Outcome: Dashie Annexed by Max Beagle

It was April 1st, when all was quiet in the morning. It was a normal day, and the government was convening as scheduled. Suddenly, angry riots broke out near the capital (Pheonix) and in outskirt cities near the capital. Riots are spreading quickly. The government fell fast, with legislators running for their lives. Those sympathetic to the rioters (including the leader himself, Dashie Camel) skipped town and went into hiding.

Unaware of this was the co-Secretary of Defense. He was traveling on Crescent road north to the capital to partake in a Congressional session later in the day, when a rocket blasted the vehicle in front of him. Angry rebels pelted his car with machine gun fire. Though his limousine was armored, it was no match for the 8.32 X 63mm bullet, abet dozens of them pouring in from all directions. Finally, a civilian mob took the streets and desecrated his body, stripping him of his clothes and parading his nude body throughout the city, before burning him and his aids in a gigantic bon fire.

Thus far, there have been ~ 150 fatalities: 20 of those being the Dashie police, or government officials. Militias are taking up arms and partaking in urban warfare. Though the violence will likely calm in the coming days, Dashie seeks peacekeepers to protect the Motherland from further chaos, and help the NS Red Cross distribute aid to local villages. Militias will most likely attempt to steal NSRC food supplies from villagers. Dashie Camel, though sympathetic to the cause, does not condone the violence, and has called for it to end.

Rules: Peacekeepers only; no coming in + stealing land
Conventional weapons, but your peacekeepers are authorized to use lethal force on militias.
You can, however, side with the rebels and give them weapons + money, or fight with them.

Rebels: The government doesn't care about us. We're left out here to fend for ourselves. We need food and water. We're fighting for our people, and for our ideals. The idea that all men are equal, or no man should be kicked to the side by such a careless government. Time and time again, they've been sabotaging us, and catering to their own "kind." Enough is enough. This is war!

(He fires his assault rifle in the air, followed by men around him firing guns in the air and dancing. You spend the next 30 minutes dodging bullets that are raining from the sky).

The GenSec turned from the bay window, and sat upon the polished wooden desk occupying the middle of the room.

"Well then this plague must be wiped, Leibovsky. Contact the rebels."

OFFICIAL PACKAGE TO THE DASHIE REVOLUTIONARY FORCES

At the City of Red in ten hours time, Two Tupolev cargo planes will touch down at the airport. Loaded aboard will be:

20,000 AK-47 Assault rifles
2 T-64 MBT's
5,000 RPK Heavy machine guns
1,000 Dragunov sniper rifles
20,000 Makrov pistols
1 tonne of C-4 explosive

"The Revolutionary People's State of Magdha pledges its full support to the government of Dashie. Whatever aid we can provide to exterminate the insurgents, we will. We will do everything we can help you to wipe them out."

The government of Dashie, or what's left of it, accepts your peacekeeping forces. The Black Lands, neutral as they may be, has given permission to any peacekeeping forces to use their land to transport into Dashie. We could use some help securing Crescent, which is dangerously close to falling to the insurgents.



It was rainy in the morning, which was typical for the higher altitude Crescent plains. Government troops, along with Neutral food distributors were moving up the mountain to bring food to a Government-sympathetic village. Little did they know, insurgents were all around them. The attack was coordinated perfectly, as the convoy slipped right into a 360 degree circle formed by surrounding insurgents.

Suddenly, a government troop was shot in the head, and slouched off of his gun turret. A tire was also shot out by a sniper. "Ambush!" screamed one of the government troops, as they all went for cover. Insurgent fire was sweeping over the convoy, as government troops yelled, "we need support now!"

Men were falling left and right. Whistle blows from insurgents could be heard as they charged the convoy. The 360 degree ambush had turned unorganized, as government troops began to rally. Suddenly, aircraft flew overhead and dropped napalm on the surrounding areas. Combined with incoming helicopter fire, the insurgents made a hasty retreat across the valley and back into the Crescent mountains.

A great toll was taken, however. 12 Neutral NSRC workers were killed, along with 30 government troops. ~25 insurgents were estimated dead. Some were burned beyond recognition.

