Office of the president New Sol alpha quadrant:

“Mr President” said out a rather young woman who stood in front of president Odessa’s desk, putting a digitized personal data pad in front of him… Odessa looked up his hands folded on the rather smooth polished metal desk; he raised an eyebrow as he took the pad, he started to read it his glinting greenish eyes moving from side to side as he read word after word, he sighed sitting back a few moments later placing the pad on the desk again. He started to speak replying in rather low toned voice to the woman as he looked back up from his slumped position.

“I want you to contact CSC, and let them know we have an issue, I will make a statement get me the press…”

The woman nodded she turned and started to walk out of the ornately decorated office, her hands grasping on to a pad, several moments passed, the holo monitor in front of Maxwell flickered on with a shimmer, General Carvel was on the line, he was in the CSC, and started to speak.

“Mr President you called?”

“Yeah john…” He said with a rather dull droning voice, his hands resting in front of him his eyes peered directly in to the monitor.. he started to speak again.

“John I take it you know of the baiting going on in the quadrant mostly near the UTF border?”

Carvel nodded his mouth starting to move as he spoke out in another rough and coarse voice.

“Yes situations looking a little prickly, I suggest we move in and show we mean business..”

“Yeah but we can’t just do it shooting at them we need to show we won’t abuse this, as the document said we would not involve ourselves in an effort like that unless we believed it posed a threat, however I believe I can spin this and play this, I want you to get the 8th fleet ready for jump in to that sector right away …”

“Yes Mr. President!” he said saluting as the holo monitor shut off shimmering to a close, with that Maxwell stood up he noticed a little light blinking on the press meter he had in his office, he smiled a bit adjusting his well pressed black suit. Then started to walk through the well decorated doors of the oval office, the doors swooshed open, his hands at his side he wandered up to this podium that had been placed there moments before. He wandered up to the sound amplification device, and started to speak with a coarse voice

“Good morning my fellow federation citizens, you may not know this but we have gotten word of a recent Steppe effort to make a presence within our sector of space, on our borders in fact, Frankly our response should not be one of instant force and attack, but more of a reserved resolve, I will not order a full blown attack upon this system, but I shall order a fleet of 200 Federation ships to be at the ready outside of it, ready to commence any such operations that warrant force or economic pressure. We would like to remind the nations of the quadrant and galaxy, that the steppe empire has a history of imperialist ambitions, expansions and warrantless attacks upon innocent nations for its own gain , The Terran Federation dose not, this recent, announcement by their government has made me wonder. Will they repeat the same follies as they have time and time again, baiting other nations in to a war with a build up for hostile intent? I should hope not, but we would all like to see them not to. The Fact remains the presence of a Steppe colony constitutes a direct threat to order and stability in this sector, but it does not warrant an invasion, merely a show of force. I shall warn the steppe empire, that if they attempt to increase military activity and presence within the area they specify to colonize, merely to bait the Terran Federation in to conflict, we shall use all our might and power to expel them, and if necessary make the system and example of why we made this proposal. The UTF does not seek conflict with nations , but we shall defend our quadrant and sector for un wanted cancers that only seek to cause death and destruction within the quadrant.. Good day”

He smiled as the holo cameras turned off, he stepped down with a sigh turning around and walking back in to the oval office , his statement would be broadcasted throughout the galaxy and quadrant as a message of solidarity and resolve..

An hour had passed; the 8th fleet was ready to go. Admiral Alexi sat back on his command chair, with in the newly built UTS- Warlock a five point five kilometer behemoth of a ship armed to the teeth with weapons, defended by layers of shielding armor, and several hundred fighter craft. A grin came over his rough face his hands folded right in front of him, as the Terran blue bridge was lit with mundane florescent lighting. As officers walked across his field of vision, he couldn’t help but think what was ahead he turned around looking at the AI and the tactical officer, he started to speak.
“Engage engines, prep Chrono shift jump drive…”

The tactical officer responded by taping on a holographic panel in front of him the ship started to reverberate with the sound of energy charging up with crackling chirrs of power and energy. Alexi sat back again in his chair, he looked out of the holo screen in front of him his eyes locking upon that one star that was the most dim of them all, he wondered his mind wander around what could be there, why was anything here so important, why were all these political territorial and other moves so significant to them yet insignificant to that star out there, who knows if life existed on it… his train of thought was broken by a rather loud crackling swoosh of energy almost like a lighting strike the entire ship and fleet were transported from that point of space near Star base alpha one right out of the designated Steppe system.

