Zhapis is an island located that is located in the Arabic Sea, smack dab in the middle of the large body of water. The coordinates for Zhapis are: 37 25 N, 102 05 W . It is located in the Northern/Western Hemisphere.

b] Dimensions
The total area of the island is 816 kmĀ², while being 24 kilometers long and 34 kilometers wide.

c] Climate and Geographic Elements
Zhapis’ main island is roughly crescent shaped with five main isles located in the middle. On the island of mainland Zhapis, the climate changes depending on the region. Zhapis is totally surrounded by water, the coasts are lined with lush jungles where cities are often built without harming the jungle around. Deeper into the center of the island, the jungles begin to disappear and turn into barren, desolate, inhospitable desert which spans hundreds of kilometers without civilization. The isles are inhabited by much wildlife along with humans, both making their homes in jungles. It is not an unusual site anywhere in the land of Zhapis to see skyscrapers peaking from the tops of the trees.

Zhapis is an extremely environmentally aware country. It is illegal for anyone to cut down one tree with special permit from the Head of the region. Also, automobiles are illegal in Zhapis, which also explains the low percentage of heart disease and obesity.

Zhapis is divided into three prominent Territories: West Zhapis (taking up the western half of the main island), New Karachi (taking up the remaining half of the main island), and the Red Isles (Which includes all the isles: Aji, Baji, Caji, Daji, and Zhapi.)

The economic structure of Zhapis works like this:

The total GDP of the nation is $175 Billion and the GDP per capita is $9 708. Out of the total GDP, the Zhapean Government receives 26.3%

The unemployment rate for the people of Zhapis is 17.08%, the unemployed do not receive Unemployment Insurance, instead they receive housing and nourishment provided by the government and help in finding their perfect job and achieving prerequisites for that job. The average income tax rate is 22% but is higher for the wealthier.

Zhapis was founded by military operatives from the nearby nation of Karachi, on the mainland across from the Arabian sea in 1923. In 1925, a law was passed by the Karachi government passed a law stating that prisoners of extreme criminal backgrounds or charges would be marooned on the newly founded island, away from society. Soon enough, barges filled with the nation’s criminals approached the island and unloaded them there. Guilty or not, human instinct kicked in and the men and women began building a civilization. In 1930, the group flourished, officially finishing their parliament building on the isle of Aji. A dictator by the name of Hal Ake tool control, naming his newfound nation “Ahkis” meaning “Is evil” in their native tongue. He passed insane laws, not thinking about the people, only himself and for twenty years he ruled. In 1950, A large group of rebels calling themselves “Ahkis Nahal” (Nahal meaning Redemption) began rioting against the government. Led by the “Musician-gone-Rebel” Ryan Whitney, this group often took on large groups of armed oppressive riot-officers using only their fists and billy-club taken from the bodies of fallen officers. The group fought their way into the hearts of Ahkeans, and census showed that in 1956 more than 70% of the population were active rebels, more then 90% supported the rebels. On February 4th, 1964, the rebels broke into the parliament buildings in Aji and apprehended Ake. Two days later, he was hung by the neck with a Ahkis flag from the top of the flagpole on top of the parliament building. Large-scale changes were made to the way the government worked under President Whitney’s rule. The nation was renamed “Zhapis” which meant “Was Evil” in the native tongue.

1923 – Three military officials set foot on the east coast of future New Karachi

1925 – A law is passed by the Karachi government to exile all criminals to this new island

1929 – Inhabitants of the island begin to build the parliament buildings, Hal Ake is the chief architect.

1930 – The last stone is placed at the top of the parliament building, officially naming Ahkis a nation of its own. Hal Ake sits in the Officials office, naming himself leader of the people.

1940 – Ahkis officially takes on its flag and name.

1942 – 40,000 people peacefully protest the government, all of them were executed on national television over a week span.

1945 – Ryan Whitney begins holding meetings for Ahkis Nahal.

1950 – Large-scaled riots break out in the streets of major cities because of Ahkis Nahal.

1956 – More than 70% of the population is an active rebel, more than 90% supports the rebels.

February 4th, 1964 – Ake is taken prisoner by the amazing force of the rebels.

February 6th, 1964 – Ake is hung by the neck.

1966 – Large-scale changes are made by President Whitney, based on what the people want. The nation is renamed Zhapis and the parliament is moved to a large religious temple on the island of Zhapi with “special traits”.

June 23rd, 1972 – President Ryan Whitney found dead in the morning, a large memorial service is held. He was 47.

June 27th, 1972 – Whitney’s son, Jack Whitney is elected as the new president to lead Zhapis.

1975 – President J. Whitney adopts an interest in Scientific discovery, taking funding from religious institutions to use in Scientific funding.


January 14th, 1980 – Jack Whitney assassinated by a religious extremist while visiting a small city on the coast of West Zhapis. Senate takes control of the government while campaigns are held.

February 4th, 1980 – Katlyn Whitney, Jack’s Daughter, named President. Katlyn is inserted into history books as the first female president.

2000 – Katlyn resigns from office, the Zhapean population elects Ryan Whitney into office who is Katlyn’s son.

Present Day – Zhapis flourishes and is named one of the nations with the best Civil Rights and Political Freedoms.