Meanwhile, the rebels were ecstatic to hear about the Rhumania supply drop. "We can't thank you enough," they said joyfully, knowing that victory would be hard but sweet when finally achieved.

Also be aware that the rebels are heavily armed; more so than a usual militia. As intel for nations, we present some of the weapons used by the rebels, based on urgency:

Very dangerous: Anti-vehicle missile

This can be fired to disable a convoy, and locks onto its target. It is very similar to the Javelin. This weapon has already killed a great number of our soldiers.

The 8.32 X 63 mm assault rifle:

This weapon is a favorite for insurgents because of its armor piercing capability. They use it more to pick soldiers off than to spray. It is noticeable by its black - blue factory paint, though often overpainted with camoflauge colors.

Another insurgent favorite is the "Mudslosh"

It is a low caliber assault rifle with a high rate of fire.

Also, be aware that insurgents have high numbers of anti-aircraft stingers.

These stingers are not difficult to break from a lock, except if your aircraft is slow or not technologically advanced. However, they are easy to fire, and insurgents will often fire many of them at once.

Safe guard your weapons, as most of these were stolen from government supply. They will also try to steal your weapons, or whatever they can get their hands on.

Political aspirations of the rebel forces, if known:

The insurgents are Commie bastards, as proven by our Secretary of Defense, who sadly, was shot and burned to death. That just proves it even more, that they are indeed Communists.

Suitable landing strip for DFOR to establish beachhead:

If coming from the East, you may want to land at "Devil's Tongue," as the city is entirely safe and free of insurgents. There have been no bombings there before. If coming from the west, you may inquire to Max Beagle to land on their shores, but they are not on friendly terms with us. Or you may land at Pheonix, but bombings are occuring there every day.

Also, note that most of the insurgents were one time in the Dashie army, or were before the government collapsed. They are highly trained, and not your typical insurgents. On the other hand, some may just be civilians with poor military experience.

"Thank you, colonel." he said, after saluting. "We're just stopping in for some R&R and will be back across the border in no time."

"Really?" said the Colonel, kicking from sand to the side with his boots. "Why don't I show you to our armory too. I'll never know what happened. Damn burglars stealing our weapons again I guess!"

Dashie insurgents got in line to recieve their assault rifles and sniper rifles, as well as some other high tech vehicles and tanks that "went missing."

"Sir, there's some insurgents incoming to the North," said a sergeant, looking into his looking glass. "What shall we do?"

"Clear them a path," we said with a smile. "They just look like civilians to me." He had a visible smirk.

OOC: Could Bushdome support the rebels? If so would it be possuble to send the rebels fire arms and some man power? The men sent would be in civilian clothes.

OOC: Sure. You can join the rebels if you like, as in being foreign fighters and helping to secure key points. I guess you could even "officially" have troops there attacking the government controlled areas, and pushing forward.

In interest of the RP though I just don't want people to openly declare war on the government, and then claim that they own the land now that they took it over. It's more like fighting an insurgency, or becoming the insurgency. :sniper:

Tsar Schuck sat at his television, flicking through the news channels. The usuall stuff came up. Then on one channel there were pictures of normal people firing upon soldiers.

Schuck sat up as the news reported yelled out her message from above the noise of gun fire:

"We have just arrived in Dashie, and it seems to be that this country is at war with itself. From what we have gathered the rebels are communist, but we still cannot be sure as we have only just arrived in Dashie, more on this story when we know more. Im Mandy Humpfrys and back to Dan in the studio......"

"Get me my advisors" barked Schuck, there was a breif scuttling then a voice whispered they are on the way.

The powerfull men of Bushdome sat around a large wooden table looking around nervously. "Now men i have come to a decision, now we're not here to debate my decision but to agree on the number of troops and how much financial aid we will supply to the rebels of Dashie" said Tsar Schuck.

The men debated for hours over how many men they are sending and how much money was to be sent and what firearms were to be shipped over.