The massive fleet crackled in to existence with energy discharges coming across the fading blue hues on the hulls of the massive ships. The ships appeared in a defensive formation just outside the system, the Warlock had dwarfed even the Terran Cruisers, and their hulls were emphasized ever so slightly by the dim light of that systems star. It made their rough ominously demonic looking forms cast massive shadows upon smaller objects in the area. The ships floated ever so gently in the bleak darkness of space. The ships forms priced the void with nightmares and appearances of pure death. Alexi just sat back and smiled it was now time to wait, the Terran Federation had sent its foremost rapid reaction fleet to deal with this menace, it was time to truly see what was going to happen when they met.

Admiral Reich of the 4th Sharfghotten fleet stood on the bridge of his Titan class superdestroyer, Colossus. The massive ship drifted through space, flanked by a pair of Ragnarok capital ships. He lifted his wrist, reading again the intercepted UTF communication.

"I knew it. They are attempting to control as much as possible. This must be stopped."

He turned to the flight crew.

"Alright everyone. We are going to fight. I want the fleet located at these coordinates," He rattled off a set, "In five hours. So i suggest you start now."

As the crew began manipulating levers, buttons and keyboards, Reich turned back to the view screen. The Steppes could be powerful allies.

Sharfghotten 4th fleet:
Colossus, Titan superdestroyer.
Reverance, Ragnarök capital ship.
Dominator, Ragnarök capital ship.
5 Atlantis cruisers: Hammer, Judgment, Grace, Equinox and Vigilante.
3 landing frigates.
20 Escorting gunships.
3000 Wasp fighters.
2000 Mosquito bombers.

Somewhere in the Milky Way Galaxy, on Deep Space Patrol

The Shinobi Battlecruiser Asuma Sarutobi was on maneuvers deep in the Alpha Quadrant of the Milky Way Galaxy, and Captain Konohamaru Sarutobi was bored. He and the Star Destroyer Hellfire and its escorts were on assignment near TFU space on official business from the Council to ensure there's no pirates taking advantage of the new colonization attempts. In reality it was also a way to test the newly graduated cadets onboard the ships of the task force. They needed to be bloodied and a simple battle with the pirates that would soon maraud the Coredian ability to scout out new colonies in the area would be the perfect way to test the kids.

Of course, it made Konohamaru feel old to see the kids, some actually prepubiscent, run around on naval business on his ship even though in his midtwenties, he was already a respected Jounin commander and one of Uzumaki Naruto's trusted inner circle. And of course, on his way to being the Seventh Hokage, the Nanadaime. Or the Sixth, depending on if he could defeat Naruto, the self-proclaimed future Rokudaime. Of course, he didn't have high hopes of that, but it still promises to be a fine battle...

"Sensei!" A comms officer jolted him out of his thoughts. "Long-range patrols have detected a fleet of unknown ships moving into the area!"

"Ah, finally, some action! Tell those patrols to give us numbers and possible force structure of the enemy!" Konohamaru ordered. "And bring us up to battlestations! I don't want anyone to be caught with their pants down or else I'll personally kick their ass!"

"Yes, Konohamaru-sama!"

Klaxons and red-alert sirens sounded all around the task force. With numbers around twenty ships, including six major capital ships besides the two flagships, and dozens of Shinobi, Jedi and other heroic figures prepared to fight an anime-worthy space battle (complete with Massive Missile Massacre and Beam Spam O Doom!), it would hopefully prove to be a fine test for those cadets.

=====

Ninja Squadron 8, Long-range Patrol

"Ok, ladies, you heard the flag!" The gruff commander of Ninja Squadron 8 ordered. "We're to count the number of enemy bogeys and report back to the fleet! Don't engage unless they engage! We don't want the fuckers to get the moral high ground! Go to stealth mode!"

