OOC: As this develops, you can decide to get involved. You can involve your nation on the Loyalist side or the Republican side. The Loyalists support the Caeser/Monarchy while the Republicans support a Presidential Republic.

To give you an example of how this is going to play out, think of it like the Soviet Invasion of Afghanistan - the government (in this case, the Loyalists) fighting the Mujahideen (in this case, the Republicans). I automatically play the government/Loyalists. You can decide to help the Loyalists or the Republicans.

Caeser Victor Octavian waved to the crowd. He had just finished his speech about the building of Constantinople in Europe. Out from the crowd, someone screamed.

A man shouted and a gunshot went off. The crowd began scattering and the Caeser moved to get a better look. As he did, a bullet went through his shoulder. He yelled and Jayatian Guards ran up to him to escort him out.

A bullet hit the Jayatian Guard in front of the Caeser, splattering blood onto him. The last bullet hit the Caeser in his thigh. The man in the crowd was tackled by a Jayatian citizen, and a Jayatian Guard shot the gunman until he no longer moved. The Caeser was rushed into the Presidential Palace, straight into the medical hall.

"We are on in 5...4...3...2...1"

The camera light changed from red to green. Reporter Jillian Agustus was first up, to deliver the current events in English (Jayate's official language). Afterwards, they would be delivered in Japanese (Jayate's other official language) and Latin (a government-recognized language).

"This is Reporter Jillian Agustus reporting to you from Jayate's own TV5 News. Caeser Victor Octavian was shot today, suffering wounds in his shoulder and thigh. Doctors from the Palace have stated that he is doing well - however, he will not be fit to lead an Empire for obvious reasons.

The Caeser's wife, Naru Ryosaku, has taken over all governmental duties. She has suspended the positions of all governmental Ministers and has taken sole rule of the country. She has imposed Martial Law upon the nation and has called into action Amendment XXVIII of the Jayatian Constitution which states that should the Ruler of Jayate be unable to lead the nation, the order of succession will be his/her spouse, then the Senior Judge of Jayate's Supreme Jury, etc.

Empress Naru Ryosaku has ordered a Jayatian Guard Brigade to occupy Naru, Jayate's Federal Capital, until further notice.

"Madame" said the Caeser's Advisor of War, and he bowed to the Caeser's wife, Empress Naru Ryosaku (whom the nation's capital was named after).

"Speak" she said sharply. She didn't love the royal formalities that her husband required. The Jayatian Constitution, Article II of Amendment XXVIII stated that should there be no Governmental Ministers, Advisors shall become Acting Ministers, though they shall have no power unless the Acting Ruler shall give them an order. This is the current situation.

"It seems that a separatist group known as 'The Republican Party of the Jayatian People', or 'The Republicans' for short, have emerged".

The Empress/Acting-Caeser sighed. She hated revolutions - they always brought disaster.

The Advisor of War continued. "It seems that they are the ones who organized the assassination attempt upon the Caeser. Madame, they are possibly setting their sights for the Provincial Capitals all around our Empire. From Nirvana of Nirvana Province to Prague of the Province of Europe. I firmly advise you to take immediate action against the Republicans before thigns get out of hand"

"Very well" said Empress Naru. "I will heed your advice. Mobilize a brigade of the Jayatian Guard to defend each of the Provincial Capitals. Have a Naval Squadron deployed in the waters of the Indian Ocean in order to provide Naval assistance to Bengalisha, the capital of Gaia. Prepare the Jayatian Military for a war - as if to prepare them for an invasion. Do not deploy them yet, but be sure to---"

"Madame!" yelled a woman. In ran the Viceroy of the Governor-General of Svetlana Province. "Madame! The Governor-General of Svetlana has just sent an emergency fax. It looks like Kyomo is under attack!"

"Shit" said the Empress. She was not known as someone to swear, and the Viceroy had a look of shock on her face which quickly disappeared. The Empress turned to the Advisor of War. "Mobilize a small infantry group of the Jayatian Special Forces to Kyomo along with the planned Jayatian Guard Brigade. We must secure that city"

"Yes Madame!"

Lord Ragan II was looking over a few intelligence reports. One of them caught his eyes.
"Johnson!" He screamed as his assistant came running in.
"Yes sir?"
"Mobilize Squad #362. I want them sent over to Jayate. Tell them not to indentify themselves as our military just yet but only attack the rebel groups." Lord Ragan II said as his assistant saluted him and left.

