Having recently gained out sovereignty from our South Germonian oppressors, we would like to extend an invitation to any and all nations to establish an embassy in Zinaire City, the capital of the Republic of Zinaire.
As of now, the entirety of Arouet Drive, twenty lots, has been prepared for inhabitance by foreign ambassadors. Five compounds have also been prepared in the hills surrounding the city. These facilities will be given to nations with advanced security needs and/or strong diplomatic ties to Zinaire.
All facilities contain state-of-the-art communications and electronic security technology. Embassies on Arouet Drive contain office space for fifty (50) employes and living quarters for approximately twenty (20). Embassies in the hills also feature an on-site helipad, medical facilities and two-meter walls (including gate and guard post). They can employ seventy-five (75) employes and house 150.
We ask that security forces on Arouet Drive be capped at twenty (20) persons and those in the hills to be capped at fifty (50). Please no machine guns, rocket/grenade launchers or crowd control weapons (including tear gas but not non-lethal weapons such truncheons and tazers). Sniper rifle requirements will be examined on an case-by-case basis. Bringing chemical, biological or nuclear weapons into Zinaire will result in immediate removal from the nation and expulsion for the Embassy program.
Each nation may have five cars stored at their embassy, those with embassies in the hills may have an additional five for on-site security forces. All vehicles may be armored but they may not be armed. Also, please note that Zinarians frown on the use of stretch limousines, so please refrain from using them. However, other luxury vehicles are welcome. You are permitted one (1) unarmed helicopter. This will be kept on-site if your embassy is in the hills and at the nearby Zinarian International Airport otherwise.
