The Bulgislavian reforms were still very new and the old Stalinist regime of Provoçe was still fresh in all the peoples minds. The most notable differences in the country were the flood of outside Bulgislavian's in flash western clothes that walked the streets. Most Bulgislavian's just ignored them, eyeballed them and viewed them with distrust and a sort of curiosity.

More foriegners were also in the country. 2 days ago Comrade General Secretary Alia Prekov announced they must pick up on the tourist market and exploit Bulgislavia's black sea coast and open up Black Sea beachside resorts. Alia also announced that after over 40 years the Regime will eliminate the 2 children quota and allow abortion for the first time.

Large open air markets also became a new phenomenom with people selling thier own possessions in small stalls. new cafe's were also beginning to open up as well as other small businesses.

Acording to Cigouriva reports the Workers Party was as popular as its ever been with an increase in positive mention about the General Secretary and already they released a report to the government that Alia is Bulgislavia's most popular leader in its entire communist history.

The biggest issue the party has to deal with now is with a Dissident Film Director

Ivan Petrov was Bulgislavia's most famous film director making films about the great Patriotic Liberation War (World War 2) and about Provoçe's achievements and a Biopic about Provoçe as well as romance films about young revolutionaries working hard to build Bulgislavia into a socialist paradise.

He cause controversy in 2002 when he set a plan to make a film about Communist Rebel Attrocities during the Great Patriotic Liberation War against "Traitors" which the censors banned him from making and he was threatened with a loss of carreer if he pursued it further.

Now with the new reforms Ivan Petrov is set of make a new controversial film witch can damange the prestiege of the Party about the Famine in the 1990's about government obstinance in allowing aide relief and the film centers around a Disillusioned party member and a family of regular Bulgislavians

Alia Prekov has said that although he is for a greater relaxation of censorship
the Famine affected everyone and is too fresh int he minds of the people and has told Ivan to wait for a while before making this. Other party members most notably the remaining hardliners are calling for Ivans arrest or a banning of him from the film industry. even the reformers are a bit worried about the controversy and questions raised that this film can cause
