History

The Emirate of Kaphristan was founded by nomadic Islamic tribes during the First Crusade in 1095. A notable figure head named Kilij Asland began gathering up people from around that were being threatened by the Crusaders and taught them to conceal their identity and helped many of them flee the country. Most of the displaced migrated overland coming in through the Andes Mountains and into the northern part. However some came over the Himalaya Ranges and filed into the south closer to the south coast line. Withthe coastal range ideal for trade most felt it would be prudent to settle the south. However many were fearing invasions by the Crusading nations, and felt the coast would be more ideal. As a result this has cause a split among the people, with half the population along the south coast and another half along the northern mountain ranges.

In 1600 this division would reach a peak as slavery was introduced. Farmers began to migrate into central Kaphristan with hopes of taking advantage of the fertal land. As the demand for food increased, the demand on farmers began to grow. Many farmers began taking on more and more land to grow more food and they began using slave Labor. A majority of laborers came from the far South. The national Government showed favor towards Slave Labor but the Abolitionist Party Opposed it. A full blown Civil War broke out.

By 1650 the war was seemingly no closer to an end. Most had become cynical of their current governments and were taking it upon themselves to rule their own. The war unoffically ended in 1655 with no treaty signed, and no resolution given. Kaphristan was a tribal state, ruled by it's own people.

In 1700 a massive famine struck the country. Thousands were starving to death and the war once again broke out. Kaphi scholar Anzita Aux was not surprised and wrote in her light passage: "The war was never truly over, it was a sleeping beast, waiting for a loud alarm to wake it up." -Anzita Aux

With another indefinite war Kaphristan seemed lost many of the nation's Muslims were crying for the end of it all.

"Allah Allah please save us from our sins, save us oh Allah" was cried out in Mosques daily. A charismatic Muslim Argi Kanna took charge as a Prince. Coming from a large and wealthy family people looked to him with trust. He helped the debt of villages, and brought the war to an end. However he did abolish the old system of Government and installed the Monarchy as it is today.

At the start of the 21st Century Kaphristan had drafted a plan of INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS but backed down, due to increased terrorism the plan was rejected by the Reining Prince.

in 2005 Prince Gjon Xallu suddenly took ill and died suddenly leaving his son Ylli to take the throne. However Ylli only was on the throne for three years before dieing him self. Now the only person of the Xallu family was left 15 year old Saphresa. Saphresa is the first woman Princess in the country. She will begin international relations