They finally decided on 150 troops that were to be dressed in civilian clothes, they were going into Dashie on a private plane. The plane would contain AK47's for all 150 troops because after all the AK is the angry mobs favourate. The men would then establisha "political" party, this would hopfully give the rebels a little order so their attacks could be co-ordinated and more deadly. Hopfully the revolution will blow over with the new communistic political party winning, then the men pull out from Dashie. That was the plan anay way.

The plane touched down on the edge of Death valley, the troops waited in the plane untill night, so they could travel under the cover of darkness.

King Taranaz watched the crudely flickering TV, scanning for wars, opportunities, rebels who'd be willing to hire the Goblin force, formerly a gang of drug runners, and now they had amassed enough wealth to put together a rudimentary brigade, being Goblin, it wasn't perfect, they had to make do with crudely constructed Stub Gunz, and poorly made Tanks, but they were doing their best to improve upon the conditions of Goblin Engineering.

The static on the TV seemed to improve, enough to garner the information relevant to the Dashie conflict, rebels, goverments, it didn't matter about their politics, it was an opportunity to expand the name of the Black Moon Goblins, "Zwiffin!" Taranaz called out, a pasty faced Goblin ran over to the crate labelled "HIGH EXPLOSIVE" that the King was sat over, "Getz tha radio working, and zee if ya kant find theez Dashie Rebelz, wez gutta job tha needz doin'"

Goblin radio was unusual, like most of its technology, it ought not to work, and yet somehow it managed to fight this adversity, something like a disabled man struggles against predjudice, the radio, now in the clenched tiny goblin paws of Zwiffin, seemed to be able to contact over a far longer range than its human counterpart, but to all outside observation, it seemed like a regular radio transmitter, a very old radio transmitter, covered in flecks of dust, stains and paint, making the whole van it was encased in seem like a gay disco.

The Goblin twiddled with a few of the control dials and pushed a few of the buttons, "Thees Zwiffin, Wez of tha Black Moon mercanary force, an' wez unnerstood tha yez gotta waaagh, wez willin' ter 'elp, King Taranaz asks only fur hunnerd toussan' dollaz fur each operation, un that yez keep a fava fur uz in tha future." We are sorry to hear of the recent Revolt that is tearing your country apart.

We cannot imagine the amount of Pain and Suffering the citizens are going through. Therefore, we have decided to mobolize The Troisième Brigade Impériale De Maintien de la paix. (French, Third Imperial Brigade Of Maintenance of peace)

However, we recently went through a Revolt which ended with the overthrowing of the Communist government. So we can only spare a total of 10,000 Peacekeeping Forces.

The majority of these forces will be doctors (Actually, probably Logistical Support.) and Nurses. We will not fire unless fired upon. The Combat Forces that will acompany them will be armed with,

It's just out of reach of government forces, meaning that there wouldn't be anything other than the occasional airstrike, if even that. But on the other hand, your men would probably just die of heat exhaustion. :p

Goblins rarely used ships, they were far too fidly for international transport, which is why it was so difficult for King Taranaz to pick up these relics, despite Goblin glyphs and gubbins coating the outer hull, a person could easily confuse the crude vessel for a regular civilian car ferry, there was also an assortment of odd shaped guns and tools positioned over the main deck, afterall, Taranaz had no idea if to expect enemy engagement this close to the Coast.

Zwaffin had been charged with pouring himself over the maps of the area, looking for the best place to land, normally this would constitute an area where conflict was inevitable, and ultimately bloody, but having so few number to his Clan, Taranaz had to make sure the Naval force reached its destination unhindered, Belle Mer seemed to be the most adequate for this, but there was still the chance that the Goblins may be engaged by forces from Devils Tongue, rather perfectly, it also offered a lot of conflict with the enemy, being almost surrounded on all sides.

[OOC:Actually, my nation no longer use the "Soviet" name. As that was insituted by the former Government. Shows my mistake of name it Soviet Aissur, and not Aissur. The map, I thought in the one war, that Derbaria was bigger. Was it captured or something? I'll be typing out my IC post tommorrow.]

