The Civil War had ended.

The New Imperial Government had risen over the dread terror of a rebelion that was started by enemy spies. The Ryou had defeated The Fordockian Plans to destroy Xanadou.

Now It was time to build an Empire.

Under Empress Isabella, the Ryous were to start Colonies around The world, to expand the holding of The Empire from it's homeland of The Ryou Black Islands to lands in other parts of the world. The Empire would start Colonies that would soon rival The British Empire of old.

and to start The new Era of Empire, The Empress decided to Invite The leaders of Magic Sorcery, Kurona, Aqua Anu, Kanami, Stevid, Kiev and Questers to come see the Islands, all of them, down to the wildlife. This would show the world that The Ryous were not The Evil race the Wicked Fordockians wanted the world to belivie, Fordock would soon see that could never fool the world.

It has come to the attention of the Shazbotdom Empire that The Ryou Black Islands (herin refered to as TRBI) is stating that it will create an empire that will "rival The Brittish Empire of Old". We find this highly hilarious at the least. For a nation that itself almost collapsed from a Civil War, the thought of TRBI becomming an Empire is amusing to the people of the Shazbotdom Empire.

Although, with this latest decree from the tyranical leadership of TRBI, we find it nessicary that we shall step up the security of our own nation. A bill is being introduced to the Shazbotdom Imperial Parliament that will make it so that if anyone from TRBI enters the Shazbotdom Empire, be it the mainland or the colonies, they will be detained until such a time as the Shazbotdom Imperial Security Force finds that they are not a terrorist of any kind. This will relate to Civilians, Government Officials, and any Military Personel.

The Saftey of the Shazbotdom Empire is at the utmost importance to us, and we feel that TRBI is not stable enough to have anyone allowed into our nation without being checked first.

The Socialist Empire of Exetonia would like to make it clear, in no uncertain terms, that no Ryou Black Islands (herin refered to as TRBI) colony will be permitted to exist within 1,000 NKM of the Exetonia continent or her two major Island precincts. Should a TRBI colony be found to be within these limits, we reserve the right to mobilise task forces to 'deal' with the colony swiftly and sharply.

Furthermore, any commercial shipping will not be permitted within the empires territorial waters. Any TRBI commercial ship found to be within Exetonian waters will be escorted out by a naval escort. No commercial airline carrying the flag of TRBI shall be allowed within Exetonian airspace, failure to comply will result in an escort of fighters being deployed to guide the aircraft to outside of our airspace. Any commercial ship that commits an offence will be impounded and salvaged with the passengers put onboard one of our own vessels and dropped off at a suitable neutral nation. Any airliner commiting a second offence will be shot down without any warning.

Finally, any military craft crossing within 1000 NKM of Exetonian waters or airspace will result in an immediate declaration of war with your nation.

We do not take kindly to the idea of imperialistic nations of your size announcing openly that they are looking to expand. We ourselves understand that in the bigger picture we are still small (when compared to the likes of the super powers like Questers and AutomagFreak) but we will defend our territories with force.

Greetings, all. As ordered by our Superiors, we will be stepping up security in all 130 Provinces. Part of this will be increased inspections and surveillance on Ryou Citizens, as well as a new program which will require all Ryou Citizens to register as a Ryou Islander. These people will be put under further surveillance by their local Civilian Control Unit.

All Ryou Islanders entering the country will be put through advanced inspections. They will also have to take a series of tests ranging from polygraphs to written exams. They will not be allowed to work in jobs that can endanger others (I.e. Nuclear Power Plants, Military/Police, Communications Monitoring, Energy, Contaminable Resources, etc). Ryou Islanders will not be allowed to own a weapon. Any resistance by Ryou Islanders to these new precautions will label them as a Terrorist, in which they will be arrested and properly sentenced. Further additions may be made.

Greetings to you, ruling body of the Ryou Black Islands. We are the Senatus de Roma V and we have heard news of your nations expansion into the world. We find this rapid colonization to be threatening and unwelcome. We feel that the rulers of Ryou do not understand the sensitivity of colonizing this day in age. With many world powers vying for control space is becoming limited. Thus, colonization is an extremely delicate diplomatic quest which Ryou seems to be ignoring. We feel that Ryou should focus less on expanding its borders and more on building inward than outward. With a civil war in your past it is ill advised to expand until you've solidified your power.

We realize you may be unsure why we feel your expansion is threatening. It is simply answered. Your borders will soon come to halt at another nation's. This nation may feel threatened after observing how rapidly your nation colonized blank spaces. Under the doubt of a possible expansion into their own nation they may strike back. This is not an entirely impossible scenario infact it is quite likely this day in age.

And so we ask that Ryou cease colonization of unclaimed territories before going through the proper political channels with bordering nations and the world itself.

It has come to my attention that the Empire of the Ryou is seeking to expand its influence in the global stage. While the affairs of exa-Havenic nations are often of little concern to one such as myself, I believe that this is a wonderful opportunity for a mutually beneficial agreement. Ryou has the opportunity to prove itself to the world, a struggle among the most noble of all. The continual effort to better one's standing is the purest expression of the inner nature of mankind, and it is only through the survival of the fittest that we can be assured of the continued viability of the human race.

In the course of any empire-building, one requires copious volumes of military material at modest expense to fuel the war machine. The endless march of the warriors of any nation require supplies exceeding the capability of any single nation to entirely meet. It is in this capacity that I believe that we can make some sort of accord.

My offer is simple. The Glorious Military Junta of No Endorse is willing to provide any equipment the Ryou Empire would so desire, from simple targeting rifles to fusion bombs.... for a modest fee. We are in the business of fulfilling needs, and wherever there is war, there is a need for equipment.

I hope that some sort of agreement can be reached.

OOC: I know your post is Secert IC, but this is showing what Defenses I have on The Island if you are planning any attack on me...and you better not.

IC: The Islands were not with out defenses, The Empire had learnt from The Failed Fordockian Invasion. To better get ready, Early Warning Radar and Radar Bouys were used to detect any enemy force heading for the islands.

The islands them selves had Anti-Aircraft Missile Launchers in all Towns and Cities, even The Floating Cities had defenses. Any enemy Force would be forced into fighting a well Defened Nation.

and any Air Craft heading into Ryou Airspace that WASN'T Civilian or Stevidian, Ryou or any other Xanadou nations Military Planes would get only ONE warning.........then if it didn;t leave Imperial Airspace, The Fighters would attack it.

This was The Heart of The Empire.

Admiral Yagerheim stepped out of his Quarters when the alarm went off. It was a little too quiet up to this point but he knew what this alarm was for. He walked up to the Bridge with haste as he felt the ship slow down. As he walked onto the bridge's deck, people saluted him. He walked over to the Captain of the ship.

"Report," The Admiral Said.

"Orders came in, sir. We are to hold position here." The Captain Replied.

Admiral Yagerheim picked up the sheet with the orders and then walked and looked out the front window. He read it carefully. It was late at night, roughly 23:00 hours. According to the orders, he would pause here till 09:00 hours when he would dispatch a message to the Xanadou Regional Athority. What this message would say would be sent to him by Shazbotdom Naval Command at 07:00 hours tomarrow...
