The Federation of Truropia is seeking to purchase items for its military. Going by our current Government budget we can set aside about 500 million USD for the purchase of said equipment with the rest being set aside for wages, training and other parts of administration.

As we have no plans of being a violent nation, we would be looking at purchasing second hand, surplus equipment that would enable us to defend our borders should we come under attack and also police trouble spots within our nation due to a current lack of civil rights which we are rapidly working to resolve.

Below we will layout our expected requirements for each of our armed forces:

Army:
30-50 MBT's of varying types as cheap as humanly possible.
90-150 Light tanks as above
30-50 AFV's as above
40-50 various pieces of mobile artillery (150mm if possible)
150-200 Heavy mover trucks of various makes for logistics support

Airforce:
30-50 Fighters, jet engined if possible of various makes

Navy:
15-20 Gunboats of various sizes and capabilities
4 destroyers of various types
8 frigates of various types

Any nation who can supply said equipment should write to the Truropian ministry of Defence with their proposal and what they can offer. If it is acceptable, you can expect return correspondance from us.

We at Minarc currently have a surplus of heavy lift transports. These transports called the Type 73 Truck can carry large amounts of equipment and also have the power to tow equipment such as a 155mm howitzer behind it. In addition the truck is able to drive through water at various depths. We desperately need to clear these trucks from our storage area and are willing to ship them to you free of change. Since we need to get rid of so many each truck we will sell for only 30,000. We have a total of around 500 of these trucks in storage. If you are interested please reply and any other details can be worked out after that.

Minarc, we would gladly purchase 200 of these Type 73 Heavy Lift Transports if you could provide us with detailed specifications on the vehicle itself. We would need to know its weight (unloaded and loaded), carry capacity (troops wise), wether it could be kitted out to double as an ambulance, its equipment capacity, speed and distance on one tank of fuel aswell as its fuel consumption rate (how many miles do we get to the Gallon?)
