For the time being, the Imperial Federated States will not join this alliance, as Romandeos has a somewhat small Furry population nationwide, and most of those choose to 'live rough' in the country, keeping them away from the nation's political mainstream.

In addition, people who dress in fursuits are called Furries as well. Many nations persecute both with little to no real attempt at distinguishing between them. Makes for good, and ironically realistic, RPing.

They are the anime equivalent of elves and the like [despite elves having much screen time in anime.] Do not, EVER confuse Cat girls, bunny girls or Fox girls with Furries, which are anthropomorphic animals, with fur and snouts and the whole nine yards.

OOC: I resent any insinuiation that Neko's, Usagai, or Kitsune are furries. They aren't. Nekomimi is a whole different thing which basically means "Cat Ears" they're human in every other respect cept for having ears and a tail. Kthxbai.

The Grand Holy Empire of Imota has decided to withdraw its application for membership in the Save the Furries Alliance. We feel that Ryou's recent aggression against Roma V is inconsistent with the Alliance's mission of peace, and feel that our own membership in the Alliance cannot continue in good faith as long as Ryou holds a prominent leadership position in the Alliance. We agree with and support the Alliance's stated mission, but cannot reconcile the Alliance's mission with Ryou's actions.
