No weapons on the embassy personnel other then knives, smoke grenades, and handguns are allowed.
Land is rented from the Vanteland, not sold. The going rental price for an embassy is five thousand Universal Standard Dollars per embassy per year.
You may add minor changes (gardens, enscriptions, fencing, etc.) to the embassy complex, but no structural additions (garages, helipads, etc.) without written permission from the Vante.
In the event of invasion of the Vante, if you're an ally will evacuate you, if you're not an ally you must evacuate yourself. If you do not know about your position as an ally, you may inquire.
If you're an ally, you may have thirty guards, if you're not an ally, you may have twenty guards. If you do not know about your position as an ally, you may inquire.
All diplomatic vehicles may be armored, but not armed.
If you're allied, you may have seven diplomatic vehicles, if you're not an ally, you may have five diplomatic vehicles. If you do not know about your position as an ally, you may inquire.

Martini Avenue: After the Fall of Nova Britannica, surviving Nova Britannicans flooded into the lands of Vantanas, permanetly changing them. The two cultures blended seamlessly, leaving both Nova Britannica and the Novah Tribes a thing of the past. The New Republic was established, and at its head, Imperial President, for life, Martini. Martini rapidly industrialised, built gleaming cities, and succeeded in kindling patriotism in the new society.

Hawthorne Square: As the First Questo-Gholgothic War approached, the vast majority of the Vantanians wanted war with the Goths. Martini, seeing support wane, rapidly caved into the public's message, and dissolved the New Republic in favor of the Free Empire, with Hawthorne as Emperor. Hawthorne rapidly developed a bond with the Questarian Commonwealth, supporting them during the war, as well as wove a deep hatred for the Goths into Vantanian culture.

Prazsac Boulevard: After Hawthorne was assassinated by the Kish-tu Rebels after the Questo-Gholgothic War was month over, power was handed over to his daughter, Prazsac. Redmark Way: Finally, the workers became tired of the oppressions of laissez-faire economy and revolted under Erika Redmark, in the First Proletarian War. The coup was quickly over, and by the end Erika Redmark was placed at the top of the Monarchy of the Democratic Empire. True to her word, laissez-faire was removed, and the economy became regulated, slowing it down slightly. Also, under her, she brought Vantanas to its greatest territorial size ever.

Beeblebrox Street: Later, after her son succeeded in losing the majority of the Empire in the Vante-Kroandon War, the Free Republic was established, and its president was Zaphod Beeblebrox. Under Beeblebrox, the Republic gained many more new colonies, trade colonies of a sort, but never reached the height it was under Erika. However, during the legendary Vante-Gholgothic Wars, he fought bravely and killed many Goths, as well as organizing with the United Nations a safehaven for Vantanians after the inevatable loss of the war. He died in the legendary last stand at Execa.
