The Grandiose Ministry of Maldathian Imperial Interests hereby issues an Universal Declaration of Intention citing the intention of the burgeoning nation of The Reborn Imperialists of Maldaathi to inaugurate a vicious policy of expeditious expansion throughout neighboring states. The body politic therefore requests the services of able arms manufacturing companies and countries in an endeavor to meet supply and demand requirements of the newly enacted policy. Generous contracts are being offered to the firm/s who can readily provide the effort with all items included but not limited to:

This is a comprehensive, but by no means complete, list of all required armaments for the Reborn Maldathian Army. Contribute to the cause and go down in the history books as one of the contractors who supplied the Reborn Imperialists with the tools they needed to create a better tomorrow.

After the recent update the Ministry of Maldathian Imperial Interests hopes the scope of our operations is now clear, we are deeply committed to expansion on many fronts for the glory of our nation and the benefit of the world.

(OOC: Though these numbers seem quite extravagant the area of Maldaathi is likely something slightly smaller than present day Earth with a population of nigh on 5 billion people spread out almost equally around the nation. Taking into account the several fronts I hope to fight on and the already large size of our empire it should be understood why these are quite large numbers. That being said anyone who would revise or suggest corrects are welcomed but I have already done some very basic calculations to make sure the numbers ordered are fitting with my military size.)

The Protectorate of Lyras has, for quite some time, been an exponent of cutting edge NS-designed and peer-reviewed military hardware of all grades. Our full catalogue is available on demand (OOC: in sig), but are equipment will cover all your requirements on the ground, a good portion of your requirements at sea, and top-end combat attire.

Further equipment is being added all the time, and if you any specific requests, we do design hardware on request.

After a review of the request made by your Ministry, we here are the EDM:FID have decided that we may possibly be able to spare some of our mining flamethrower technology to aid your national crisis.

The list of possible requisitions are as follows:
Five Driller class APCs.
Two Flame Tanks.
Three squad's worth of flamethrower infantry equipment.

It is also possible to negotiate us giving you one of our Gunboat Hovercrafts.
