The Expandion of the Empire was now starting. with The Ryou planning on starting colonies on some Islands in Xanadou, the Empire would grow.
and Now it was looking at Trade with The Republic of Rhodesia, and to do that, The Ryou soon decided on a Colony in Africa.
Looking at Africa, it was decided that Mozambique would be the New Provenice of The Ryou Empire. At Vote in the Imperial Congress, it was voted that The Empire would annex Mozambique into The Empire.
The Empire had a Continetial Colony now.