The StealthX starfighters then began dumping a special ion mixture to turn their exhaust as black as night and their hull transformed from a dull grey to a matte black color to blend in with the background. That's not all, for all sensors and comms except for passive modes were shut down and even the astromechs went on minimum power to reduce emissions even more. Although they were unable to speak with each other, some of them had the Force as their ally as they scooted closer to the enemy battlefleet, taking passive pictures and sensor readings, as well as Force scans.

After all, before the Coredians fight, they must learn who their enemies are...

The Neo Kirisuban star system inside Federal Union space.

The home of the rebuilding Kirisuban people and a female dominant asian culture who really wanted to remain neutral regardless of what was going on.

They were still exploring outside their space and deep into unclaimed space by now as fast Pioneer class exploration cruisers were these peoples eyes and ears.

At the Admiralty building where the offices of the Defence and Exploration fleet were based the defence fleet admirals had made their decision. They would try and maintain their own armed neutrality unless they were attacked themselves.

Although a warrior people they already had the interest of the Alliance of Imitated Worlds who had taken a liking to the crews of their starships. Two attacks had been recorded so far and they had enough to worry about already.

The defence fleet was placed on an amber alert. Not quite a yellow alert but the Samurai class cruisers of the home defence fleet were on alert all the same in case an attack came against them.

Space seemed to shudder slightly as a warship emerged from warp and returned to normal space. The vessel's three engines were arranged into a tri-engined formation at the three corners of a triangle. Light of the nearby stars gleamed off the long, elegant, grey hull and bounced off the fearsome red turrets, each sporting dual turbolasers. The emblem on the top engine bore the red rose of the Alversian People's Republic. At the front of the streamlined bow was a number, BDR-1029-A. The name above this read APS Campbell and she was a Crossfire-Class Dreadnought on Deep Space Patrol. She was cloaked for the moment as she patrolled Fedral Space. The Union and the Republic had a generally good relationship with the Republic yet it was always better to remain silent until a presence was required.

"Mr. President," said the newest member of Admirality, Vice Admiral Vance Armstrong. He had been waiting for this call for over two hours now, monitering the situation along the border. The Terran Federation was a valuable ally, and along with the declaration of Sector Policing, Congress was tensing up for something the likes of a Cold War. All that ended now, the situation resolved by diplomatic channels. The Terran Federation had assured the Galactic Federation that no harmful patrols would enter their space.

This situation was different, and it showed on the Presidents features. Despite his four thousand years plus of life, the Komodren face before Vance looked stressed and ready to break. Days of sleepless nights had been wearing away at the mental and emotional barriers that had held firm in more stressful times. Vance couldn't help but sympathize.

"Vice Admiral," Drakomis nodded in respect, "I have a diplomatic mission for you."

Vance stood straighter, "Of course Mr. President."

Drakomis gave a weary smile, "Good." He sighed, "In relation to our very spaztastic Terran Federation neighbors, we will be dispatching the Starcarrier Discovery and two Battlecarriers along the TFU/Anagonian border as a show of assistance. Your real mission is to moniter," He scratched his scaly head with his claws. "From what information I can gather, we may have another Galactic Superpower involved as well. So its best just to stay put unless hostile forces enter our space. I've already dispatched the Enterprise to deal with another hostile power, so hopefully three of our best ships will deter violence."

"Very good sir," Vance said. "Who will be commanding the Discovery?"

"You will," Drakomis gave a flickering grin and looked away at something, then back. "If you will excuse me."

"Of course sir," Vance said breathlessly.

Terran Federation/Galactic Federation Border

Space was silent here, expect for the occasional tourist from both sides of the border going without so much as a check. That would all change in a moments time. Space distorted in an empty part, and flashed brilliantly a thousands times brighter than Sol's sun. Then, in its place, three of the largest ships ever constructed by Anagonian hands started on their patrol route to inspect incoming vehicles and provide border security. The Galactic Federation tended to stay out of Terran business unless needed, and with updated intelligence Anagonia really didn't need to get involved.

