USSR News Reports: Nikolai Fields, Long Thought to be Dead is Alive and Starting a Rebellion Against the Governemnt. He and His Followers Hacked Television and Radio sets all over and had This to say: "The Government Lies To You and Kills Your Loved Ones while the average citizen falls to the lies of these Communistic Bastards, They Even Attacked Valtican City! I Wished Razorl Peace and i was left with nothing. If i cannot help... I...Shall...Destroy!!!" and then Nikolai Preceded to shoot the camera which shown the broadcast but all radios heard was static at the end. The Government Is Ready to Attack Nikolai and His Forces at the Ready even though they loose supporters Each day by 50 Citizens.


Nikolai Sat in His Room Near the Coast of Eastern Larzanziba, How Could the ones he trusted betray him so? But he knew razorl would become a heartless empire if he did not destroy it's current government. "I Have to save the people, they are all that matter to me." Whispered Nikolai as he lay his head down in shame.

"But your Holiness we cannot go to war!"

The words echoed down the hallway of Holy Peter's Tower. Bishop Edward Aliantis was right behind Pope Aquantais who was rushing towards the front door to be driven to the Archdiosese Foreign Relations Tower.

He was in outrage, a state of mind rarely seen in the Pope. His cane speed up his movement until he was inside the Pope Mobile and Bishop Aliantis outside of it pleading with him.

"You can't."

The car pulled up to the tower and parked in front of it. Two Swiss Guards walked him inside. They were in formal attire and held smiles upon their face. But they knew of what was to come.

The two Roman Senators exited the SUV that was part of the convoy that accompanied them into Valtican City to St. Peter's Square where they, accompanied by the Corazzieri (Honor Guards) entered St. Peter's Basilica and approach the nearest guard. "Send for his Holiness and tell him we, the Senate of Roma V, have heard of his plight and wish to offer our support."

Pope Aquantais quickly went to the Bank and Savings Room. It was filled with cabinets with different names on each. There were ones near the end of the room that were larger and had names like those of Nations, Corporations, Churches, and sections of the systems. He walked to the back and typed in the code. It clicked and he slid the cabinet out. In it was a brown sack. It bulged with GCPs. It pulled it out and dragged it to his the nearest office, that of Colonel Alois Gestermann the II, the head of the Military of the Holy Eye.

He was startled by the Pope's prescence and he quickly bowed. Pope Aquantais stopped right in front of him and the Colonel bent down and kissed the floor in front of him. He stood back up, bowed once more, and pulled out a chair in front of his desk for his holiness.

He quickly did the sign of the cross on the Colonel's face before he poured the contents of the sack onto the Colonel's desk. The desk shimmered with the prescence of so many Golden Catholic Pounds, each worth 1.25 USDs.

The Colonel stared down at the money, he had never seen so much of it in his life. The Pope stared straight ahead of him, at the Colonel.

"All of that is yours," the Colonel jumped to grab some of it but Pope Aquantais his hands with his cane, "all yours to budget and deploy 300 Zoustve Militia and Corsican Guard Members. They shall go to Razorl, a state in terror and chaos, yet another civil war errupts on their land. I found out today who attempted to take my life, we cannot let it become such that. In the name of God the Father these men shall go. They shall be disguised as peacekeepers but will help kill those blasphemous enemies of Heaven!"

An aid rushed in and haned him a comminque. The Pope sent out saying to let the Romans in.

I have heard of the rebels that attack you, and their leader which surprises me. Nikolai Fields, the former prime minister of what used to be The Republic/Incorporated States/and Disputed Territories of Razorl. We want your side of the story before we reach a decision, non-violent either ways.

The two Senators entered the room and tapped their forehead, then their ribs, then their left shoulder and finally their right shoulder to symbolize the 4 points of the cross on their torso as they entered. "Your Holiness, Pope Aquantais of the magnificent city of Valtican. We are Senators of the Roman Senate in the Roma V. Long has the city of Rome and the Holy City been stout friends and allies in both peace and war. We come before you today to honor the loyalties of old. News has reached Emperor Quaeus's ears of the attack on Valtican City by an unknown agent. Roma V Custom's office identified photos of the body and fingerprints to match that of a Razorlian citizen, a nation we have trade agreements with as well as an exchange of embassies. Theirs is an unstable nation. One of constant power shifts."

The Senator cleared his throat and continued. "We came offering not only our condolences to you and the families of the dead Swiss Guards, targeted by an aggravator. But more importantly we offer you our support in this trying time. Roma V will stand by you in your decision. Whatever it is you decide to do."

He quickly flew back the sign of the cross to the senators and then he nearly collapsed as he placed his right hand on the desk piled high with money to stablize himself.

