Unclassified
For prompt release

The following is intended for full disclosure to all interested parties, and after careful deliberation between governmental agencies, has been determined as a valuable public service.

In this age of information and technology, where even small, upstart governments seem to possess at least modest space programs, one can always be sure that when positioned outside, someone, somewhere in the world is looking from a satellite. As a result, we feel it would be pertinent to avoid any kind of misunderstanding and foolish conclusions by uninformed parties, who may be observing from above.

Presently, a mobilization between ourselves and the Realm of Axis Nova is underway. It has become apparent to the high command that, in spite of our alliance in perpetuity, a declaration of many years in age, a joint exercise between ourselves has not occurred in over a decade - though many of our command staff expertly recall the events of the Kraven Campaign, the truth of the matter is that a substantive degree of divergence has occurred between our respective armed forces.

In order to form a more efficient reaction force, and to better complement our extremely different methods of field operations, a joint combined arms field expedition and mutual simulation exercise has been announced, commencing at once. Current projections call for a duration of approximately 105 days - however, several programs to further this time frame exist, if agreed upon by all participatory parties on an as-need basis.

Currently, there are no plans to allow for foreign observer or participant status towards other nations and respective armed forces. If this policy is revised, it will be posted thusly.
