This RP is about The Underground, The Crime Groups of the Empire.

The Story:

The Ryou Empire is one of The Most Powerful Nations in Xanadou. But In It's Shadows, Crime Organizations have risen as they try to make Criminal Empire that are unrivaled in The World.

The Pirates Guild and The Sumuggers Allaince have been fighting each other since the Hatarian Era. and The Pirate Guild has a ally in Grand Admiral Ryu.

Three organised crime groups, The Shaiese Tong, the Ryou Yakuza and The Galibino Crime Family are fighting for control of Rum Running and Gun Running. While The Illegal Drug, Opium, is being sold at the highest price by The Sumuggers Guild.

OOC: Red Dawn International is a multi-national private military corporation that deals extensively in arms dealing as well as contract mercenary work.

They always appreciate contacts within underworld organizations, as they comprise almost a third of their annual weapons sales profits. I'd be more than happy to supply a representative or two for any such criminal organization that wants to participate.
