ANIMALPOLIS AHSCA-Leader of Animalpolis Haruhi Suzumiya has agreed to tour several nations to gain support for not only AHSCA but support for all Anthropeople around the globe. The decision of the leader comes as a suprise to many as Haruhi has been a proponent of isolation and strongly distrustful and cynical of the world abroad. AHSCA leader Shino Villa convinced Haruhi to make the step in this direction and hoped this would change her mind and the world's mind about AHSCA.

"I respect Shino enough, to do this for her." Haruhi said. "I guess maybe it's time I'm proven wrong about my thoughts regarding the world."

She had a samurai sword shethed she always carried with her and cloths that looked like a school uniform. She knew Mokostana was AHSCA's closest ally since the demise of the Protection by Kanami. We do not seek to add you as a territory, or protectorate, or any of the sort. We simply stated should you come under attack for the cause of "Genocide", any nation and/or nations involved will have a declaration of war on their hands. Haruhi's boat arrived after the rough and stormy trip. She was perfectly fine though, she was a stone. She had a samurai sword shethed she always carried with her and cloths that looked like a school uniform. She knew Mokostana was AHSCA's closest ally since the demise of the Protection by Kanami. She was looking forward to seeing Shino's adopted homeland.

As her boat was brought in Generalissimo Juan Dugal waited patiently at the docks for her. As one of the longest serving Generalissimos in the Mokan Army we was charged with taking care of the VIP on her way to Mokastana City. While he was an older man, having just passed the 40 year mark, he still had a ways to follow Durkin or even Yuri. He was dressed in the rarely used Ceremonial outfit, which looked strangely like a soviet WWII Uniform. On the jacket he had a few of his metals and his campaign ribbons, everything from the 2nd Bolivian revolution to the Mejican Civil war Southern front. Behind him was the bullet proof limo and the police escort, complete with members of the National Investigation Bureau's Special Operations unit. The only men in Mokastana who can rival Jaguar Elites in combat. While most Mokans loved their island cousins there were still a few who didn't know how to take the Nekos. Both Adam Jackson and Nicolas Villa believed that this trip would help show their people in a positive light.

When she got off the boat Juan looked and saw a rather beautiful woman in what appeared to be a school uniform, carrying a samurai sword no less. Both lovely and dangerous, a combination that Juan personally favored. It was when he saw her tail he took a second to wonder if he should even have thoughts like that. Farming Communities are rather abundant, along with civilian militias, but they are mainly just deal with keeping the coyote populations down. However in a last ditch effort to save the nation they would be called upon.

Climate wise it is relatively warm, from the deserts of Mejico to the tropical jungles of Fort Peru. The mountains are the only areas you can find snow, though in the tatom annexation you can find claims that it has snowed in Arizona, however around here actually it gets its coldest. It's also very hot in the summer time. Non of us mind foregoing cloths on many days. Rain is usually a welcome sight in the summer time. During the winter months the Monsoon season comes and it gets really stormy and rough. And my island is comprised of a lot of diffrent animal people and some normal from the other islands."

When the war broke out I stood and fought. Then a year ago I pulled the Coup and took over Primership of Animalpolis. I'm a fair ruler, or at least I try to be."

We advise AHSCA to take precaution against animal-human hybrids. They pose a great risk to human society, and should be quarantined into ghettos or concentration camps.

Once again he opened the door for her and let the driver get his, this time it was for show rather then tradition. Not to say he didn't mind opening doors for her, never married, even Generalissimos had some hopes.

The Limo pulled up to the hotel, where more reporters watched as they both exited the left door of the limo towards the hotel, though the crowd here was not as big, there were still some people here to see what a neko looked like, many local Mokans who were scheduled for a trip to the islands next year(max booking ahead is three years) wanted to know what they were going to find.

They went up to the elevators as men in Black suits and sunglasses monitored the halls. Soon enough they had made it to the rooms, at which point he opened her door for her, and handed her the key card.

"Thank you." She bowed and shut her door. Removing her cloths and hoping into the bath. She pondered over what she would say in her speech. Her feelings were mixed from this. I guess one has to take the good and take the bad. She rested peacefully through the night and waking early.

The next morning a menu for breakfast items was delivered to the room, in it there were dishes such as bacon and eggs, pancakes, Chirizo and eggs and numerous other international dishes. However they were suppose to be at the parliament building in a few hours, and it would take about one for the food to be delivered, as everything was made fresh.

