okay, a population of "death note" death gods is godmoding. Unkillable people makes for very boring RP, so either make them mortal and a little wierd or deal with being ignored by everyone.

Most nations will not take kindly to interferance without permission and will respond with threats and hostility. And if you claim to be a nation of gods, when an army equal to 5-10% of your population attacks, then, in short, you'll get ignored.

I reccomend you check this sticky. Almost everything is worth browsing, but section 1, 2, 3(part 1) and 3 are worth a look. 4, 5 and 6 don't hurt but I take calculators with a pinch of salt at the extremes, because they assume that the 1-15 scale is real world values only, which is frankly, preposterous given the context of the game etc etc. However as a new nation you won't exceed "powerhouse" anyway...

With Wall the shinigami murdered, the remaining shinigami wonder if they should now break the laws Wall set up. the law of not killing innocent people with deathnotes, mostly. The shinigami refer to the humans that reside in the Shinigami Realm. Luckily the humans have been worried about an invasion. They have been using the illegal Uranium Mining operation to procure weapons grade Uranium. The humans then start firing dirty bombs at the opposing Norsikian Army. A cloud of deadly radiation now blocks off the Shinigami Realm, as it billows and begins to sink to the ground, getting absorbed by the ground. The shinigami makeshift army readies the human fleet. Now the Humans, riding on the backs of shinigami, carefully clutch several normal sized atomic bombs, and begin heading to the Norsikian army, fully aware that they are basically committing suicide.
