The Target is the ruler of The Nation known as the Rykarian Territories. You will find him in that nation. He is Well Guarded and is armed. Use whatever meens you want, but Michael Fleischer is to be bought back alive.

Hamid Abu Hassan Abdul Qahhar, 44 years old, lived in a hut about 50 kilometers south of New New Sodom, a port city in eastern Kahanistan. He missed the long, honourable history of warfare, and lamented that Kahanistan had moved away from the sword in favour of hiding behind the shield of Praetonia. He feared that Kahanistan would one day develop what was called in international politics, "FWS syndrome," named for Fascist White States which had become a protectorate of Automagfreek, and then depended on the protectorship to the point where AMF had tired of having its reputation dragged through the mud and obliterated most of the country.

When Hamid received the letter from Empress Isabella, he ran his decryption software over it to read it. He would be going to the Rykarian Territories to claim an $892,000,000,000 pelt - the biggest catch of his career. He allowed himself to imagine buying his own superdreadnaught and living in the middle of nowhere.

Hamid examined his weapons - a Macabean Hali-53 assault rifle, DMG-made D-7 Cobra Strike sniper rifle, heavy tactical body armour, gas mask, multiple filters, Aequatian ILAW-90 rocket launcher, and array of hand grenades - smoke, napalm, and VX. He had even modified a small nuclear charge to be compatible with the ILAW-90. For close quarters, he had a serrated 350mm knife with a grip like brass knuckles, and a bayonet. Hamid also owned a small insertion boat. However, the boat would not get him to the Rykarian Territories, and Kahanistan didn't have a lot of trade with them - they didn't normally trade with anti-furry nations.

The mercenary rented a yacht from a wealthy executive for fifty thousand shekels. After a few modifications to the engines, and buying a ton of yacht fuel, Hamid had a vessel capable of getting him to the Rykarian Territories inside of three days at full speed.

Specifically, we object to the proposed use of a cruel and unusual punishment of crucifixion. It is a long and painful death, and very cruel.

Our objections are not to the men that hunt this man, we only seek the assurance that the man will not be put to death cruelly. If you wish to execute the man, hang him. That is a quicker death, and it will have the same effect on crime as crucifixion. Until then, all trade will hereby cease with the Ryou Black Islands. Travel between both countries is hereby suggested against in our Department of Travel and Tourism to the public.

There is no honor in what you do either, he may have done wrong, but that does not mean that's okay for you to take revenge upon him. If he is too evil to live, hang him, and do not be in the same position he is on. Let he who was without sin , cast the first stone. You should just hang him alone, and do not desecrate the corpse, for it has no meaning after death.

If you do wish to sort this embargo business out, I invite you to my mansion in the mountains outside of Berlin, our re-named capital, to talk this over. I suppose you won't, but if you do, the offer stands.

A Short, Skinny built man stormed into the office, brandishing what appeared to be intelligence reports.
"Sir, There is something you urgently need to see."

Mr. Fleischer was relaxing, Laying back in his padded office chair, Pondering About all the recent events.
"I hope your intrusion into my office is justified, Alex." He said, His eyebrows slowly beginning to tilt, Angered at the sudden disturbance.

The Intel officer set the papers down on the desk and slid them over to the Führer. "Read these sir, Intel picked this up just 30 minutes ago."

Michael leaned forward slowly grazing his eyes over the paper, he began to chuckle. "The arrest of one Michael Fleischer, hmm? Haha." He leaned back in his chair, still laughing.

He stood up, His tall 6'4 220 Pound build towering over the Intel officer. He began to walk towards the window pondering his options. "Thank you for Informing me, Alex."

Mr. Fleischer peered out the window of his office, Located on the 400th floor, of the massive Großmächtig Tower Located in the center of Kulmhof. Referred to simply as The Citadel
"They have no idea what they are getting into."

