The Democratic Republic of the Vanteland's leader, Tucker Boot, CEO of Buy & Sell Incorporated, has been captured alive and smuggled out of the country by operatives of the Resi Corporation. The Resi Corporation now offers the anti-furry scum up to the Ryou for the agreed bounty of ten million Universal Standard Dollars.

The capture was sparked after the Democratic Republic applied and successfully joined the Anti-Furry Alliance. To celebrate, all two hundred furries in the country were captured and put on schedule in the Arena of New Vantepolis for noon. They were inserted with steroids and several drugs to increase their aggressivness, put on field, lit on fire, and killed by gladiators defending their lives. The battle was short, but very much entertaining, drawing record crowds.

"I hate you, bro." said Tanker to Tucker as the Resi men smoothly knocked him out and put him in the plane.

"It's all for the money, Tanker. Your death might fetch us as much as five million USD's if they take the bounty price!" Tucker said, not a speck of guilt or remorse anywhere in him.

"In other news, the Ryou ruta dropped sharply in trading today as news that the country is offering a bounty of $5 trillion dollars, in ruta terms nine percent of the gross domestic product of the country, for the successful assassination of the Anti-Furry Alliance leadership.

The Ministry of State had no comment on the situation, but Praetor Ekomov dryly noted during a mid-morning briefing with the Council of Economic Advisors that the Vetalian government, were it so inclined, could offer a bounty of $10 trillion for the successful and confirmed assassination of the leader of the Ryou and hardly budge the ruble from its current trading range of $1.80-$2.00 and went on to mention that the 2.7% real economic growth of Vetalia this year would add roughly $14.31 trillion to the gross domestic product..."

We are quite annoyed with the Nation, and would like everyone to silence themselves for the sake of my Peoples continued Sanity. Therefore, it is prudent to note that, over the course of perhaps two years, we shall be sending the successful parties(s) the amount of $20 Trillion Universal Standard Dollars.

If you nuke the Ryou Black Islands into decimation, we will pay double and then some. But remember, they come in Billion Dollar Payments, and will probably never end.

As a founding member of the Anti-Furry Alliance, I am deeply insulted that the price for my own head has not even been marked, and will likely not be nearly as significant.

Therefore, I propose an offer: the head of state of The Ryou Black Islands attends a summit in the Kremlin with the heads of state of the major players in the Anti-Furry Alliance. Here, you will be permitted to carry out a proper duel adhering to the Imperial school code of conduct with each of the member states.

For each battle you win, you will obtain the bounty placed upon them paid up front from the nation in question, and you may leave with the satisfaction that you personally killed the persons you are placing the bounties on.

Should you lose, however, you naturally forfeit your life, as well as the independence and sovereignty of The Ryou Black Islands, making it come under the jurisdiction of the Anti-Furry Alliance.

Placing bounties is an act of cowardice. If you, Head of State of The Ryou Black Islands, wish to truly prove that you are the honourable one, you will accept my offer.

This message is directed to you, and only to you. While I understand you conditions, I cannot readily accept! Were just throwing money out there, mainly because I'm a Imperialist Bastard, to play around with the mortality of those "lesser" nations that keep babbling about some insane ploy. While I respect the Anti-Furry Alliance, and at the same time mock them for fun, I could have the Twenty Trillion as a reward for the duel victor?

Just a thought, to amuse the bloodlust of the many children of Anagonia...who would be watching, mind you.

I would thank you. Personally, I believe I speak on behalf of our own Anthropomorphic population when I ask that you kindly leave our "furry", as you call these sentient creatures, alone. We live in peace among these equals, and wouldn't mind lobbing nuclear devices at your "Anti-Furry Alliance" should you see our population as "non-equals" for some odd reason. I mean, it's not that I want to come to that, it's just that looking at Diplomatic history between our two nations we kinda...you know...get along.

So, with interest to diplomatic unity, we will offer the Twenty Trillion to you should you choose to accept. But, be warned, we will continue to mock your alliance on our television stations...because thats what television is for, freedom of parody and whatnot.

No offense meant. I just can't control EVERYTHING that happens in my Nation. Thank God for Democracy in that case, else someone would have shot me by now.

Our official stance is, of course, that furries are not equal to human beings, although even as a founding member, we are not as...well...militant as some of our allies in the AFA.

For threatening our Holy Emperor and for daring to place a bounty upon his divine head, the Ever Glorious, Sacred, Fatherland of the Social Imperialist Empire of New Greater Nicksyllvania hereby declares that all Ryou vessels are to be fired upon sight regardless of location, and that the Imperial Navy shall procede in the bombardment of Ryou Black Island coastal cities, effective immediately. These hostilities shall continue until the bounty upon the Emperor is lifted, an apology is made in person by the leadership of RBI, and that $5 Trillion in gold is delivered directly to the Nicksyllvanian Empire. We currently have within our custody one Gnaeus Mundus I, Emperor of Belkaros, whom we obtained from a raid on his summer home in Resi-owned Bandonia. While we don't like you for your methods, Mundus is a genocidal maniac and the world is better off without his ilk.

Incidentally, in the raid he was severely brain-damaged. He barricaded himself inside his summer home's safe room, after we managed to get a tear gas grenade in with him. We shut down the ventilation system in an effort to force him out, but after two hours we began to worry and were forced to weld our way inside. Mundus is now a vegetable, and though he can breathe of his own accord, he can't do much else. Having a trial with him in this state would be pointless, in our professional opinion, unless you wish to draw out the public spectacle to the point of making his inevitable crucifixion mundane.

We would like to inquire as to the price tag on this individual. Should you be uninterested, we suppose we could ransom him back to his homeland as we are a completely neutral party in all this and, as always, are really only interested in whatever profit we can make.
