Up First will be the Empire of Neo-Ixania


In an interview the night before. "This is your first time taking tour of other countries."

"It is, and I am very excited," Mary Kathrine said. "I hope what I will accomplish is many friends to our Government, and of course I will clear up any misconceptions regarding The Church."

Closing her laptop Mary-Kathrine and her daughter prepared for landing in Neo-Ixania.

"It's so pretty!" Alice exclaimed.

"It is. Now sit back dear, there will be plenty of time for sight seeing."

The plane touched down and came safely to the gate. Walking into the large airport, bustling with tourists from many countries, as well as parents happily coming home to their families from business trips.

Surrounding by several bodyguards stood Ivan Rucinsky, the Foreign Minister of the Ixanian Empire; dressed in an informal but expensive suit that made him look quite dignified. Immediately upon seeing Mary Katherine and Alice, he walked up to them and smiled; extending his hand to President Per for a brief handshake. "It is nice to meet both of you here on this fine day. I am Ivan Rucinsky, the Foreign Minister of the Ixanian Empire. Please follow me."

As they all walked together to the limosuine waiting for them, Ivan began speaking to Mary Katherine. "The Empress will be able to meet you before she continues her own World Tour, Mrs. Per. She has been anxious to meet you and your daughter and wishes to provide you with Ixanian hospitality at her palace. A tour guide will be given to you and he or she will give you a tour of our capital city of Tzargrad. If you desire, I can arrange for you to leave Tzargrad in order to see more of Ixania."

As they all got into the limosuine, Ivan smiled as he began to speak to his guests. "We shall begin your visit here by taking you to your hotel rooms; you will get your own rooms with all of the modern luxuries you would want. After you get settled, we shall begin our tour of Tzargrad."

"The Empress has plenty of siblings but while she lives alone in her palace with no husband nor children, all of her siblings live with their widowed mother. One of her siblings, Princess Catherine, is currently in Alfegos as a student."

But don't get us wrong, we don't suppress women, we encourage them to always strive to do well, be educated but we also encourage them to take charge of the house hold and family. If they don't wish to, of course that is their choice.

Though we know how to have fun in many ways with out shirking our morality. Many people enjoy sporting events, concerts, parties, family gatherings, taking a vacation somewhere, many things. We have five accredited universities and over 20 colleges. Plenty of grade schools as we tend to have many children. I have five other's back home from toddler age to early teenage."

Well when the Mormons were first commanded to go out and commence Missionary Work, one Church Leader from a small farming community assembled his entire congregation and his family on a ship to commence missionary work. Well his their ship was caught in a big storm and they ship wrecked on the land we occupy now. Then he had a vision, it was the Angel Moroni, he told them to settle the land and he set him aside as a Prophet. So since then there has been a line of command for our nation and region. Well around the turn of the century, the question broke out if this was true or not. The citizens formally asked the Central Church Leadership, and they confirmed it as being true, and that we are being led by a true prophet of God, even today. As it turns out several others around the world have been called to lead the faith as Regional Prophets. Our multiple authorities acts in perfect unity there is no contradiction. The only contradictions are the spin-off sects that claim to be the fundamentalists. That is our early history in a nutshell."

Ivan smiled before leading the visitors into the palace's lobby which was adorned with portraits and pictures including some old black and white photos of the family and friends of the Empress' mother and deceased father. A dog rushed towards the three but was halted by Ivan who gently patted him on the head. "This is Ninotchka; the Empress' pet dog. She seriously cares for him but usually entrusts his care to her mother when she is unable to care for him."

The Empress' mother could soon be seen in the distance; she smiled at her visitors and welcomed them. "Welcome to my home. You must be Mrs. Per and Alice. I am Empress Mother Emilie, the mother of the Empress of Ixania. I hope you will find my home to be suitable."

Alexander led Alice to the furnished bedroom that he called his own; it was adorned with all sorts of personal items such as photos of him at fencing tournaments and of him with Catherine at the beach. While Alexander would admit that he had disputes with his siblings, he genuinely cared for each of them equally. "Feel free to look around, Alice. By the way, tell me more about yourself. What are your hobbies, etc for example?"