Carrier Battle Group Eight had been dispatched to moitor the situation in Dashie and ensure the fighting didn't threaten the busy Tolvanic shipping lanes in the area.

The Commonwealth hadn't bothered to send a communique nor would would one be sent. As far as the Commonwealth was concerned its movements were of no concern to other nations.

For now the ships and planes of the Battle Group would simply watch.

OOC: It was. Max Beagle and Derbaria are essentially the same country, but keep fighting / dividing. + they're in two for interest of this RP, since Derbaria probably wouldn't support either side. Derbaria is even worse than Dashie stability-wise.

A pirate looks through his looking glass at Tolvan. "Yarrr!" he says, as the parrot on his back squaked. These "pirates" were not sympathetic to any cause, but rather, just wanted to rob the crap out of Tolvan ships.
"Shiver me timbers!" said the captain. "Man the guns, and the loot shall be ours!"

The pirates went full speed ahead toward Tolvan trade ships, but would need to be practically on top of them to even have a chance to hit a target.

The Bushdome troops exited the plane at night, they waited in the darkness for the plane to come back, this time it would be carrying two trucks. The trucks were for the men to be transported in. In the trucks were also the usuall things needed for a succsesfull revolution, RPG's, Grenade's and a small crate of C4. The plane again landed on the edge of death valley, the men scurried into the trucks. And off they went.

The destination was Devils Tounge, most of the men had a sleep in the trucks, they were also fed and watered whilst in the trucks so that wasn't a proplem. They finally rolled into Devils Tounge just as the sun was rising. The men quickly set about finding a building where they could centre there operations from. A small shop on the high street was chosen, the shop was borded up and the only way in was a door in the back of the builing. It had an upstairs which had been used to house the shop keepers family. The generals set there things down whilst the other men found their own acomadation, they were to meet at this building at 13:00 the next day to have orders issued.

The men were simply ordered to put out the word that there was a meeting in the small shop for any civillian who wanted to make a stand.

OOC: Is there any goverment patrols in Devils Tounge? And what sort of numbers will show up to my meeting for the civillians?

OOC: Devil's tongue is still controlled by the govt, with govt. forces there. Doesn't mean you can't sneak by though.

We request our armies to land West of Beaglos, where they will set up a base camp and await news from the rebels. They will not wish to conquest land in any way whatsoever, only to allow the revolutionary forces to form their own government.

This is a note to all government supportive nations: Belle Mer is no longer safe to place units. You may land south of Belle Mer safety, but not north. Huge battles and attacks are occuring as we speak.

Bushdome

The response to the scheduled meeting was mediocre, mostly because Devil's Tongue was one of the more patriotic cities in the nation. Luckily, word was not wide spread, and no posters were laid. Word of mouth was important, as those who supported the cause knew who to tell, and those who overheard knew to keep their mouth shut for their own safety. Still, there was a lingering feeling of government activity in the air. The government had recently installed a couple of security cameras in the main districts, but nowhere near where the generals would go (OOC: assumed somewhere on the outskirts, considering it was a small shop). The numbers were still good. Citizens filed in, some of them armed with assault rifles in case the government decided to attack.

They were ready to hear how they could make a difference.

A Cold Night in Belle Mer


Colonel Schultz sat down, a coffee in hand, and opened the newspaper in front of him. He flapped it forward to straighten it out, and gazed at the text and pictures through his reading glasses. His slightly wrinkled face had an ominous glow from a nearby woodstove fire that burned through the night. It was 1:00am, yet he couldn't sleep. Rebels were close enough, at least in his eyes, that their very breath could put fog onto his glasses. He didn't like it.

Schultz used to be the commander of an artillery batallion. In the Derbarian - Dashie war, he was always off in the distance, firing shells afar. His targets were always miles away, yet ironically, here they were; feet. yards. inches away. He could barely bear the thought, and most of his men too were uneasy. It was at this point that he wished he hadn't been such a good soldier.

Schultz was promoted for his work in the Dashie-Derbarian war. His "valor" as they put it, would get him far in the military. He would become special forces; an elite. Unfortunately, it got him here.

