The Kampferian Military: Better than the rest

KAMPFERS STADT (AP) - Discipline. Determination. Dexterity. The "Three D's" of the Kampferian military define how it functions, responds, and reacts. Within small circles, Kampfers has recieved much acclaim for her prowess, both on and off the battlefield, however, a lack of true battlefield experience within the past century has limited many people's opinions on the Kampferian military as a whole. One can only question the subjectiveness of their opinion, however. Should the Questarian Empire not fight another naval battle, she would still be far and away considered the world's most powerful navy, unless massive naval downsizing on her part forced others to look elsewhere for a naval superpower. Thus, the only remaining "logical" explanation is that Kampfers is small, and therefore unimportant militarily.
Woe to the men who choose that viewpoint. While true that Kampfers has a population of a mere 2.25 billion subjects, there are more points to consider besiders population alone. The increasing flow of troops from mainland Kampfers to her colonial holdings such as Arguin show that relative to the region of Haven, for the civilised world does not extend much farther (if any), Kampfers' smaller military is more than adequate. In truth, Kampfers' weakness is its strength. Due to the lack of a giant military force, Kampfers maintains one of the best logistical ratios in the world; not logistical to the point of being overtly beaurocratic, but enough to completely cover the force requirements, whereas many modern nations often skip over logistics. Every man within the Kampferian armed forces recieves on average 50 thousand more Kampferian Marks more than the average soldier in another army, not to mention the average Kampferian soldier recieves almost twice as much training as the average soldier in, for example, Doomingsland. The fact that Kampfers is not weighted down by an extremely large military also enables them to have a well rounded military. While Tyrandis may have the best Air Force in the world, what can be said of her Army? What of the Questarian Army? What of the Zukariaan Air Force? Each of the above is a power in their own right, but take them out of their theatre of preference, and their impact is much reduced. The same can not be said of Kampfers. A force in all theatres, even in space due to her recent contracts with ZMI and joint space program with Zukariaa, Kampfers can meet any foe in any arena and come out with at least a strategic victory, if not an overwhelming show of force.

Even the small military qualms are slowly being solved. Posters, such as the one seen above, can be seen around Kampfers proclaiming her military might and encouraging others to strengthen it more. Numbers have relatively "swelled" in numbers as of late due to a renewed sense of patriotism in the wake of the APOC-NATO/Gholgoth tensions. Despite the word choice, it would be wise to note that even at "swelled levels", the Kampferian military is still well under the oft perscribed military size for a modern nation in this day and age. Despite this, slowly, the most often noted flaw of the Kampferian armed forces is slowly drawing to a close.
In short, the flyers you may read, the words you may hear spoken, they are more than utter nonsense perpertrated by the Kampferian government. The Kampferian military is one of the best in the world, and will remain so until some day when Kampfers, as all nations have and eventually will, folds from the great stage of international politics, peacefully or not. Even the armies of Doomingsland could not knock on the doors of Kampfers Stadt, and given the current state of this world's politics, the armies of Doomingsland would be defending rather than attacking Kampfers Stadt. Sorry naysayers in Aurum Domus, but the armies of Kampfers stand eternal. As the motto of Kampfers states, they do not retreat, surrender, or turn back. Through superior quality firearms, superior training, and superior determination, the men of Kampfers always prevail!
