Father Knows Best - OOC THREAD - (Semi-Open to all MT thru FT nations)

This thread is for the OOC chatter for the main "Father Knows Best" (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=554132) story thread. All chatter in this thread is OOC so no need for tagging your threads with the ooc marker.

This story involves an FT nation ship crash landing on Karshkovian land, the discovery, cover-up, and possible political and (covert) military/civilian manuevering to obtain things such as the craft, occupants, stores in the craft...or just the truth of what happened.

The feel of this story is Cover-up and Secrecy. Think MIB meets Roswell. FT nations are not going to 'announce' their presence to 'the world' here or openly attack with future tech weapons en-mass. FT nations would follow more of a "Prime Directive-like" ruleset and try not to let this 'underdeveloped' world from learning about them. The craft, occupants and all technology would be the goal of the FT nations to get back without alerting the general population to their presence.

Military fighting between FT nations would occur off-planet. On-planet, only small arms would be used. No WMDs against Karshkovia or Tazhistan. If other nations wish to attack each other that is up to you to agree on.

This is a chance for FT and MT nations to not only mingle and RP with each other but also to set up possible relations.

If anyone needs info about Karshkovia for their posts, it can be found in my sig. A link to the map can be found there as well.

NOTE TO ALL: After accepting Vetalia, I'll leave this open for TWO more MT, PMT, or Pre-FT nations and ONE more FT nation then close it up. HOWEVER, if the "Accepted" nations have not posted by 5pm PST Wednesday I'll open those spots up for others as well.

My spot in this will be primarily a character RP; the Vetalian government's only role, if it has one, will be as indirect supplier and financier of the venture. The various information for the characters will also be provided.

That is totally acceptable and I hope to work with you soon!

The bad news ICly is that they can't instantly send people from Third Spanish States to Karshkovia, specially when they have a particular care into not letting their single and small stealth aircraft carrier being detected, to the point it doesn't even have any escort at all, so I'll have to delay my next IC entry to realistically simulate the half month and a bit more they'll take to arrive in their Black Ops for the "secret government" of Third Spanish States, and maybe we could end with a sort of Majestic 12 as well during the course of this roleplay.

The Spanish States: I like that we are thinking damn near the same thing. This is going to be great!

Bull_horns_rule: I like your enthusiasm but I do want to point out that Karshkovia is basically in an alternate Earth, so any Force powers wouldn't work here. Jedi or sith would have the reflexes and senses like any normal human on or around Earth.

Also, to all FT nations, I would recommend parking motherships behind the moon so earth astronomers and military stations don't pick you up on radar, radio, or visually. IRL, at any given time on the night-side of earth, there are nearly 500,000 people watching the night sky. (taken from the nasa website)

Dude the United federation of Oblivion would like to be the last FT nation if that would be ok, this thing sounds really kool and I would'nt mind being like the guy who comes into the area to clean up another nations mess.

Ok, Karshkovia is not in a Universe where the force works. It's in a universe like real life. You can't use the force in real life...so you can't use the force in Karshkovia.