The night was far from silent. Every few seconds, either a gunshot or explosion could be heard. There was always the sense that a sniper was aiming at you. Nowhere was safe. In essence, this was true. Rebel snipers were everywhere. Several men had fallen just today from precision shots.

Schultz sat back in his chair. He brought coffee up to his lips and drank. He didn't care how hot it was. This could be his last cup.

Action - Tolvan


A pirate looks through his looking glass at Tolvan. "Yarrr!" he says, as the parrot on his back squaked. These "pirates" were not sympathetic to any cause, but rather, just wanted to rob the crap out of Tolvan ships.
"Shiver me timbers!" said the captain. "Man the guns, and the loot shall be ours!"

The Bushdome captain stood on a chair and continued by saying "The goverment is oppressing us people, we need to make a stand make every man and every woman equal! Now if you join us, we will make Devils Tounge a pardise where there will be no CCTV camera's to moniter and spy on us like untrusted children!" The man was getting really passionate now, "Join us and i can garentee that we will make a sucsess of it, and then every other city will follow in our example!! So join us, we go by the name of the people's army of Dashie. If you don't want to join us then leave now, but if you wish to join us in our quest to free Dashie of its opressive goverment then stay!"

OOC: Pirates are extremely dumb and untrained. They wouldn't know what they're getting themselves into. This isn't the rebels: it's just stupid crooks who try to grab anything they can. There's absolutely no chance they would ever be successful, but they think that they're the baddest of the seas. Basically, nothing more than cannon fodder / target practice for your ships. ;)

Tolvan

The pirate ships sped forward after a long night's rest. They would soon be within range of attack from Tolvan ships. They were inexperienced pirates from the X empire who thought that they would make a name for themselves in a glorious battle. However, their pathetic merchant ships would probably come face to face with a fiercesome juggernaut. They would never know what hit them.

OOC: Note the poor range / visibility of the pirates. Rushing is their only tactic.

Devil's Tongue - An Unsafe Safezone

His name was Andreas. He was a foreign soldier, and had large, bounding muscles. He was known amongst his unit for being a ladies man, often being distracted by women when he should have been doing his duty. His fellow comrades had no respect for him, stemming from an incident where, instead of scouting for enemy snipers or bomb layers, he followed a girl riding a bicycle with his binoculars. One second later, within plain view, an enemy insurgent (and a ballsy one at that) emerged from a wall on the right side, calmly raised his 8.32 assault rifle, and fired one shot into the man next to Andreas's head. The insurgent then sprayed the pillbox they were in with gunshots, causing Andreas to dive to the floor and curl up in fear. The insurgent calmly walked up to the pillbox, but was taken out by a soldier who, luckily, had just come back from a patrol early.

He had pissed himself. Ever since, he had no respect. He tried to act tough and macho in front of his men, but they just laugh in his face.

In the evening, Andreas was on patrol in the outskirts of Devil's Tongue. He was not on his game, mostly because this was a safe zone. There were minimal attacks, and the port was fully open. Andreas recieved a message over his radio that it was time to go back to base for the night. Just as he was about to leave, a 20ish year old girl with curly brown hair road by on a bicycle.

Andreas, in his usual demeanor, stepped in front of the bike and stopped her.

"Loving evening tonight," he said, sounding ridiculously corny. His accident made it even worse. The girl on the bike tried to ignore him, but Andreas kept getting in the way.

"I said lovely -" Andreas was broken up by the girl screaming and running away - across the street with no attention to incoming cars. He turned around, and his heart stopped. An insurgent lurched forward and stabbed the bayonet on his rifle into Andreas's heart causing him to fall to his knees. Then the insurgent stabbed him in the chest once again, sealing the womanizing soldier's fate. He was the only KIA that day.

Dashie News Network

DNN: We have breaking news today coming from City of the Red. Insurgents have fully and officially kicked out or killed all government forces, making it the first city to officially fall to the rebels. More city are expected to "officially" fall within the coming days, but at least 2 more are completely absent of all government forces.

