Due to the frequency of powerful, dictatorial, and militant nations in this, our troubled world, the Nation of Skyland Mt has resolved to put forward a proposal for an alliance of minor states, in order to combat the inordinate political, military, and economic advantages of the great powers, and provide mutual defense and assistance, while respecting each other's sovereignty. This alliance is to be composed of democratic and humanitarian states, with a regional influence of vassel or less. Membership can be retained by nations which achieve a higher level of influence, but new membership will be open only to smaller nations. Only thus can we counter the dominion of the Superpowers.
It is our hope that we can rally around the common good, and bring a new ray of light into these dark times.
