In order to celebrate our recent economic renaissance, Prime Minister Bishop has announced a gala ball to which all high-ranking diplomats of the world are to be invited. The ball is to celebrate Zinaire's investment in the automobile industry which has brought the country substantial (at least by out humble terms) fortune. I would also like to say that although it has not been officially announced, I have heard, in the halls of the national buildings, that Zinairian-made luxury vehicles will be given away at the ball.

Please RSVP as soon as possible as the ball will be held in one month at the Zinnia Cove Waterfront Ballroom. We hope you will join us in this celebration of Zinaire's success.

If allowed to run this test, we will allow Zinarian Automobiles to be imported into the country without paying a tariff.

The aircraft in question that we will be using are two Supermarine Storke FGR.1 Light Fighters that will only have the cannons operable during the test. All other weaponry will be disabled and using a simulation mode during the tests as well as two older F14 Tomcats that we are in the process of decommissioning after these tests that will also only have their cannons enabled.

They will take off and land from any airstrip that you name, and we will give full access to your Air Force to inspect these aircraft. Also, as part of these tests, we will have a public demonstration of the navigational and flight precision that we expect from all pilots in the Bourgenstein Air Services that all Zinarian citizens are invited to attend for free.

Will you be bringing these aircraft by sea or will you be flying them in? The only military airstrip in the nation is not costal, so if you plan to bring them by sea you will need to make arrangements to bring the aircraft overland for approximately 100 km. We wish for the planes to fly out of and land on the Zinairian National Airbase.

Please bring the aircraft and all crew at least three days prior to the demonstration/test so we may inspect them.

They are certainly beautiful aircraft that you have obtained, but if I may be so bold, I would like to inquire as to how the obtainment came about considering that Bourgenstein has no defense budget. This is simply idle curiosity on my personal part and I hope the asking does not offend.

I, the president of Avalic will be attending the festivities. If it's okay, I am going to be using a Hawker 800. This luxury jet will contain me and the President of the Avalic Automobiles Industry, the largest company in Avalic. It's one of the multi-billion krote(our national currency which would be like the U.S. dollar) company, trumping Avalic Arms Manufacturing and Nukes4U Uranium Mining (We are using this for nuclear power, no plans for nuclear weapons). Avalic Automobiles Industry President, Alan Rendo is considering doing a deal with your top automobile company. My wife will be traveling in another Hawker 800 if allowed with 2 bodyguards from the Avalic Peace Corps. We luckily found a nanny to watch my 2 kids.

From our embassy in Zinaire, our ambassador, Alan Spirit shall be attending. His wife is unable to attend due to delightful news that she has become 2 weeks pregnant, and unsurprisingly his wife supported her husband's choice to stay are Zinaire till a week before the baby will be delivered. He shall be traveling in one of the 3 Bulletproof Mercedes-Benz S-Class Guard luxury vehicles that we have in our embassy's parking space currently.

I shall also be bring 2 highly trained bodyguards from the Avalic Intelligence Agency. I am only doing this because my cabinet has advised me to at least bring some security. I hope your continuing prosperity and I shall be there.

We are most honored by your plans to attend as well Mr. Rendo's. Your use of a jet is certainly acceptable but there is not airport in Zinnia Cove (as it would disturb the town's tranquility). Therefore, we suggest you land at the Zinairian International Airport in nearby Zinaire City and travel to the ball in a luxury helicopter we will provide for you at the airport. If you would appreciate the extra security, you could also land at Zinaire's military airstrip which is only 100 km or so farther away. Naturally, we will permit you to bring body guards as the unexpected is always possible.

Dear Republic of Zinaire,

Thank you for the use of one of your luxury helicopters. We appreciate it as we are right now reinforcing most of the helicopters, civilian and military due to an incident we had fighting off a dangerous enemy that vowed to kill all the military and citizens of the foreign land and threatened to spread their plague to our nations due to their new diet(I assure you do not want to know the details). It did not end well for us with several hundred casualties due to a bomb but we are performing a memorial service so we might be late. I will thank you for your patience. We will land in the Zinairian International Airport as we would love the see the architecture.

Mr. Spirit shall be delighted to come, he probably will be there earlier than me and my wife and thank you for allowing our body guards.

The aircraft will be transported by ship to Zinaire's coast by ship and then taken by convoy to Zinarian National Airbase. As we wish to keep the actual date of air base a secret, we plan to send a daily ship to the country and daily convoy transports. The convoys may be inspected upon arrival at the airbase.

The reason that we were able to procure these aircraft is due to the fact that some of our privately owned corporations paid into a fund that allowed us to purchase the craft.

Further Details on Zinaire Celebration Gala

This ball, to be held at the Zinnia Cove Waterfront Ballroom, promises to be one of the decade's most monumental.

Naturally, it will be attended by members of Zinaire's own government including Prime Minister Gregory Bishop and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sir Anthony Marcus. Mr. Brendan Lakehart, CEO of Zinairian Motor Works, will also be president to address the attendees and to discuss matters of business with foreign carmakers. High profile guests include Jim Montague, president of Bourgenstein, David Avalice, president of Avalic and Jeremy D. Adams, president of Hisperians.

The gala will end with displays by the Bourgenstein and Zinairian Air Forces and a gift of ZMW vehicles to attending dignitaries. After the formal ball has ended, national and corporate leaders will have an opportunity to discuss future relations with Zinaire and ZMW.

Dear Sir,

Having heard of your invitation, we have decided to contact VLT Automotive in order to invite them as well to the gala, in the expectation that they might prove useful to ZMW. Therefore, we will send a party of 3 men, being the State Secretary of Foreign Affairs Leon Schreiber (as the Minister is currently not available due to an important domestic meeting), VLT Sales Director Hans Schmidt, and Monteluci owner and manager Alfredo Monteluci.

They will arrive with the aircraft operated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a Boeing 787. An Airbus A340 will carry the small convoy we have joined together for this affair, being two VLT L7 6.3 V12, and three Monteluci Duca's (Both V6 and V8 models). Two of the Monteluci's will be used for escort procedures and will be equipped with blue LED lights and a two-tone siren. This to take some stress away from your escort units, so they can be delpoyed with other foreign dignitaries. The 8-man strong guard unit that will be inside these cars will send 2 men to guard our people at the Gala.

We completely understand the problems you face in allowing foreign police vehicles on Zinairan roads. Therefore, we have decided onremoving the police vehicle-equipped vehicles, and replacing them with factory stock ones. This will solve any and all problems regarding the use of police equipment on public Zinairan roads.

I have been asked by Emperor Quaeus himself to RSVP for myself and him to attend your nation's galla on behalf of its recent economic breakthrough thanks to the automobile industry. We are both very honored you personally invited us to attend and would like to thank you. The Emperor was going to bring his wife but she is currently with child and so it is unsafe for her fly at this time. However we intend to make the best of our visit nonetheless and will arrive in the Emperor's private Bombardier Global 5000 private jet at the designated airport. We request you have a pair of Mercedes-Benz GL-Class SUVs and a single Infiniti QX56 SUV to carry the Emperor and his bodyguard to their destinations throughout the city.
