New strain emerges from Leocardia

With the new formation of the Leosylicius deathinylica strain, also known as the Sillian Death Syndrome, emerged in the research facilities of BioMediTech in Leocardia, the Biological Weapons Institute of 327 had continued the strains' growth as it heads to developing a new biological weapon. Kept under heavy, intensive security and top secrecy, not even all the Leocardian officials, except the president and those who are involved, know about this. The research files had been declassified to Level 1 Secrecy to Level 2 Secrecy as the vaccine to prevent this possible breakout into Leocardian borders occurs.

The Leocardian Institute 327 was the first to release this strain and test it.
Professor Dumboledore says in his video.

This is a terrific find, I must say. The formation of the Leosylicius deathinylica is the first of Leocardia's biological weapon development and has the potential to be deployed within Leocardia's military. The incubation period for this strain is at a couple weeks and is spread with or without skin contact, meaning a person can spread this strain within two feet from another uninfected person. This strain infects its victims by allowing their symptoms to reach a week after they had been infected, perhaps even longer. However, the infectious rate for this strain truly amazes me. This strain is still in research and we are currently in phase 1.

The report was wrapped up.

The month after the report was released and declassified into Level 2 Secrecy, the strain was put back into Level 1 Secrecy. A discovery within this new disease had caused a shift in another billions of funds to the research. In the Biological Institute 327, another sudden new find sparked an interest within the reliable strain. This shift also gave the decision for President Jason Batista to allow Biological Weapons Institute 253 in the project.

The written reports show the progress.

We have discovered the symptoms of this strain. This remarkable strain, Leosylicius deathinylica, has shown positive results for the Leocardian military's interests. Not that it can infect millions in a city in mere seconds, but it can also deliver positive feedback within Leocardia's progress. The symptoms is a severe headache, congestion, and an ear infection to one, and possibly, two ears. It can be relieved mildly with cold medicine, but it cannot be cured. The only vaccinations that are out is under research, but it is certain that it cannot be cured, only prevented.
