The Socialist Empire of Exetonia has today announced that it is finally willing to open up its doors to the nations of the world. The Government of representatives would like to welcome any nation who are willing to open up an embassy within the empire.
Before any nation decides to apply for an embassy in our nation, we must please ask that they read all of the following information very carefully.
Empire Laws regarding foreign Diplomats and Embassies
1: Foreign diplomats do not have diplomatic immunity.
2: All foreign diplomats and their colleagues must register with the Exetonian immigration authority.
3: All employees of the foreign embassy must abide by the Exetonian workers act which clearly states the following:
A: No worker may work more than 12 hours in any given day. This excludes the Ambassador
B: All workers are entitled to a 10 minute break every 2 hours. All workers are entitled to 1 hour break. A worker must not work beyond 6 hours without having taken their 1 hour break. This excludes the Ambassador.
C: All workers must pay due care and attention to their health and safety and the health and safety of others in thw workplace.
4: No lethal weapons may be carried by anyone except the embassy security forces. However, All other employees including the ambassador may carry non-lethal weapons such as tasers and pepper spray.
5: No weapons systems may be mounted on or in embassy grounds.
6: The embassy shall be considered foreign soil with regards to the Exetonian populace only. This means that the embassy must abide by both its own and Exetonian laws.

Exeter city is the capital of the Exetonian Empire. This is where all major laws governing the 3 districts of Exetonia are drawn up and passed by a majority vote as well as the home of the Exetonian Strategic Command office (ESCO) based at EAF Exeter City, 10 miles outside of the city limits.
Exeter city herself is a massive 60 square kilometer economical and cultural hub. She is home to no less than 12.5 million Exetonian people and the birth place of Exetonian society. She houses the headquaters of some 257 businesses based in Exetonia the most prominent of which are Oil Exetonia, Exetonian mining encorporated (coal and uranium mining) and Air Exetonia, the national flag carrier.
Exeter city has 3 airports, 2 of which are major hubs with the third being a much smaller regional airport. It also has several heliports throughout with the largest being in the embassy district. This heliport is reserved especially for diplomats.
There are no supplemental laws for ambassadors and their staff to follow in Exeter city and there are 20 embassy buildings avaliable. Each building has 4 floors and can house up to 60 employees comfortably.

Plymouth is the precinct capital of Exetonia Secondus and the home of the regional delegation. The city has a proud naval tradition being the homebase of the Exetonian 2nd Fleet, the largest fleet in the Empire. It is also the location of the Exetonian Naval Command (ENC), a branch of the ESCO
Culturaly speaking, Plymouth is the same as any major naval/commercial port steeped with a proud naval tradition which goes back long before the nation of Plymtopia joined the Exetonian Empire. You can walk down any street and find a museum looking at some point of Plymouths proud maritime past.
The embassies here will be located in the 15 floor purpose built international delegation complex. The complex itself was designed to have only 1 access point to each floor from the ground floor grand entrance hall. There several secluded escape routes avaliable in an emergency should one arise all of which cannot be accessed from the ground floor. Each floor can confortably house up to 60 people.
The compound offers and excellent view of the ocean in one direction and a view to the Ply mountain range from one, the westward face. Their is a heliport avaliable on the grounds.
