Antairian Viking Longship Fleet
Somewhere on the High Seas
The Antairian homeland was gone. Months ago the remaining population had set to sea aboard these cramped longships, abandoning their domestic lifestyle for the way of the sword, the life of a warrior. Occasional stops had stretched the aching legs of the warriors, but these brief raids on shore side monasteries and small villages across the world had done little to satisfy the blood lust of the Antarians.
Here was the perfect target for a larger excursion. The men grew restless and the women yearned for shore. Warlord Njord Gunnar had received word via various means of a extravagant nation, Hryvinia, that celebrated the pregnancy of it's ruling family.
Gunnar chuckled heartily as he observed the thousands of ships sailing in his fleet, each adjusting it's course for Hryvinia. They would not be long now, the Vikings were coming for the King of Hryvinia.