Director Yulas just arrived on the agency, she looks to be on a good mood, as she is smiling to his fellow employees, she is a middle-aged woman between 25-33 Years old, she has been assigned just recently by the King himself,

As she is opening her door to the office, a employee running from the direction of the EIA Situation Room caught his attention, she knows this is something urgent.


"Maam!" The employee said in a shaking and fatigued voice


"We shall discuss this inside" She said back to the employee


"What seems so urgent? Terrorist attack on the Empire? Rebellion? Assasination Attempt?" the Director is dying to handle one of this cases,


"Uh. No Maam, this concerns our neighbor, Jayate"


"Hmm. Ok, i've heard there are some minor uprisings in Jayate--"


"There has been a revolution in Jayate, Maam, their Caeser, their ruler, was shot today, and his wife has assumed govermental duties and started organizing a resistance against the uprising" The employee cutted the Director


"Well, this is a cause for concern," the Director said


"Shall we raise our Defcon for our agency?" the Employee said


"Raise our DefCon to 2, Readiness to 3, and declare a Mobilization Imminent order to the all EIA" the Director said


"Yes Maam"


The employee left the room, the Director slowly grinned, she was very hyped to be handling this kind of situation


She then reached for the phone marked with "International Incidents Only", a operator answered the Director's call, then transfered to the President, "This is the President, Director, What seems so urgent?"


"The Jayate situation just have been escalated to a revolution, sir, I have raised the DefCon and Readiness levels in our agency, and i have proclaimed a "Mobilization Imminent". just keeping you informed, Sir" She said eagerly


"Yes. That is a good call, We will contact the legitimate Government of the Jayate, we will support Legitimate governments over Illegitimate one's, with the King sick, i shall assume his duties from now on, so, I'll raise the Imperial Armed Forces of the Philippiniada's DefCon and Readiness to Three, We'll send in Limited support but your forces will be for Black Ops purposes" The President replied


"Understood, Sir," The Director said


Immediately, 300.000 Imperial Troops was stationed near the Phil-Jayate Border, plus 1.000 Nakil and 4.200 Lyran Tanks were stationed with the troops, also the state produced 2.000 Imperial Crusader Battle Tanks were also sent with the troops


Director Yulas sent 300 Black Ops agent through the Air and dropped near the edge of the Border, and started going in near the nearest city

We are asking permission to aid you in your time of need, we are offering assistance of our army in wiping out the assasinators of your beloved leaders, also, be informed the we have sent 300 Black Ops Agents for sabotaging and assasination missions that could drastically weaken the enemies,

We thank you for your help. We will allow your forces into our nation as long as these scum are constantly operating here. However, we would like to inform you that our dear leader, my husband, is still alive and well.

We ask that you aid us in securing out Svetlana province. It is Jayate's link to the Indian Ocean on the western side of the Subcontinent of India. Should the separatists take our ports, they will no doubt attack our European colonies using our Navy.

"Alright men!" said General Jacobs over the Tank's communication system. General Jacobs was a veteran - he was the man who secured most of Jayate's European Province, and he was also the Commander of Jayate's War against Caprilusa in Europe.

General Jacobs ordered the tanks forward, he himself being in the foremost tank. They were accompanied by 4 other tanks in an Army Tank Squadron - a subdivison of Jayate's military.

In front of the tanks were the rest of the Army Tank Squadron which consisted of 200 soldiers. Bengalisha was an important Jayate city and it couldn't fall to the rebels.

The soldiers began firing when they reached the outskirts of the city. They were confronted by a group of Separatists. The Separatists had not had enough time to take full control of the city, and they were still fighting the police.

The tanks formed a line and began using their artillery guns. Republicans dropped left and right, but they fought back. They used anti-tank weaponry from the weapons facility in Bengalisha. General Jacobs ordered the front soldiers to move in, and ordered the tanks to fall back. He told the soldiers in the tank to fall back to the city outskirts and then return on foot to attack. He requested an airstrike on the city.

"... And thus, we cannot leave Jayate in such dire straits. No country should have to suffer what we went through, we must intervene." Senator Adams sat down he was sure that the senate would intervene on the republicans side, few were willing to let an abomination like a HATED monarchy last long.

