TO: Razorlian government
From: Deputy of Resource Management
Subject: Coal

West Corinthia has very low demand for coal, however we would be foolish to pass this opportunity by. Perhaps we could work out a contract where you would ship us $1 million worth of coal per year?

Signed,
Deputy Minister Horatius Sulla

To David Hartmonty,

I wish to inquire as to the purchasing of your coal mines. I am prepared to offer $50,000,000,000,000 USD for them. We hope that you carefully consider this offer. I'm sure we could work out some kind of deal, where you run them for me, and I would give you, say, 45% of the profits? It is really a win win for you.
