A call has gone out from the Provisional Government of the Commonwealth of Morrdh for contractors from other nations.

The decision came earlier today after an annual review of the continued Reclamaton efforts by the Morridane people to reclaim their former cities after they fell over a century during a zombie plague outbreak in 1905. Due to Morrdh's island location the Morridane people were able to contain the animates and then slowly start to reclaim their cities. They are believed to be the only surviving province of the former Ruskkie Empire which also fell to the plague.

The contractors are wanted for salvage and reconstruction work in the reclaimed cities thus allowing Morridane efforts to focus on taking back the remaining cities and more importantly the former capital, Morrdun.

All contractors will be allowed to bear arms, but must comply with Morridane Health Protocols. Full deatils will be given on request and prior to entry to Morridane soil.

We have also had zombie problems in our past and we also rebuilt after the disaster.

We can lend you immediate help in the form of Defence Force combat engineers from our homeworlds. They should be able to assist in the reconstruction of your reclaimed cities and they are routinely armed as well as having their own armoured support vehicles.

Current reconstruction work is focused on the de facto capital, Fellig.

Be advised that all our ports are closed awaiting to be given the all clear by the Ministry of Reclamation and our airfields are only equipped for airships and biplanes.

The Isle of Avisron has been ravaged by many large zombie plagues throughout our history, some of which threatened to completely erase our society from the face of the planet. We adapted, however, and now this nation is vastly secure against the undead menace. Building codes, self defense education, and patrolled coastlines all contribute to the safety we currently enjoy.

Not all peoples are as lucky as we are, though. There is virtually always an undead outbreak somewhere within the world. As local authorities "mop up" large and small outbreaks, ghouls inevitably wander out into the ocean, only to pop up a world away and wreak havoc on another innocent society.

The Constitutional Republic invests heavily in trying to eliminate the zombie threat wherever it may go. We hereby offer your nation our complete assistance. We have available to us a professional anti-ghoul army, with assets specifically built to deal with the threat you face. After the hordes are dealt with, we will secure your infrastructure and populace through engineering and education.

We'll need a certain amount of monetary support to accomplish this, however. We'll work with you to ensure it does not cause undue hardships upon your newly freed populace, however. It should be a small price to pay for complete protection from the living dead.
