Nations! Things are changing, Nippon Kyokai is now preparing to extend it's sphere of influence! We have been isolated for years, keeping to our own taken territories. We have also had very strict population quotas for people to maintain. No longer. We are changing, we are coming into the modern world. We have recently overhauled our country to move from the steam age to the techno age. As such we are now seeking other friends in the world. We thought the best place to start would be to offer nations to open embassies. We have studies other formats of which nations take on embassies and have decided upon an appropriate method. Please take the time to fill out the application and we will sort you properly.

1. COMBINED STAFF of Embassy shall not exceed 300.

2. WEAPONRY Must meet high safety standards and should not leave embassy grounds. Heavy Artillery (grenade launchers, tanks, SAM Batteries) are NOT allowed.

3. All non state sanctioned foods, substances, weaponry, etc etc must remain confined to your embassy.

4. All areal vehicles must adhere to NO FLY and RESTRICTED TRAVEL as well as GROUNDING DAYS (days which all air travel is grounded). Air Zones. Failure to comply will result in an Imperial Anchoring at the Imperial Air Force Command Center with a fee ranging from $100-$15,000 per day, depending on aircraft. No more than one areal vehicle. No weaponry may be mounted on aircraft exterior.

5. All aquatic vehicles must adhere to Harbor Rules and regulations and MUST NOT interfere with normal maritime activity. No more than one aquatic vehicle over personal yacht size. Max limit of 3 aquatic vehicles. No weaponry may be mounted on any aquatic vehicle exterior

6. All ground vehicles must obey local street law, including yielding to pedestrians, and where yielding signs are posted, and all other traffic signs and signals. Max amount of 7 vehicles. NO TANKS or Army Grade APCs. Personal Armored Vehicles (PAC's) are permitted. No weaponry may be mounted on exterior.
