The Ryou need allies.

With the Paranoid Threats by Exetonia and other nations fooled by The evil Fordockians, the Ryou needed more nations that were friendly to them. This would show the Exetonians that the Ryous had friends, and ruin the Fordockian lies that had ruined the world.

That was why Reani Yamazuza was sent to start talks with The Republic of Rhodesia. The Ryou had allied with that nation to get Zanski to stop the murdering of his own people. The Ryou were going to ally with Rhodesia in Defense and Trade. On the Ryou Imperial Diplomatic Plane, Miss Yamazuza was on her way to Rhodesia.

Diplomaticy always won out over Paranoida.

OOC: That statement, if it is not a private statement is gorunds, in the exetonian books for war TRBI... tread very very carefully, I may not have my full strength but garnering allies over blatent lies is never a smart move.. see my message in our 'official thread.

The Binarian Empire suggests that the Ryou abandon their delusions about an ongoing conspiracy against you. The only reason you are still around is because you plead and beg at the heels of nations far superior to your own to defend you and save you from the consquences of your actions. Reani Yamazuza (http://www.freewebs.com/kikyoandkagome/kikyo055.jpg)was not a normal Diplomat, In fact, she was a Shinto Shine Maiden. The Imperial Plane was going over The Indian Ocean, heading for for Africa. She thought back to when T Ryou Govenment as ruled by The Goddess-Empress, who was later ended by Rei Nakagishima and started The People's Republic.

Now The Empire had started and it would expand with Colonies and Trade. The Reason for this was to make allies, even more vauleble then Colonies. Allies would even better then gold or Coral.

so This talk of allaince would be better then anything else.
