Greetings nations of the world,

The Empire of ka-Spel is a relatively new endeavor. As such, we would like to extend our hand to the great nations of the world we share to attend a conference in our country. The conference aims to discuss embassies, alliances, trade, and generally introducing ourselves. We invite any and all nations to aforementioned conference. In doing so we hope to establish friendly rapport with our national comrades, as well as advance our standing in the world through peaceful agreements and trade. The address is as follows:

The conference will be held on the 17th of April (OOC: RL time, to make things easier).

The Empire of ka-Spel is a small and rapidly growing body of territories led by Her Majesty Queen Belladonna. We are based in the region of Fidelia, but have other territories worldwide. We are committed to peace and diplomacy, and uphold a standard balance of human rights and liberties. Our other territories at the time of this writing, with their regions, are as follows:

The Foreign Minister of the Ixanian Empire, Ivan Rucinsky, shall attend this conference in order to discuss diplomatic relations with the ministers and other representatives of ka-Spel.

Prince Dietrich Antonn, son to his Imperial Majesty Dieter I Antonius, and Johann Reichhart, Minister of Commerce, will represent the Holy Empire of Zaheran at this conferance.

We regret to inform you that in light of the recent controversy involving you and several other parties, we would ask that you refrain from attending the conference tomorrow evening. We also ask that you not acknowledge this position as a declaration of our alliance with the nations who oppose you, but rather of our neutrality in the situation. We hope to one day establish a strong bond with your country and your people, and would be interested in discussing various matters of diplomacy with you in the future, after this conflict has come to pass.
