So as you might of seen in the earlier thread I am going to join the FT universe as a race of replicator like creatures as seen on Stargate. This will be the intro for the them. Basically the plot line is a heavily damage ship will be floating into the galaxy towards a random star, inside it will be sending out an SOS.

Someone will pick it up, send a squad to investigate. Depending on what they do they might find out more about the robots then they should, basically your course of action will determine what you learn.

I want this to be a loosely character based RP, though the characters need to be allied somehow.

what i mean by that is you will have characters board the ship and look around, but RPing ships floating around and their actions will be acceptable to AKA two opposing fleets fighting for what they find (hypothetically) would be allowed, as long as the story goes well.

Well How about this giant wreck that is on course to your star end up hitting your planet cuz it got in the way
