Genevan League of Noble Nations Foundational Chart:

In an attempt to solidify the friendship between nations, we agree to:

- Create the Genevan League of Noble Nations Alliance.

- The Genevan Alliance member agrees to conduct relations in a friendly, constructive and cooperative manner.

- The armed forces of the Genevan Alliances' nations agree to carry out joint training exercises on land, at sea and in the air.

- The Genevan Alliance members agree to increase economic ties through trade, investment and the development of infrastructure.

Reasoning:

1 - That current armed conflicts around the world have taken many civilian lives, and this has hastily becoming a bloodbath

2 - That the rebels and the loyalist are actually members of the same society, and thus brothers and sisters.

3- That any conflict may take global dimension, with nations across the world taking sides, and risking a new world war.

We resolve:

A – Genevan Alliance Peacekeeping forces will only be deployed after the local government request for international aid.

B – The purpose of the Genevan Alliance is to provide humanitarian, medical and peacekeeping aid to countries currently suffering of rebellions, revolts or terrorist attacks.

C – Upon agreement all national military forces will be disbanded, both rebel and national. Genevan Alliance Peacekeeping force will enforce peace in the country until a new national army is commissioned.

D - Following the peace treaty, Genevan Alliance Peacekeepers will remain in bases isolated from the populace; and will leave the country in 95 days from the day the treaty is signed.

E – Genevan Alliance Peacekeepers forces will not try to gain any power or influence in the national government. Foreign powers will have no role in the new government politics.

F – The old government will not retain power. A new government leaded by Genevan Alliance Peacekeeper forces will handle administration of the nation for 95 days. All rebel groups will be disbanded, and pressure groups will have no further role in the new government and or the new government politics.

G - All War Criminals -both belonging to government and or rebel forces- will be arrested. An International Court will rule on any charge presented. If found guilty, the criminals will be sent to a secure prison.

H - Further anti-government activities would be met with redeployment of Genevan Alliance Peacekeeping forces to the region to ensure peace and justice.

May the bonds between our countries be strong and enduring!

OOC: Your peacekeeping system is inherently flawed for the following reasons:

1. What nation would agree to disbandon their only way of protecting themselves

2. What peace treaty? You make no mention of a, peace treaty before 'following the peace treaty...'.

3. E and F blatantly contradict eachother

4. The old government would not agree to stepping out of power unless the rebels force it to.

5. Rebel groups won't be disbanded just because you send peacekeepers. They are rebels for a reason. Pressure groups are essential if a nation is t be politically free and not a client state of this Genevan League.

6. War criminals? There is no established international law in NS. Who would try them? The Genevan League?

7. A and H blatantly contradict eachother.

OOC: Not neccesarily; but just to anwser this questions:

1. They will be disbanding the armed forces only until the new government elected by the people, commisions a new one.

2. Genevan Alliance will support government forces but will encourage and will do its best to achieve a peace treaty between the different factions.

3. E and F work on different context. Once a peace treaty is signed -if is signed- The Genevan Alliance will take power for as much as 95 days, in which a new election will occur. After the elections - again before the 95 days window- Genevan forces will abandon all power and will not try to retain it.

4. That is not necessarily true. Genevan forces will not -of course- force this upon no government.

5. Again we will try our best to achieve the fastest and more just solution as soon as possible. Rebel forces will have demmands, some of them can be achieved. Genevan Alliance will encourage peace talking.

6. No laws? Then I guess it is time to make them then. Genevan alliance will invite any third party country interested to the International Court.

7. Not necessarily. The main condition to intercede in an armed conflict is that the country ask for International assistance. Once the problem has been solved, Genevan alliance troops will leave the theater. But if more problems arise in the region, Genevan Alliance troops will again support the constitutional government, but the first condition must be meet again.

Hope it clears those doubts