The Starcarrier Discovery and the two Battlecarriers Anagonia and Lexington stood as a dominant fixture of Anagonian Naval Superiority. They would not speak unless spoken to, and would not initiate action on the Terran side of the border unless provoked. They were there, simply, to watch.

The Hyperborian Colony Ship, a Nautiloid looking ship known as a Hani-Terra was now in The System. over 400,000 Colonists with Vehicles, Animals and Seeds and Houses for the start of a Colony. The Planet was named Mordor with its four Moons; Gondor, Rohan, Shire and Hataria.

The Colony was now a Part of the Hyperborian Empire, so any attack by Terran Forces would be a Act of war.

with the Terrans near by, a Second Colony Ship, one with Warriors and Weapons was being planned, with a fleet to get ready for any War that would start.

The Terran Federation would not dare any attack against The Empire.

The Neo Kirisuban Star system

A squadron of three defence force Samurai class crusiers were cloaked in their own star system mainly on the lookout for cloaked AIW ships. These ships rarely left their own star system but times were changing and the defence fleet had to be flexible. These were large powerful ships and the cream of the fleet.

The NKS Chiang Lung, Ki-Rin and Kappa were fanning out to cover different sections of the southern border. This would also be good practice for the young female crews who ran these ships. Other squadrons covered the other parts of the border.

Nobody had an itchy trigger finger inside their own home system and they also had the buffer of Federal union systems round them. Still a cloaked ship could always slip through.

"So. They've attacked former allies unnecessarily, they're imperialistic, and, to top it off, they rate so low on the "threat" scale that a single battleplate would overwhelm them within a day or so?"

"That is correct, your Highness."

"Hm. In other circumstances, I would be given to attempt to intefere, but the Union has this no doubt well-in-hand. It's not as if these... Hyperborians actually represent anything more than an itch to the Union. It looks as though they're about to be scratched."

A few minutes later, a public response was given to the Union. While the Realm did not support their declaration per se, when it was used to quash overly aggressive powers, it had some legitimacy behind it.

We of the Realm do not intend to interfere with any measures you intend to take against the Hyperborian Empire.

And a second, private message. Furthermore, President, should any useful intelligence come our way regarding the disposition of their military, or intentions, rest assured it will be passed on to you at the first oppurtunity.

The Federation fleet stood in wait outside of the system, things were unfolding for the better, at least in the union’s eyes, they would not fire first. It was hoped they would not have to go in to a war situation over this colony because the steppe empire would attempt to pull another trick like they have time and time again. Alexi sat back his arms crossed over his chest as he looked out in to the darkness of space; the tactical officer looked back at him his eyes glinting gently in the chrome light. He started taping upon his console as he started to speak.

“Admiral we have incoming ships, I’ll put them up on the holo screen”

With a quick tap of a button from his rough hand, suddenly a graphic with several allied and unknown ships appearing on the screen, Alexi stood up he placed his hands behind his back folding them together as his blue eyes panned around the map, he hmmed a bit placing a gloved hand upon his shaven chin.
It was interesting what was happening, everyone was preparing to watch a fight or participate in one, and these unknown contacts grate in number seemed to be closing in. He had made a decision in his mind he quickly shot a look over to the ai and started to speak in a rather rough yet chores voice.

“I want you to contact CSC, let them know it would be prudent to establish a more permanent presence in this area, also let them know we have contact on SWAC’s sensors unknowns. At any rate tell the fleet to keep shields on line, and charge weapons but don’t make any offensive moves”

The tactical officer nodded his hands moved around the glowing holographic panels with haste, his eyes looking at each and every message and command he was typing with haste. As he imputed the messages the fleet began to charge Its weapons, it could be spotted by everyone looking in that direction something was building up, tech officers wandered around the large dark fusion reactor room the force catwalks bellow supporting their bodies and suits with a layer of particles and energy, they could see the bottom of the ships reactor core easily, like they were walking on nothing, the AI and the engineers worked in tandem prepping the massive ships dual dark fusion reaction chamber for increased power output. The weapons charged with an instant of that order.

