Nadine was heading by shuttle to the Temple of the Phoenix to finally be coronated, The Emperor's death was recent but the Government thought best she be coronated Empress before somebody tried to stop it.

She was wearing a beautiful dress, similar to that of the great Queens of earth. Not really her thing but naturally the occassion called for it.

"You sure your ready for today?" said John Krusi, the leader of the Imperial Senate. He was a friend of the family, A kind man but very much a Politician.

"Do I have a choice?" Nadine said this with nothing but bitterness in her voice, these are the days you want your parents around and yet it such a early coronation to her was down right wrong.

"Well, if you want Phenixica too become a Republic then you can drop out. But Republicanism is very low in popularity at the moment." He flips his papers, mostly filled these days with people writing about the Emperor and his rule and the great things he did. They did not know the man, they only knew the leader.

They land at the front of the Temple, she walks out at awe. Messiahist Knights guarded all around and then she realised it was really happening, She was not going to wakeup and thats when she started to tear. Father was dead and it was up to her now to fill in the gap.

She slowly walks up the stairs and into the Temple to find it full with people, This was the start of her rule and she was the second leader to be coronated after Belcameron 1st over 1000 years ago.

((OOC: Idea is everyone is already in the Temple, imagine a sort of ancient Greek Pantheon with Marble and statues depicting the Phoenix's that Phenixica worships. I would love to find the perfect picture that would explain what Nadine looks like but I never find anything I really want, Putting in 'Beautiful Redheads' over the internet does not give me the kinda pictures i really want))

"Your orders, milady?" Ramuel asked.

"Prepare the Cul for immediate departure," the Empress said. "I must pay my respects and I would like to express my feelings personally to the new empress at her coronation."

And so, several Cycles later via non-space fold travel, the Empress stood in the great Temple of the Phoenix. She felt almost at home-its grandeur was certainly similar to her own palace-though it lacked in size a bit. At her side, Uruel stood with her, his jaw firmly set in a way that made him less appealing to her. She liked it better when he was being his normal jovial self. His actions were meant to be proper and show Her greatness, but Uni didn't want that. In Her mind, her sister was still the Empress, and Uni the Princess in the background. There were rumors of separatist sects that refused her ascendancy, and Uni hoped that Nadine's transition would be easier.

((OOC: Great pictures but Phenixica is very much based around a European culture, but 'waiting for you' does actually look allot like I would expect.))

Two messiahist go besides Nadine and walk with her too the front, People stare in awe as she makes her way.

The Empire had never really been a Republic, but before Belcameron 2nd the Empire was run by the Senate as a 'steward' until the next Emperor revealed himself. This meant that the Empire if anything is a Ex-Republic that has re-absorbed the monarchy for Tradition sake.

She kneels when she reaches the Lord Protector of the Phoenix Temple, Also the leader of the Messiahist Knights and a trusted ally of her father.

"Nadine, do you understand that as Empress you are expected to guide and protect the people, To put all personal and emotional matters second to the Empire? Do you realize the responsibility of your father in taking the Phoenix Throne?"

Nadine nervously yet loudly said "Yes, I accept the responsibility for the Protection of the Phenixican Empire"

He takes the Emperor's Pauldron, It was a silver pauldron that had a curve to it that pointed upwards. It was crafted for Emperor Belcameron 1st when he decided that no Emperor will wear a crown in order to show that he was not above anybody, In fact wearing the piece of armor signified dedicated service to the Empire and you would never stop your work towards a better future.

"Do you Nadine, accept that with this coronation your past is unimportant and your future is to serve the Empire as it's Protector and Guardian?"

"Yes, I accept the surrender of my past to the Empire"

He bends down and puts the Pauldron on her right shoulder, She was the right hand man of god as too say. This simple act of symbolism proves she is the rightful heir to the throne, By law if somebody takes the throne and holds a coronation they must place it on the left shoulder. Naturally this was a stupid idea since putting it on the left Shoulder means it is perfectly Legal too overthrow your authority.

He takes out a sword, which was not part of the coronation but the alarm went down when Nadine recognized it as her fathers and she was handed the hilt.

“Emperor Belcameron II also told you to follow this vow as well, do you promise to respect and love the people of Phenixica? To cherish your rule and lead us into a better tomorrow, Do you in the end promise too not be a great Empress but too simply be their for Empire”

Nadine had known what this was for, too assure she would not lead the Empire into a personal war with her own enemies. He still knew she held a grudge at nations like Unified Sith and other nations which threaten the security of the Empire.

“I promise that I will never fight for personal reasons and that I will simply rule too Protect the Empire”

She was handed the blade and blesses her.

"Then I pronounce you Empress Nadine of Phenixica, Queen of the Ruid,
Lord Protector of Bis, Guardian of Grun and Governor General of Monra. May your reign continue the golden age we live in"

Nadine turns around and faces the crowd, she raises the blade pointing into the air and yells "LONG LIVE PHENIXICA!"

The reply from the Citizens in the crowd was "LONG LIVE THE EMPRESS!" and so it was, She went out to greet the foreign guests as the new Leader of Phenixica.

Her mother Bianca walks to her side and said with tears in her eyes.

"He would be proud of you"

Halna stands up from his seat, smiles, and claps for the new Empress. He has transformed himself into back into the scarred, albino man, and is wearing golden plate armor, with a silver greatsword strapped to his back.

At the end of the ceremony, Halna walks up to Nadine. "I am very sorry for your loss, but very happy for your gain. The Threads of Prophecy dictate that you will achieve great things in your time, I am certain of it."

He then pulls out a small stone that flashes reds, yellows, oranges, and blues, sparkling and twinkling a billion different unnamed colors. He hands the stone over to her, and it is warm to the touch. "If you are ever in need of my services, just hold this stone and think my name. I will be here in an instant."

With that, Halna walks out the door, and as he steps into the sunlight, dissappears in a shower of golden sparks.