The vote was 92-8. In favor of intervening.

To those in the ranks of the Republicans, rejoice! The republic of CM has seen fit to help your cause, but not without sacrifice on your part. We will be sending a total of 2000 men, but they must not be in direct combat. We are sending them to you to train your men, and guard the higher ups. Also, we are sending all the guns and ammunition you need, starting with 10,000 General Use Rifle Version 4 w/ Rifle Laser Sights Version 1. We will send more as you need it. However, when the war is over and you have (Presumably) won, we will demand payment for each of these sent. You may accept or decline our offer, and we eagerly await your response. We will also send an extra 500 direct combat troops if you agree.

The battle raged on, and the airstrike had just commenced. The Empress herself exercised her power and took Supreme Command of the battle from Jayate's capital, Naru. She ordered the air bombers to bomb all abandoned buildings of the city. She also ordered a Jayatian Naval Squadron to block off the Southern Coast of Jayate in an effort to prevent Republicans from leaving via sea.

Empress Ryosaku's "Viceroy" for the battle was General Jacobs. She being the Supreme Commander, she was commanding all of Jayate's Armed Forces but she allowed General Jacobs to still command the army.

The Jayatian Guard Brigade arrived in the city at 12:00 AM, Jayate Standard Time. They secured the government's (what the Empress deemed "The Loyalists") victory. The Jayatian Guard was also commanded directly by Empress Ryosaku. They secured the military and civilian airports of the city. They also invaded the Weapon Factory of the city, rid it of Republicans, and used the weapons there to crush the rest of the opposition.

Loyalist Casualties suffered: 500 soldiers of both the Jayatian Army and Guard

General Jacobs asked the Empress to send more tanks in order to guard the city. She agreed and they were on their way. Bengalisha was under secure control, but the other capitals were still targets of the Republicans.

OOC: I'd be willing to support the Republican side, as well as play them if you wish. I'd like some information about what they're like and what you're nation is like, first though. I've got nothing better to do on NS right now, so I'm up for it.

As of 20:15 GMT, the Parliament of the Armed Republics of Tagundland has voted in support of a resolution to aid the Loyalist Faction of Jayate. The government of Tagundland has authorized the deployment of the 88th mechanized division, consisting of 10000 armoured tanks, APC's, and Tagund Marines, as well as air support from helicopter gunships. The commanding officer of the Tagund forces in Jayate will be General Leonidas Xerxes, well known for having crushed Tagundland's famous April Uprising.

Prime Minister Titus of Tagundland: Dissent in Jayate would encourage insurrection in our own state, we feel that it is a matter of national security to work in conjunction with the loyalist forces of Jayate to quell the rebellion.:mp5:

Disgraced ex-general Leonidas Xerxes was being escorted out of the government prison by two burly guards. Recently he had been sentenced to 1000 years in prison by Prime Minister Titus on the alleged charges that he had stepped on a lamprey, the nation's national animal. Now he was being released, and given an audience with the Prime Minister. "What do you want!",the rugged and bearded Leonidas bellowed. "I want you to lead the army in Jayate and crush the republican movement."replied the midget Prime Minister. Leonidas consented and as soon as he was restored to his rank and position, he began plotting to kill Prime Minister Titus and his family. "That will have to wait, just a few weeks in Jayate, and I will soon triumph",he thought. He then set his mind on strategies for crushing the rebels, for if he succeeded in doing so, he would get his revenge.

Greetings your Highness, I believe Volzgrad may be able to help you in defeating the republicans. We currently cannot send ground forces, however our air force and navy may be able to help you achieve victory. We will sent the aircraft carriers Ostock and Kuroskin along with their assigned aircraft squadrons to aid you. Once our ships are at the closest shore, then Admiral Mikhailovich will take over and begin bombing runs and air support sorties on the Republican strongholds. You and your forces may call upon us for aid at any time, I'm sure my pilots are more then anxious to kill rebel scum. However, if your nation status becomes critical, then the 1 million strong 7th Army will be immediately deployed to your nation. Hopefully we can stamp out this rebellion before we turn to such dire courses of action.

If you wish to call upon our economic aid. Then simply telegram us and we will send any resources you wish. Good luck your highness, and may the future look bright for your nation.