Mean while the message dispatched to CSC was received carvel and Maxwell sat in the situation room looking at the map the incoming forces and messages sent by Alexi, max sat back in his leather like chair looking at the older general, his hands folded on the metal glass like desk, he started to speak .

“General I want you to send a MSCV over to that area and start establishing a base of operations, we need to make sure this does not get out of hand”

The General nodded swiveling his own chair around standing up walking out of the command center, Max sat back just sighing he was going to be late again getting home, but that didn’t matter at this point, he saw all the political posturing of his allies to pounce on this if it got out of hand. He didn’t like the situation but the steppe empire did not warrant any benefit of the doubt. In his book this reaction of his was warranted.

Alexi read the prompt reply sent by the CSC, he smiled a grin coming over his smooth newly shaven face, he placed his hands behind him again as he walked around the rather well lit bridge his eyes peering out in to space.

from the Colony Ship, landing craft were pooring out. Like the Colony Ship it self, They were unarmed. The Colonists were all Civilian, the only Weapons they had were Blaster Rifles for shoting Predetors that would attack The Horses, Sheep, Goats, camels and Cattle the Colonists bought with them. They weer there to start a new life, to spread Hyperborian Civilization though out the Galaxy.

The Colonist landers landed near The Sea of Orgu, on The Eastern Contiunet. The Plains were good and The Grass was not toxic to any Hyperborian Animal. In Short, this would be the start of The Colony.

The Governer would come in two weeks as the Colonists started Building Mirais Khan. the Hyoerborian Flag was raised.

One moment, there was nothing. The next, the fleet had arrived, floating serenely by the Federation armada as if they had always been there. The twelve kilometer silhouette of Asher rotated slowly in the dark, orbited by it's escorts and servitors. Thousands of glowing green dots flitted about the battle group like sea birds around a shrimper, each a sensor drone taking in the system around it.

Pirouetting, Asher's bulk shifted to come along side the lead Federation vessel, tight-beam transmitters flaring to life as it did.

This is ONV Asher of the Imperial Regency of Otagia. My battle group and I have been diverted to assist in any way you deem necessary.

“What?!” Alexi exclaimed he growled a bit resting his hands upon his lap as he looked outside in to the darkness of space, his blue eyes panning the distant starts in front of him as thoughts flew in to his mind, thoughts of what happened in the past and what a threat of another super weapon could pose to the UTF, enough was enough the president and the CSC was fed up with the steppe empires stalling and games.

The revelation of this entire document to the government had prompted an emergency meeting of the senate, and with a vote of 500 – 12 a resolution for a declaration of military intent was passed. Orders from the CSC were sent via up link.
------ Attention to the 8thfleet, and eighteenth marine/ army combined detachments ---
We have received word of hostile intent from the steppe empire, and the senate has authorized the full use of any force deemed necessary to remove this threat, you may proceeded in to the system and you may proceed to land troops

Alexi looked at the message on the large command screen, the bridge dimmed, his rough hands rested upon the glassy console, he stared harshly towards the tactical map, he stood up strait again looking over to his tactical officer and started to speak in a rough voice.

“All right, all Hands to battle stations, all Dolphins prep for launch and beaming pods ready, let’s go in!”
With that simple order the massive fleet engaged its engines, the massive ships loomed over most of the smaller objects in the system save for planets, and rumbled in ominously like angles of death ready to embark on a quest of sheer destruction, the UTS warlock was at the head of the fleet, its massive body rumbled towards the newly colonized planet right in front of, Alexi smiled his hands folding in on each other as he sat back on his leather like chair, the tactical map growing larger as klaxons rang out, soldiers and officers ran around the ships towards battle stations, he said with a devilish smile over his face, and a raised hand.
“Fire Micro wave missiles, disable these fools!”

The tactical officer an AI worked in tandem and the instant that order was given several missiles shot out from minutely and comparatively small tubes, their yellow hue moving behind the quick moving silvery objects as they moved towards the atmosphere, they would explode in a fury of light, and an angelic stream of blue and white, explosion after explosion rang out as missile after missile fired. The first stage had begun; the second stage was now to move troops towards the planet’s surface , Alexi had starred over to the AI and tactical officer his hands brushing up and down the armrests of his chair he said with a rough commanding voice.

