A event is not understood until the origins of it are known. This event was rooted in events long ago. Wolfenhalle never had any internal problems until the rise of Nazism in the world and the Yassian Civil Wars. Now, the world is different . The man that was elected for the job was a outspoken critic of many different movements in the world such as the Doomani Catholic Church, and the slave trade. He was a madman that use his madness for good and protection. The man was Rudolph Kaiser and he was being lead from his home to the Federal Courthouse to be swore in.

Kaiser was a member of the Royalist Party, a party which goals was to restore the Lord Chancellorship and foster relations with the world's monarchies. Kaiser was a member of a nationalist wing of the party called the Jagers, their goal was to defend the people and the land from all threats internal and external. This was the first time the wing was actually seperate section. The split created a new party and now gave Kaiser a platform to being his dream of securing Wolfenhalle's future. He now sits in the Presidential office planning the first of many plans to insure the defense of the Republic.

Good Evening, my fellow Wolfenhallers. Today, I was elected to in a time of conflict between APOC and NATO/Gholgoth. We must stand ready to ensure our freedoms and security at this time, when Haven is about erupt into chaos. I and the Federal Council have decided that we must find allies to secure these freedoms of importance. In the case of the Mondoth-Tryne conflict, I authorized the movement of more troops and equipment to the Northern District to ensure our borders. Now, the new foreign policy shall be of more internationalism and if needed increase military activity. We are in a very troubled region and needed to prepare for anything that may occur. That short speech was the cry of the Liberal Nationalist. The Liberal Nationalist as the Jager Party was refer to, were the nationalist elements of the WLP, WTP, and the other left wing parties in Wolfenhalle. The people needed a strong government to ensure the security and the Liberal Nationalists were the choice.
