Introduction:
In order to create diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Anglia and the other nations of this world, Her Majesty's Government has opened up three parts of the city of Newcastle, our nation's capital, for use as embassy districts which will house the embassies of foreign nations. However, there are rules which all diplomats are subject to follow.

1. All armored vehicles and planes (excluding helicopters) are forbidden.
2. Any crimes committed by a diplomat or a member of the diplomat's entourage are to be tried in an Anglian court.
3. A diplomat is entitled to bring his family to live in the embassy.
4. If a war breaks out between Anglia and another nation, all of the diplomats from neutral nations will be allowed to take their leave from the nation to ensure their own safety and that of their families, etc.

Matthew Parker Street: Named after the founder of the currently reigning Parker Dynasty, Matthew Parker Street is the cultural hotspot of Newcastle with all sorts of cafes, theatres, shopping malls and opera houses. There are also child-friendly venues as well for a diplomat's children to enjoy.

Tudor Rose Street: Named for the emblem of the House of Tudor, Tudor Rose Street is the economic district of Newcastle with many companies having their offices here. It is often said that cousins of the reigning Queen can be seen in this part of the city on certain days. Nations seeking trade with Anglia would find this street to be a good place for their diplomats to open embassies.

Templar Street: Templar Street is the street in Newcastle named after the Knights Templar; a medieval Christian order that found its way to Anglia after severe persecution. It houses the oldest meeting house of the Templars and is a good place for foreign diplomats to see Anglian history firsthand.

3. All members of the diplomat's nuclear family are welcome and are extended full rights to diplomatic immunity.

4. Any and all crimes commited within the Holy Empire by said ambassador will be delt with in accordance to Rathani law.

5. As a matter of prodocol, said ambassador and staff must agree to a background check by the Holy Imperial Inquisition.

The ambassador to Anglia will report to Palatine Gutkeled, the palatine overseeing the Department of External Affairs.

However, if You agree to provide full diplomatic immunity to the ambassador and grant him the Turaani rights to High Justice, your diplomats shall be treated the same in Turaan.
