Arkadia, Yanitaria - Leader of the URPY, King Norheim II has decided to undergo a regional and then international world tour, in the hope of securing trade deals for Yanitaria's declining agricultural industry, and it's faltering arms industry.

In the face of recession, the Yanitarian Minister of Finance, Irène Bordoni, states that "Yanitaria simply needs more of a market than what we have. With our colonies chipping away at the salaries of many workers, we really ought to be more proactive about foreign and regional trade."

In addition, King Norheim states, "You know, I really would like to travel the world because it's something that I really enjoy, that my occupation simply hasn't allowed. I look forward to traveling abroad, and foraging new ties for the Kingdom."

As you may know, the Objectivist Region of Gesford does not bother to participate in international diplomacy. I and many others like me do not wish to deal with governments; we feel no obligation to them. It is in the field of private enterprise that we wish to participate in the international scene.

However, given the rarity of the event that a monarch of a regional neighbor should be traveling in the area, I brought to the attention of the citizens of Gesford this opportunity. As the leader of one of the regional powers, you represent a great deal of investment opportunity for our citizens. Each citizen is by requirement a shareholder in our two resident corporation-states, Venner Incorporated and The Kane Corporation. They have voted their shares in a special securities referendum, and they have mandated that the two corporations facilitate your visit to Gesford.

As the current Volunteer Controller, I am the closest thing Gesford has to a leader, though I would not presume to have any authority over the citizens. Therefore, I will be your guide for the duration of your stay in our region. You will be lodged in one of our finest executive estates, rented from the generous owner courtesy of VI and TKC. You will have adequate security provided for the duration, though you are welcome to bring your own entourage if you desire.

I must mention that every step you take on Gesford's soil is not a step on national territory, but rather private property. Every place you visit will be at the discretion of the owner, though I am sure they will be a most gracious host. Simply remember this when you arrive: that it is not a nation you visit, but rather a collection of rational, cooperating individuals.

It is with the utmost respect that I send this message. After being threatened indirectly by the government of Yanitaria by the threat of war against not only the Nation of Miroxia, but with said threat of war threatening to destabalize the good relations between the Shazbotdom Empire, the Shazbotdom Colony of Shazbotdom Miroxia and the Legitimate Government of the Nation of Miroxia, we feel that this 'Goodwill Tour' may be of some use to us.

Although at this time we will respectully state that the Shazbotdom Imperial Parliament will debate allowing King Norheim into our nation. And if they do pass a resolution inviting him into our Empire, there will be a Schedual of Events drawn up for his trip. This may or may not include side trips to Joko, the capital of Bolrasha, Clatha, the Capital of Halnara, Jackston, the Captial of Alraibris, and Mirox, the Captial of Shazbotdom Miroxia.

It also may include some sightseeing within Shaz City, which is the Captial of the entirety of the Shazbotdom Empire, located on the Shazbotdom Mainland.

Any percieved threats from Yanitaria towards the Dark Empire of Shazbotdom are entirely fictional, and the work of a nation that is known to support terrorists. Miroxia is simply attempting to garner international support through dishonest means, while Yanitaria does not have, nor has it ever had hostile intentions towards Shazbotdom.

You can come to BC, it is actually a beautiful nation, and the government will make sure you are safe and all.

OOC: I would, but you see, my aircraft kind of uses oil to lubricate it's moving parts, and I am afraid that if I do not get back to it with in 48 hours, that it will have been invaded.

It was quite uncommon for an actually written letter to be given, but Lockhelm decided to write it. She had much to talk about with the leader of Yanitaria, specially regarding a small, unpleasant subject: their association with the known totalitarian and oppressive Stoklomolvi, which was something Cecily pondered for a while, she would have to use some conversation skills to avoid asking about it too soon during the trip or too late, it would have to be in the right time, in the right place, using the right words and tone of voice. Maybe she would understand why an apparently mostly democratic country had such relations. It would be better to swallow her anger, for there were just rumors given by an obscure Siberian natives group, and nothing really concrete has yet come. A closer talk with their "king" would probably allow her to make a better judgment of them, and to finally decide whether to motion for boycott and cease of all diplomatic relations with Yanitaria for their support of Stoklomolvi or not.

I'm inviting you to visit Third Spanish States because I believe there is much to discuss in the long lapse of time our nations have lost all contact between them, and because as you will see, my land, nevermind the fact I don't mention it as nation, for we all are internationalists, but back into the subject, Third Spanish States is a quite exotic land. I would say it's like Ancient Greece, but where all cities have no central State. My position is the closest one to a conventional government here, and I have autonomies to invite heads of State or of government and to engage into diplomatic negotiations on behalf of the people's interest. Should you become interested, I would recommend the Christian-majority city of Fátima, because other places might be quite shocking due to the ultra-libertarian principles here, if my assumption you are a traditionalist is correct, otherwise I apologize and would recommend the littoral south in Porto Populi, specially during summer and the underwater town called Enclave City. Should you become interested, please inform which location you would like to visit... maybe the Bacconi woods and the green city of Gaia. Nevermind my lack of formality, it's just the way we are used with here. I will be waiting for the time you schedule for availability in the place you wish to specifically visit. Unfortunately, or perhaps not, we don't have any specific government building or DC, as our government is entirely online and electronic as a direct democracy, but there are more than enough excellent places for lodging here. Also, as a final note, I ask you gently to don't assume anything about my apparent young age because we have an arguably premature but intellectually demanding culture in my land, I graduated with 15 years old, for example, although there are some who did it even with 14 years. Perhaps we could discuss cultural differences as well if you accept this invitation.

Simply said, there are almost no dress codes in Third Spanish States. For example, a polo T-shirt, jeans and "casual" shoes is considered highly formal here and the usual way "executives", or more exactly, older members of cooperatives, go to their works. The only dress codes are for safety equipment and clothing in certain industries. Other than that... there is not much. Actually in Fátima the inhabitants value simplicity and just tend to use plain T-shirts, brand-less pieces of clothing and alike. For Fátima is one of the cities which economy is fully communist. Also, once you're about to arrive, please inform with at least 24 hours of antecedence. Thanks for accepting our invitation.

After a rather long two day debate about this Resolution in the House of Commons, and then a 1 day debate about this in the House of the Senate, we are glad to say that the Resolution to allow King Norheim to visit the Shazbotdom Empire has been passed and signed by myself.

There will be a Visitors Visa drawn up for King Norheim for a time frame of 90 days, of which he will be allowed to enter and leave the Nation without going through the extended Security Checks at the Airpirt. He will though be allowed to go through the standard security checks at Shaz City International Airport.

An Itinerary will be drawn up, and will be made available to your Government within the next 24 hours.
