The Socialist state of Exetonia has been sitting rather quietly for the past few years observing world politics from afar. The largly left Government has today decided that it would like to show an interest in current affairs and would like to seek allies and to make trade agreements.

As a nation Exetonia consists of the main continent itself (split into 4 subregions - Exlotian, Dutoxitor, Gamma Lupo and Beltrad) and 2 Island states (Greenfeld, approximately 1500 km due NW of Exetonia and Hellithorpe approximately 2200 km due south of Exetonia.)

These three land masses are quite sizeable with the 4 regions of the continent of Exetonia covering over 27,000 square km's and the 2 Island regions covering 12,500 km's between them.

Our armed forces are currently due to be going through a massive upgrade program pending acceptance by DMG Military Industries which will present the first step in our armament process. This first step also includes the legal proliferation of nuclear arms and launch capabilities although we have no intention of using them, being a firm believer in the MAD policy. The next two steps will involve trebbling the standing forces of the Socialist state of Exetonia and giving us access to trident nuclear missiles and space based weapons platforms/defences.

Our main goal on entering the world stage again is to try to not get involved in major conflicts unless absolutly nessicary but also, to be able to effectively defend our state should the need arise, hence why we are seeking military allies. However, as a large nation, we will also be needing trade partners to secure our economy.

If you are interested please drop us a formal letter with a little bit about your state. Our ears are open to anyone but, as a socialist state we are more open towards offers from other socialist states and communist states.

We will outright refuse to correspond with extremne right wing nations. In our eyes, facism is all well and good as long as you do not impose on others.

The USSE has a population of over 12 million and consists of the Island of Murillo and it's three unified states of Efronia, Murilla and Jaredia.
The USSE is mainly concerned with Law and Order however its fiercely loyal military will defend the nation and it's interest without reservation.

The Efromurillan armed forces consist of its Elite Guard, National Army, Navy, Air Force and Special Forces and has a of 2,486,224 Conscription is Compulsory at 17 Years of age for no less than two years.

As an island nation the USSE relies heavily on the powerful USSE Navy which in recent times has shown its preparedness to use force to defend the island.

The USSE seeks military alliances to protect the nation and its people and its intersest abroad. The USSE is prepared to use it's military in the protection and aid of it's socialist allies.

Economically the USSE is reasonable. However the unwillingness to trade from of capitalist states are stifling. The USSE has high resources of Aluminium, Copper, Oil, Rubber Sugar and Bananas.

So from one socialist state to another, I ask you Exetonia can Efronmurillo count you as an ally?

OOC: Im only buying ratified real world vehichles.. none of his own stuff (well, the majority of it exists in the real world in some way shape or form.) At this time, it would appear that certain steps you have taken in your past have led the WA to believe you are a psychotic dictatorship. However, your current governing body seem to be attempting to rectify this situation.

To this ens we will openly offer your glorious nation assistance in maintaining your current socialist ideals but cannot ally with you at this time. We are a rather small nation; with a Federal system of government, open and transparent, that has long been run by various leftist parties. I ran on the Communist Party ticket while my opponent ran on the Socialist (with a third party Anarchist behind her). We are a egalitarian, education-oriented people who, unfortunately, have very little in the way of war-machines.

We do, however, have ample schools. As a matter of fact; we'd be willing to train your soldiers in martial arts, technology, computer science, physics, history, political science, and foreign languages in exchange for economic packages and closer political ties.

The lack of political freedoms speaks towards the Emperor, but fails to address the duality of the Belkan system, where the people are represented in a parliment. This is more of a limitation on the NSG system. The personal freedom part is more or less accurate.

Rachael Jonovan, the Prime Minister of Belkaros, stepped onto the aircraft that was to take her to Exetonia. She had been briefed on the nation's request for allies, and was more than happy to represent her homeland. The final launch preperations were taken, and the plane headed towards Exetonia.

The message was recieved in Belkaros just in time to recall the aircraft. In its stead, an Inquisitor was sent with a military escort to begin the talks and ensure the security of those who would hopefully soon be allies of the Imperium.