Dashie Camel is also nowhere to be found. The government and new President claim that he is likely somewhere near City of the Red, and not in hiding. Unfortunately, anti-air attacks are common, so it is almost impossible to search the area. This is Karon Lu, DNN news.

Bushdome

The boarded up shop was a perfect place for the meeting, at least in the eyes of those who attended. It was so hidden that government troops were not aware of their very presence. Though Government troops wondered about the trucks that pulled up, they dismissed it because alot of civilians and workers carry mechandise across the city every day. They did not even bother to search the vehicles.

The meeting, though of mediocre attendance (maybe 100 - 150 people) was of perfect numbers. Those who had attended the meeting would inform others who did not go out of fear of personal safety or to keep numbers lower to attract less attention. In reality, a great deal supported the rebels, but only the fiercest believers attended. Others would commence attacks, but would need a little encouragement.

It was a cloudless night when 4 helicopters arrived at the Forrest of lost souls. The Eynorb commando force of 600 men (30, 20 man teams) disembarked onto the cold dark ground of Dashie. 2nd Lt. James Mandrake led the group away from the helicopters and towards the city of the red to greet their rebel comrades in arms.
As this was taking place 3 naval task forces make their way to Dashie. Task Group A (consists of 1 Fleet Carrier, 4 Battleships, 3 submarines, 4 destroyers, and 2 Battlecruisers) and is headed towards Belle Mer. Task Group B (consists of 1 Fleet Carrier, 3 Battleships, 4 submarines, 3 destroyers, and 3 Battlecruisers) and is headed towards Phoenix. Task Group C (consists of 1 Fleet Carrier, 4 Battleships, 4 submarines, 3 destroyers, and 4 Battlecruisers) and is headed towards Devil’s Tongue.
Three hours before dawn the EAF (Eynorb Air Force) was given the green light and sent a quarter of its strength to aid in the rebel cause. 2nd Lt. Marshall was sent a message that the rebels along with the support of a team of Eynorb commandos constructed an air strip in the Forrest of Lost souls. (Also he sent a message to his counterpart in Max Beagle to request that the EAF use one of their air force bases. At this time the 600 Eynorb commando expeditionary forces arrives at the city of the red were they are welcomed. 2nd Lt. Mandrake talks with the commander of the rebels and tells him that more forces are on their way.) With this news 2 squadrons of F-16s flew to the secret air strip in the forest of lost souls. Also 2 squadrons of MiG-31s, MiG-29 and F-15Es also went to the secret air strip.
With dawn fast approaching rebels looked up to the sky in amazement. 10 Supply helicopters came into view. The rebel commander was pleased and hugged 2nd Lt. Mandrake and thanked him for Eynorb’s aid. (Mandrake slipped the rebel leader a secret note from the PM of Eynorb saying that he would be delighted to have the rebel leader as a guest to his country when this was all over.) 4 Supply helicopters landed and 30 more Eynorb commando teams disembarked from them (600 men for a total force of 1200 men). 2 other supply helicopters unloaded Jeeps and a small contingent of tanks (5 in all). The other 4 supply helicopters landed a little farther way from the rest and unloaded 40 crates (10 for each Supply helicopter). Inside each crate was the following list of weapons:

90x M4A1 Carbine

The rebels were dancing in the streets because their hearts were filled with joy. A little boy ran up to the crowd and told them that other cities were about to fall. The Rebel leader said that he could count on Eynorb to be one of the spear points that would bleed the government of Dashie to death. When dawn came a squadron of F-16s and MiG-31s flew over the city of the red to show the Dashie government the might of the rebels. The rebels only danced harder at this site. Every citizen found it hard not to say that the rebels have already won.

The Rebel Commander sighed, and gazed at the rising sun that morning. His new supplies were pleasing, along with 500 full shipments of 8.32X63AP bullets from Max Beagle, along with an arsenal of assault weapons. Never was the rebel commander happier than when he shook Mandrake's hand. A once useless fight had now become entirely winnable. Celebrations were at hand, but they couldn't forget the hard work it would take to bring down the Dashie government and establish their own.

