Imperial Congress Passes "Neko Civil Rights and Protection Act"
SHAI, THE RYOU BLACK ISLANDS; The Imperial Congress today passed The Neko Civil Rights and Protection Act, which gives more rights to The Nekos and put them under Imperial Protection. "This Act will make sure that The Nekos will be known as part of The Ryou Empire." Said Senator Kameal Shinji.
the act gives the Nekos the right to start their own jobs, go to the same school as Humans and to have the right to trials by Jury and to sit on Juries. and It also protects the Nekos from enslavement and Genocide, like Humans, with the Punishment of life in prison for enslaveing a Neko to Death by Crucifixion to Death by burning at the Stake.
