The United Civil Rights Coalition
After many years of dormancy, the UCRC has been reformed to uphold the rights of all beings, human and otherwise.
Founded by the Imperial Democracy in 2012, the UCRA as it was called was formed to combat the AFA and the CA. Today, the UCRC fights not just evil Corporations and Neo-Nazi dictatorships, but racists, bigots and religious fanatics. Older UCRA member states have retained membership in the UCRC, and have each been given NS$5 Billion for purposes of international friendship.
The UCRC wishes membership within the G.O.O.D bloc.
Charter
Military
Declaration 1:
Nuclear weapons should only be used in emergencies in defense of an Alliance nation or a nation protected by the Alliance. Biological weapons are banned, and chemical weapons are to be used minimally.
Declaration 2:
If this Alliance, either as a whole or in part, should be threatened, all nations in this Alliance must provide what military aid they can no matter the attacking nation or alliance.
Declaration 3:
For an Alliance nation to wage military conflict against a fellow Alliance nation is forbidden. Both nations will be removed from the alliance until the conflict is resolved.
Declaration 4:
Mass-murder, genocide, biocide and activities of that sort are not permitted within this Alliance in any circumstances and if committed outside the alliance they may be dealt with, depending on the nation.
Declaration 5:
If Genocide/biocide is committed in any member state by any other nation, forces of the alliance must act to help defend the attacked nation by any means necessary.
Declaration 6:
All UCRC peacekeepers must wear white with the letters =UCRC= painted in black on the side. All UCRC aid vehicles/aircraft must be painted white.
Declaration 7:
If a non-member state is reported as a threat to international equality, a trade embargo will be placed upon the nation/alliance. If pressed for military action, the President will decide if action is taken.
Civil Rights
Declaration 1:
Every being defined as Sentient Life, be it Human or otherwise, is to be treated with equal respect. If any nation in the alliance is found suppressing and/or killing Humans as well as non humans, they will be removed from the alliance for 1 (RL) month. UCRC states are encouraged to bring equality to non-member states.
Declaration 2:
Individual freedoms are not to be suppressed in Alliance nations under any circumstances. If any nation is found doing so, they will be suspended for 3 (RL) months. UCRC states should act to install freedoms in non-member states peacefully or if deemed necessary, militarily.
Declaration 3:
No UCRC state may renounce the sentience of a creature declared sentient by another UCRC state. Doing so will result in a 2 (RL) week removal and a public apology under orders of the Imperial Democracy.
Declaration 4:
UCRC states may not hunt or biocide furries or other sentient beings. Doing so will result in a permanent expulsion and a trade embargo. Non UCRC states committing this crime should be condemned or a trade embargo placed upon them. War is also an option but should be only used if provoked.
Politics
Declaration 1:
No Corporation has the authority to attempt to bribe/manipulate a UCRC state. If a corporation is found doing so, UCRC states are to seize all of that company's assets and remove the corporation from their nation, by force if necessary.
Declaration 2:
Tariff free trading between member states is compulsory. Violation will result in a NS$2 billion fee given to the UCRC.
Declaration 3:
The President and founder both have equal power, but only the founder can authorize the use of nuclear weapons and/or the glassing of a nation.
Declaration 4:
UCRC member states must recognize the following alliances as sovereign:
-The Hegemony
-The CN
-The FWA
-The Questarian Commonwealth
-The APOC
-The STFA
-The ADAN
-The Kiravian Commonwealth
Declaration 4:
Elections for President of the organization will be held every 6 (RL) months.