“All right launch Beta squadron have them escort the Dolphins down..”
With that, several fighters bays had opened up, SA-40C fighters from beta squad swooshed out in a quick motion, their engines pushing out white and blue particles from the back of the four pylons they rested on lighting up the space behind them , the midsized fighters moved in a wedge formation, Trent Hawkins placed his hands upon the control surfaces in front of him, he started to speak , as several large drop ships came in to the formation.
“All right beta squad keep tight formation, beta three , through six keep on the left, me and beta’s two and three will keep on the right , all right lets gun it!”

The engines of the fighters flared up as they rushed towards the planet, the dolphins carrying several thousand droops followed suit, their more massive bodies piercing the sky of space with a well lit flare form their engines . The fleet stayed behind, it had its guns trained upon the planet in case anything had survived the massive EMP strikes that should have disabled most systems on the round, they priced the sky with their demonic looking black forms, massive waves of blue and white particles flowing behind their bodies lighting up the void behind them. The SA-40C’s of beta squad carried several guided bombs in their internal bays. The Steppe Empire would rue the day it had came up with such a blatant arrogant threat to the terran federation. Alpha squadron, gamma squadron, delta squadron had all launched , their engines flaring as they did strafing maneuvers, and quick pushes forward in a wedge formation seemingly escorting dolphins and capital ships, the cruisers rumbled on either side of the massive warlock class, Alexi just waited, his hands on his lap folded quietly, his mind clear and serine as he thought of nothing but the pure lust of war, and battle the pure lust of destruction upon his mortal enemy. He laughed a bit under his breath looking at the copious amounts or tactical situation holograms popping up and analyzing everything in the system

The message sent to the chronosians , by the steppe empire was sent to the Terran Federation, TBI, AND promptly with all do haste and candor it was printed and holovised and generally sent to all allies of the Union.
"Dairyuujin-Kami is ready for the Field Test," General Kaiba said to Khan Alexandria. "All We need is a Field Test against a Foe that would be good for it." "I know," The Great Khan her self said, "That is why it is time to trick someone here."

So The Hyperborian Kanishu Ichiban, there Spy net, soon sent a Secert message to Chronosia with Info on a Superweapon that was to be used on Terra Prime the Homeworld of the Terran Federation, a Superlaser that could go though any Shield. It also told that the Base was shielded with Dark matter Shields, stronger then any Shield out side the Gamma Qraudrat. Only a Ground attack could take it out.

The Area the Planet Sanishu was in the Star System of Sadi, known better as Beta Capricorni in the Old earth Tounge.

The Chronosians are not fools, not simple madmen who would wade into battle to prove wrong a throng of attention-seeking, and probably exagerrating madmen. As a result, the Chronosians forwarded the message in secret to the Federal Union and all its known allies, amidst bursts of furious laughter.

A cancer seeks to set about you; claiming the superiority of its mythical weapon. Consider this a gift and a warning of what seeks to set about you. I woudl advise obliterating the planet, or doing something constructive with the sun.

I have done this for you not out of sympathy or brotherhood, but out of a desire to be rid of your pathetic declaration. You will never hold sway over the Chronosians, nor oppose our progress throughout any sector of the galaxy.

I have saved you, that you might save me the trouble of dealing with those who are beneath me; both you and your foe.

The message sent to the chronosians , by the steppe empire was sent to the Terran Federation, TBI, AND promptly with all do haste and candor it was printed and holovised and generally sent to all allies of the Union.

the Colony was attacked, terror in all the Civilians as they ran from the Invaders. Not Communacations to warn the empire, the Colony was doomed, all The Hyperborians were running to The Mountains to hide.

But the enemy had for got that Lack of Communacation from a Colony would be well known.

The Lost of Contact was the first thing that the Hyperborian knew was part of Invasion. this was enough for The Empire to know the fools of The Terran Federation had just declared war on The Empire.

If they wanted a war, then they would have it.

the Alpha Quadrant would burn, all who dared attack the Empire would die.

War to The Death, No Peace till UTF was gone for all Time.

the Fools had just signed their Deaths.