He quickly spun, his arms apart in a shrug like gesture
"Look at this." He began to laugh

"How do these Fools think they can barge in here, and Arrest me, in my own Nation? Haha, If these Ryou Islanders think they can achieve this, They may be as Idiotic as i presumed."

He walked over to his desk, hitting a Comm network button. "ROS, Patch me through to Camp Kaiserwald, Office 32B, Field Marshal Kauen." His eyes quickly jumping to the Intel officer.

Mr. Fleischer nodded to the Intel officer. "Leave."

The Intel officer quickly stormed out, The large metal blast proof doors locking behind him.

The man on the Radio responded, "Yes sir, One moment." The Radio crackled and Went through a serious of beeps and tones as it connected, In the mean time Mr. Fleischer picked up a headset that was plugged in to the Radio and put it on.

"Yes, My Führer?" The man on the other end said, His voice deep and raspy, A German accent tainting his speech.

Mr. Fleischer sat down, His eyes once again grazing over the papers as he began to speak
"Field Marshal Kauen, I need you to dispatch a Brigade of Totengeist to The Citadel Immediately, They are to reside in the RDF Station on the 390th to 399th floors."

"It will be done Sir, They will Be mobilized immediately, They shall arrive within the next two hours." Field Marshal Kauen disengaged the radio, And began making preparations for the Totengeist to be Mobilized.

Mr. Fleischer quickly composed a Letter to his Old friend and ally, Grand Commander GRIFFITH-II.
He wrote asking for assistance in this matter.

Michael took off his headset, setting it on the table. He stood up and walked infront of the office windows as he began to watch the sun set on the horizon over the city of Kulmhof....A plan brewing in his head.
"This shall end greatly, indeed."

He quickly took out a cell phone and dialed a number.

Michael spoke into the phone "Lieutenant Klom, Put G88 on Immediate-standby."

"Yes sir" Lieutenant Klom said as Michael flipped the phone shut, returning it back to his pocket as he continued his gaze out into the horizon.

Hamid turned the yacht around, and jumped overboard, leaving a rock on the gas pedal. It would continue to speed away from Rykarian waters (and confuse the hell out of whoever they found it) until it ran out of gas, and its registration could be traced so the boat could be returned to its rightful owner.

The mercenary leapt out with his weapons in a buoyant pack and landed in the water in his insertion vessel. Within 24 hours, he was ashore in an isolated area of Rykaria, where he looked over his map, made of vinyl so as not to be water-damaged, and pinpointed his location and that of the Rykarian capital.

Well-versed in survival training, he could easily hunt or forage for food, and his pump enabled him to drink water from the filthiest of swamps. Hamid needed only to get around Rykaria without arousing suspicion - a difficult task with his arsenal, but not impossible if he kept everything disassembled in his military-grade rucksack, posing as an adventurous hiker or hunter. "Posing" might be an inaccurate term; he basically was a hunter, and a hunter in pursuit of perhaps the most valuable and dangerous prey in the world.

A man in a black trench coat gets out of the car, grabs one of the orphans of the street and throws him in the back seat of the car. The car speeding off runs a red light, near clipping a fast moving semi trailer. The change must start immediately if this reward is to be attained.

After 3 days without sleep water or food, the 13 year old boy is a piece of cake to manipulate. The man in the trench coat asks him: "What is your name". The boy replies "Michael Fleischer" without any hesitation. his face shows what happens if he hesitates. The man in the trench coat gives him a sip of water and a small biscuit. It appears that he is ready, The name is legally changed, and the boy thinks he has always been known as Michael

From what our diplomats have seen of Rykaria, an assassination on Mr. Fleischer would be physically impossible. We also find it very laughable that you do not send your own agents after such, instead wasting billions on 3rd party groups that cannot be trusted instead of making life in your nation better. We also find it laughable that you have made no attempt to assassinate the Grand Commander.

Dear Victims and Victims to be of the Evil Royal Whore of Ryou:

In an attempt to create an organization dedicated to mutual defense, Apoclypsia is holding a meeting in Seeatel, Washingten D.C.