An official communications broadcast was sent to Eynorb thanking them for the shipment and morale boost to the men. Not only had they dropped packages of supplies, but they dropped it right under the government's nose. The forest of lost souls was theirs.

Meanwhile, the government was in a frenzy. The Dashie government in its present form was collapsing before their very eyes. The situation was grave. Over 50% of law makers and politicians sympathetic to the government had already left office or had been killed.

OOC: Noticed that I accidentally skipped over Bellum Addo's post.

IC: The rebels accepted Bellum Addo's forces as an ally in the war against the evil Dashie government.

En-route to the city of Pheonix.


The soldier sighed. When he joined the Army he didn't think he would be a peacekeeper. Now he was heading to Dashie for God knows what. This particular Brigade, any Brigade containing Imperial for that matter, only contained the most loyal in all of Aissur.

"I hope we see some Rebels!" Yelled a soldier over the Plane.

"Yeah, so we could kick their asses!" Replied another.

Another soldier was silently praying. Since the new government, Christanity was the National Religon.

Soon, the Airplane landed at it's destination. The soldiers' jobs were to make sure the area was secure.

The Soldiers unloaded and got out their equipment. Gerogie lifted his Rifle and reloaded it. He then pulled the bolt back.

The Soldiers began their patrols around the area.

The Emperor looked weary. "What is it this time, Andras? I was just about to attend the chariot-races with my sons."
The Secretary looked discomfited. "The Dashie situation, Majesty. It seems that the Senate is going behind our backs to aid the incumbent government."
"WHAT? Forgive me Andras, but I was under the impression that you had told me that the Senate has just defied the Constitution by involving itself in foreign affairs."
"That is indeed the case, Majesty. Unfortunately, there isn't any proof as yet."
"Blast. Let's see - I think that we'll lure them out into the open. Here's what we're going to do, Andras...."

Another plane landed and men helped to unload supplies.

Transmission: Pheonix is indeed secure, and not within the CRAZ perimeter. We will be awaiting your troops.

Also, be aware that the rebels have likely caught onto your presence. Upon ambushing an enemy unit today, we uncovered intelligence documents showing attack plans once Aissur troops have landed and begun unloading supplies. We will do our best to prevent an ambush.

"Abdul" Air Strip, Jaster Region, Mandalore Prime

"Come on, let's get on these damned transports! I don't got time for this crap!" roared one of the many company commanders, leading their group aboard the C-17's. Escort aircraft, made up of 'Whisper', were already airborne. Tanks slowly plowed onboard the huge aircraft with mercenaries marching alongside them. At the head of each infantry unit was a fierce Mandalorian Brute, some of the best that Mandalorian Merc. has to offer.

"Zulfaz 1 to Abdul tower, our men are aboard. We request permission to depart. Over."

"This is Abdul tower to Zulfaz 1. You have permission to take-off. Happy flying, boys!"

After the brief exchance, half of the grounded Globemaster III's flew off, headed towards the the country of Dashie.

"Alright boys", Said Captain D'Orville, CIC of the ASDS Second fleet. "lets get the space around the fleet covered with our Planes. I want one Eagle in the air at all times as well as two Hawk-3s to cover. Get the pilots on a rotating schedule but only use one carrier I want the others with all their catapults clear for launch in case of an emergency. Move the SSNs out to cover a bubble 50km in diameter and keep the shield classes on Ultra-High Readiness. Also prep the Marines for the amphibious landing near Pheonix. The old wooden doors slammed open.

"What is this?" cried the old Emperor as the doors hit the walls of his study.

"You, 'Majesty', are under arrest in the name of the Republican Senate!" stated the officer in command of the detachment of Senatorial troops entering the Emperor's study.

In an obviously fake servile tone: "Now, 'Majesty', if you would be so good as to come with me......"

Minutes later:

The Imperial War Room was a disturbed beeshive of activity. Aides ran back and forth, dozens of calls were made as the situation bubbled, several dozen captive officers were kept against one wall and seated in the very centre was the traitorous Cyaxares Melepotas, formerly President of the Imperial Senate, and now President (pro tempore, of course) of the newly-formed Democratic Republic of New Chalcedon.