"We all know I am getting old. We need to stablize the Churches prescence in the world before time runs out, my death." he started to cough and the Colonel stood out of his chair and started patting Pope Aquantais on the back. Instead he began to speak for him.

"What my aging dear, holy friend wishes to say is that of what he means we should do with this conflict. We must do what we must and the only possible thing to do in this times of turbalence would be to 'shove the faith' into this unstabble area. Yes it amy be, un peaceful to say the least, but their aggravtions upon our Holy City, killing two of the Holy, Swiss Guards guarding Pope Aquantais's life."

He stopped patting the old Pope's back and he walked foward and stood in front of the two Senators.

"We must do what is right for our community. War is not suppourted by the church but is, well, um, necesary at specific times. This is no Holy War I must state, but it is a war where holy opinions conflict. Now dear Pope Peter-Thomas Aquantais gave me this donation of GCPs in which to arm, deploy and stabilize a force of 300 Zoustve Militia and Corsican Guard Members to this unstabble state. They will be peacekeepers most likely but I wish that you deploy a legion to defend their well being. If they are deemed safe enough a Bishop of the Most Holy and Serene Church might deploy himself from this city to monitor actions in the area and bless rebel forces before they find themselves on the war front."

He turned around and picked up a handful of GCPs then turned around and waited for the Romans to open their hands. Once they did he poured the coins into their hands and said, "Now do not think just because you are going as an ally of the Church you shall not get benefits. You shall get money upright then a second payment at a later time."

The Pope lifted his cane and moved the Colonel out of the way and talked as well.

"Think about it my Romans, we help stablize the area and we erect Churches, they will be happy and the collection boxes will fill up in minutes. WE will recieve the large collections then a bit of the collections shall fall into your hands for helping us in the endevour. I do believe it is quite fair on the part of our Holy Romans who allow us to conduct actions like this and others of the City in your own nation."

Official Communique from the Volzgradien Government

Because of Volzgrad's centrist policy on these types of things, we will only be sending peace keepers and one division; the 29th Steppe Gvardia. If open hostilities begin, then the 16th battle fleet and the 8th Airborne will be sent to stabilize the region. However, if his holiness Pope Aquantais orders us to attack the side of his choosing, then we are obliged to answer his call. All troops will be send via the 16th fleet and we will set up a base of operations on the closest shore.

At first concerned with the Pope's condition as he began to grow weak before their eyes the Senators were reassured the Pope was still with them once he had recovered from his coughing fit. They had paid careful attention to the details given by the Colonel. One of the Senators had finished his thinking and gave them a reply. "You wish to extend the reach of the Church to Razorl. However if we deploy forces there they will not be welcomed with open arms by the Razorl government. They will feel threatened and no doubt deny us entry into their nation. Our only other choice then would be invasion and institution of martial law."

The other Senator picked up where he had stopped. "As stout allies we support the Pope in his decision however the execution of the idea is one of delicate politics. If we do invade the government will surely mobilize its forces and counter. Though or army is large their land is foreign and the populace could be dangerous if they are too fond of their government to allow it to be defeated."

"We will be certain to bring the motion before the Senate to be debated and discussed. If the majority rules, Rome will send its Legions to Razorl to bring their nation under martial law. For now, until our control over Razorl is mostly permanent," added the other senator once more.

"Ah yes but remember we are holy."

Pope Aquantais started to cough a little as he laughed at his own devios plans.

"Think about it, they attack us they are attacking holy people, they are attacking the Church. They attack the Church and almost every nation that the church reign over or a strong prescence in will retaliate and destroy their puny government. These people shall be peacekeepers, there to bless, pray, and hopefully bring peace."

The Colonel was shaking his head in agreement. He sat back down behind his desk and started fingering the money.

"That is why it is good that we institute peace. They won't bother us but we can fund the rebels and even help in some very important battles. It is a very good, well thought out plan my dear Romans."

The Pope walked foward put his hand on one shoulder of each senator. He lifted his right hand and did the sign of the cross in the air.

"Dear Romans I am glad you heard me out. But if your fellow dear senators do not allow it we can find our way there some how. Take that money the Colonel gave you and keep it. It is compensation."

The two Senators exchanged glances as the Pope described his devious plot. As he approached them and placed a hand on each of their shoulders they bowed their heads in respect. "Very well, your holiness. As we said we will return to Rome and bring this issue before the Senate. I have no doubt the Emperor will put much interest into the debate. We shall depart now, and we thank you kindly for this generous gift of money."

The two stepped back, once again dotting the points of the cross on their torsos, bowing and leaving. Their guards following them back to their vehicles.

Chemelnki will stay neutral in this situation. However if human rights are in danger or if actions that could be seen as war crimes happen on either side Chemelnki will respond to protect refugees and the general citizenry.