Generalissimo Juan Dugal ordered chirizo for breakfast before he started dressing in the military fatigues for today. Ironically when in public shows the commanders always wore the same outfits as the rest of the men, its was for private meetings that the ceremonial outfits were worn, on occasion. Actually they really didn't serve much a purpose, except for graduations and the like. He strapped the .45 pistol to his side, the Mokan equivalent to a saber, and waited for breakfast.

Haruhi ate her big breakfast until she was well and full. It was a treat from the usual fruit, fish and rice she would eat on her island home.

Once breakfast was finished Dugal went over to knock on Haruhi's door and to make sure she was ready. He heard the radio going on about how today in the capital a Neko was to speak on the rights of animal people all over the world. The security detail informed him that the parliament session was beginning and they would be ready for her as soon as she got there.

Outside the limo was ready and warmed up.

Haruhi came out ready for the day. "Thank you for a wonderful breakfast."

The limos were loaded up and with police escort flashed red and blue down the street towards the Parliament building. Waiting for them at the Parliament building was a crowd of civil rights activist, Mokastana, the once revolutionary nation lead by socailist and armed commanders, was now evolving into a liberal democracy. The old gaurd wondered if this new peace loving movement would be strong enough to fight off the threats against socialism, but then again, they were moving away from socailism as well. Hopefully the old gaurd could reinstate the desire to fight in today's youth.

Soon enough the limos arrived, much to joy of the crowd of the crowd. Dugal walked out of the limo waving at the crowd. Luckily many still respected the army.

"Why yes, about 1200 here, you should see the political rallies we have hear. Main street shuts down as a precaution. So I suggest we get into the building to meet some key parliament members. Pretty much we will get you the floor and have the Party Chairs come up to meet you, then you will be allowed to give your speech."

He lead her into the grand building oddly similiar to the Kremlin in Russia, at least externally. Inside there was the grand hall for 224 seats of Parliament. All faced on central podium for speeches and the head chairs for the parties. At the podium giving a speech about why Falcons should not be treated, "like a god damn god" was Chair for the People’s Armed Republic Party, Juan Soto. He bellowed on until his time was done and he yielded the floor to....himself, as the Chair for the largest party he was the Head Chair of parliament as well.

"Very well, do we have any other speakers?"

The audience listened intently, many were unsure as to where she was taking this. However they listened intently, behind them cameras were rolling. When she paused the chair of the Armed Republic Party stood:

There was a large applause and a few boos. However many Conservative Party and a few Confederate Party members booed at that. One even yelled:

Completely killing the mood. An argument had started in the back. The respective chairs ran back to quell the fight.

Haruhi apparently struck a nerve. But she did not quiver or stutter. She just stood firmly and calmly with her same deep and stern expression.

The Chair for the Armed Republic party put his hand over the microphone, and turned down the volume on the receiver. All the news groups were focused on the fist fight breaking out between two Seats.

"Sorry, We have a bad situation in TAP right now, a small movement towards isolation has begun amongst the conservative party. However I can assure you that in the event of an attack our forces will be on the way irregardless of the vote in these halls. "

"Hmm, and they call us animals. That's comforting to know, though, thank you very much." She then stood up high on and shouted "Everybody freeze! Now are you men, or are you mice?"

"the seats were surprised at this sudden yell. However it did prevent the seat from Miamus county from taking a fist into his face. A few yells were set in reponse:

"I'm fighting for your nations safety!"

Security guards raced in and forced the parliament members to sit and calm down. Those involved in the fighting were escorted to the back to "discuss" what happened. Generalissimo Dugal was already back there sorting the situation.

"I am sorry you had to see that, some members of parliament believe that in order to keep Mokastana safe we must fight amongst ourselves."

This was major for Haruhi. She was one of the greatest Isolationists of her island. But she knew what she was saying. She knew deep down isolation wasn't the best thing.

Applause from the crowd of parliament rose, while others sat in protest, but this time far less were out of isolation, mostly the fact that they knew she was right. Luckily the isolationist sec of Parliament was small, but as the fight had showed, very XXX.

"Thank you Ms. Haruhi, now parliament, I ask you for a vote of protection for AHSCA, that in the event of unjust invasion we will assist, not only for the AHSCA naval station, but for the fact that we share many traits, have seen the same sorrows, and both need eachother for a better tomorrow."

When morning dawned Haruhi prepared herself to depart from Mokostana. She enjoyed her stay but was ready to make more friends.

The next morning Generalissimo Dugal got everything ready, the security was on stand by, the planes were ready to depart, even the boat was ready to leave. He prepared his Formal Uniform, the one she met him in, for the leave. He may never understand the custom, but he had to do it. With that and everything ready he went to get Haruhi and load her up into the limo.
