NationStates Jolt Archive

I have made a NSWiki site for my nation, it's history, and a few other things. However, I have tried to upload images and failed every time. Can someone tell me how to do this?

Here's what happened:

I press 'Upload Image' (The one with the green arrow)
I press 'Browse', and find the image I am looking for
I press 'Upload File'
A new screen turns up with the title 'Size Your Image'
I press 'Insert Image'
Nothing happens

I would greatly appreciate it if someone would help me.
