IC: A letter arrives to many nations, the letter was mailed five days ago, it reads:

Many poloticians have been killed, assassinated, and scandaled against.
It apears that the Democratic Empire of Hinatakawa's time has come.
Today, the capitol has been over run by the Danatric Revolutionary group.
They have long been a plague to this land and have been funded by my Personal
and Political enemys. This is a last resort to those who are out there, we plead for
reinforcements, the Danatric soldiers have already taken the Capitol, Ashkalion, to all those who wish to
fight for the common good, I call thy to arms.

The State of Iravia is prepared to send between 10,000 and 45,000 armed peace keeping units effective immediatly. The militia will remain under your command until no longer needed, in the small return we request the right to build military bases on your land and have rights to the airspace.

Rithian, which is divided into 4 parts totally, is capable of sending troops. While the Southwest part is in civil war, The Northeast and Southeast parts of Rithian are will to send 90,000 Nefushaten Elites and 30,000 Kakaru Soldiers. A group of about one million Armen will be sent as well.

It was midday in Ostia, the capital of West Corinthia. The sun's rays covered the imperial gardens like a warm blanket as Czar Ptolemy took his afternoon walk. This was the first relaxation he had had for the past year after stabilizing the country. Just yesterday he had announced that West Corinthia had finished reconstruction and was coming out of isolationism. No sooner had he made this announcement, it seemed, than a letter came via messenger directly to the Czar's waiting hands.

The Czar quickly skimmed the letter, muttering under his breath as he read. He looked up at the messenger, who was also a junior military analyst. "What is the international response thus far?"

"Hina has considerable pledged support already. We don't have much information about the rebellion or the country it is occurring in, however."

"We can't afford to delay." the Czar replied. "Inform the Senate to mobilize an invasion force...four legions should be sufficient for now. Draft a response to their government as well." he saluted the messenger, who turned and ran off to the Imperial Palace to perform his duties.

The Czar sat down as he pondered the situation, conferring with some military advisers who were nearby. "We could profit from this situation."

We in West Corinthia sympathize with your nation's plight. An auxiliary group consisting of four legions, approximately 200,000 men, is being mobilized for deployment to your region. We request additional information on the geography of your country, the history of your government, and the current rebel situation.

The fast response is Welcome. though be advised, the rebels have taken a testing facility, which housed a "Black Spot" project for the military. Possible Nuclear threat. Other then that their forces number in about 200,000 and growing. Most of them are Mercenaries, which were hired by the Enemies mentioned previously.

The Emperor sat in his chair after sending the letter. He approved an order for a deployment of what was left of the army, about 20,000 soldiers, a handful of artillery, a squad of helicopters, and about 50 tanks. He began to wonder about the Black Spot project, not even he knew what it was, just that it was there.

The Emperor had been updated on the deteriorating situation in Hinatakawa, but had been hesitant to send troops, being unsure of the motives of either side. The threat of nuclear weaponry falling to armed rebels was too grave a threat to be ignored any further. After a brief meeting with his Praetors and Generals, he sent the following telegram, as well as authorized the mobilization of forces.

TO- EMPEROR JOHAN KILARI, DEMOCRATIC EMPIRE OF HINATAKAWA
Emperor,
The Imperium of Belkaros has heard your plea and can ignore it no longer. We will send an Aeronavis Tactical Command ship, two armored divisions, three legions of infantry and four wings of bombers to your aid. We will also send seven Black Ops. Teams to attempt to recapture this "Black Spot". We would also like to offer your government the option to retreat to Belkaros to establish a government in exile until this crisis is ended.

We are highly alarmed by the possibility of rebel access to nuclear armaments. This detail strengthens our resolve to mobilize against this threat to the world. I have ordered an emergency mobilization and deployment of the Corinthian navy to within range of your nation. I have also placed all Corinthian ICBM silos on high alert. Please provide us access to your country and open your airspace. Would we be permitted to construct a center of operations/military base in your country to help us organize our attack?
