Queen Belladonna announced during a press conference this morning addressing the altering of ka-Spel's name to "The Empire of..." that a new territory had been purchased and was officially the first territory in the newly formed "Empire of ka-Spel".
The Dominion of Ugolahn City lies just about 100 miles away from ka-Spel, surrounded entirely by forestation that has yet to be developed. Sources say that there is no habitation there as of yet, and the Royal Department of Immigration has begun taking applications for building permits from corporations, businesses, and private citizens both in and outside of ka-Spel.
The Queen also appointed Damien Riso as Prime Minister of Ugolahn City, citing a "promising future for the city under his rule." Riso had previously been assistant to the Queen's daughter, ka-Spel Secretary of State Princess Coldheart, and had extensive experience in foreign affairs. Rice refused to comment about what his plans for the region were, citing only that the city would be a "major player" in Her Majesty's declared Empire.
