The Conglomerate of Siberian Natives has at last decided to act on a nation that should have been destroyed ages ago. Once a nation larger than this nation, the nation in question attacked us again and again and repeatedly stole our lands during the Middle Ages. Now, we are reduced to nothing but a huge underground vault with a small parcel of aboveground land, and we must fight for our rights! Down with the oppressors!

Declaration of War on STOKLOMOLVI

I. Preamble

"The nation of Stoklomolvi, a terrible communist state with a terrible human rights record, has repeatedly attacked us and has oppressed our people. We must fight for our rights and regain our lost land!"

II. Casus belli

The nation of Stoklomolvi has acted alongside other repressive forces to destroy nationalistic forces, such as alongside the repressive Yanitarian regime when the revolutionaries decided to change the government for the better. Stoklomolvi itself has constantly stamped out its governmental opposition, and its political freedoms are nil. It oppresses its people purely to stuff money into the pockets of its bureaucrats, and it murders those who do not consider themselves to be of the "Stoklomolvi race". This must not be allowed to stand! They have killed our brethren, murdered our leaders, and ruined our economy! Brothers, comrades, freedom fighters, revolutionaries, we must unite against this common foe! We must unite against this symbol of Communistic oppression! We must unite against this terrible state!

III. Conclusion

The state of Stoklomolvi has for too long oppressed us with their so-called "legitimate" rule. We must act. The Conglomerate of Siberian Natives once more declares war on the Communist Dominion of Stoklomolvi.

The nation of Siberian Natives is located within Stoklomolvi territory as a micronation. It has a standing military of 3 million, with a mere 200 tanks and 4 aircraft. The majority of its people is located underground, with 24 people living above ground in the fortress.

Official Message to Siberian Natives

The CERC has a long-standing live and let live policy with the famous nation of Stoklomolvi. Due to the nature of our interest in that nation, we must openly condemn this declaration. The CERC is prepared to intervene militarily with it's powerful standing military. The CERC must insist that this declaration be formally and officially withdrawn by Siberian Natives.

The CERC is prepared to offer 24 hours for Siberia to consider the ultimatum. Should Siberia fail to comply, an immediate military response will be executed without warning at a classified time and location.

Due to the seriousness of such accusations, and due to the fact the Anarchist Confederacy will not tolerate bastions of oppression and tyranny among its borders, we would like to know and receive, if possible, any proof you have of Yanitaria's involvement with such deplorable action, and to know how long ago it did happen. Should you send enough evidences, we'll have to take actions to maintain our principles, regardless of the consequences of breaking all our relations with Yanitaria. I am deeply sorry to the fact cannot ensure any aid to your plight as of now, but I wish you the best on overthrowing your oppressors of the false socialism which persists even today.

I have the "People's Republic of Spain", an obscure totalitarian nation based in RL Spain which is as irrelevant to the modern world as Cuba is, but I don't intend to put them into action soon)

The German Empire has, ever since 1871, seen it as our duty to lead the forces of nationalism and freedom to victory in all nations not so strong as ourselves. Since 1918, it has also been our mission to mantain a constant vigil against Communism, once the greatest threat to human civilisation, as it lurked beyond the Vistula.

The Empire appaluds the unbending heroism of the Siberian people, as they have never given up their struggler against the communist oppression of Stoklomolvi. And we also wish freedom for the people of Stoklomolvi to choose their own destiny, free from a corrupt communist husk of a government. But we wish bloodshed to be avoided. Hence, we suggest that hostilities be frozen for a period of 24 hours and an emergency summit arranged under the mediation of the Empire to resolve the grievances of the Siberian people and commence the process of democratic reform in Stoklomolvi.

If Stoklomolvi refuses mediation, they will be at war with the German Empire, the Kingdom of Poland, and the Kingdom of Lithuania.

The Empire advises The Royal Code not to talk about "live and let live policy" while they threaten military intervention in the affairs of another state without providing justification.

We do not desire war, but we are prepared for decisive action,

The CERC is not intimidated by Nova Boozia's threats. The Colonial Royalty has allies of her own.

At this time however, it seems unlikely that any action will be carried out by the Siberian Natives against stokolmolvi.