The old Emperor was forced in front of the chair that was his until a few hours previously, where he now confronted his adversary.

"Well, Majesty. Here we are. You will, of course, abdicate all titles and honours, in exchange for which you will be permitted to live in closely-guarded retirement for the rest of your life. Or......"

The Emperor drew himself up to his full and commanding height. "You are mistaken, traitor. First, We hold Our authority from God. We cannot give away that which is not Ours to give, despite your threats. Second, We remain the Sovereign until either death or a formal vote of the Imperial senate removes Us from Our office. Neither has happened, so We still have Our duty. We will not abandon it, under any threats."

At this moment, the old man sounded more an Imperator than at any previous point of his rule. The captive officers stood as one, silently showing their support for their sovereign in a display more impressive than any amount of shouting or applause, and even several rebel officers looked awestruck. He bestowed a look of gratitude upon those officers, then continued:

"We do not treat with userpers. Further, We order you to remove yourselves from Our court, on pain of death."

White as milk, the traitor rose from his stolen seat in a manner remniscent of a viper uncoiling from rest.

"Prettily said, "Majesty". But in the final analysis, pretty words are all that you are good for - that, living like a parasite off the backs of the oppressed citizenry and denying our nation its rightful place under the sun by reason of your timidity. And since you are so completely unco-operative, you leave me with no other option. As the Head of State for the Democratic Republic of New Chalcedon, I condemn you to death for treason against the people, and execute the sentence in person."

A pistol barked, and the old man slumped to the floor. The captive Loyalist officers soon followed their Emperor into death.

Those who looked upon the dead countenance of the Emperor were heard to swear, in their cups, that the old man dies smiling, despite the official claim that the "Oppressor of the People" had died as a coward.

To those who love liberty, rejoice! The tyrannical Emperor has been overthrown. Unfortunately, due to his fear of the righteous judgement of the people, their chief oppressor committed suicide like the coward he was.

The Revolution shall inevitably spread as the people realise the bounty of freedom! Our first action is to send our troops in support of the Rebel forces of Dashie, in their armed struggle. These forces will bring woe to the oppressors of Dashie's people. To those who fear the people, fear us, their liberators!

Two armed Republican brigades, housed aboard a formerly-Imperial light task force, laded in Belle Mer, attempting to take the city by surprise and storm. Helicopters strafed the Royalists' strongpoints within the city. (OOC: Dashie gets to say what happens, but I think that a surprise attack like this may just tip the balance...)

They were inexperienced pirates from the X empire who thought that they would make a name for themselves in a glorious battle. However, their pathetic merchant ships would probably come face to face with a fiercesome juggernaut. They would never know what hit them.

Carrier Battle Group Eight
Fifty-seven nautical miles west of Dashie

The aproaching ships had been spotted nearly an hour ago and tracked ever since by the orbiting E-2F AWACS plane. So far the unknown vessels had refused to reply to any radio messages so a different message was sent.

The crusiers Hallon and Barksdale had moved outside of the task force's picket screen and began making final preperations. Two minutes later their Mk. 65 155mm guns opened up and dropped a ten round salvo just 100 meters ahead of the approaching ships.

After the meeting the men went away happy knowing that they had succured the trust and support of the locals. Once every one had left the higher ranks sat around a small wooden table. "I think we need to plant a bomb, just to start things of and see where it goes from there" suggested one man.

"No, don't be stupid, we need to take over a goverment building here like a police station or a barracks!" Argued another man.

"No, hostages are messy buisness, i think that planting a bomb is the way forward, i mean we have loads of C4 and if needed we could always ask for more explosives from Bushdome" said one of the more confident men at the table. The rest of the men nodded in agreement, the man continued, "all these trucks and tanks must be stored in some where, so lets blow it up, because with out transport we have reduced the soldiers to our levle of fighting." There was more nodding, but before they could blow it up they needed to find out where the veichels were stored and if there was a way in....

Next Day
A young man was choosen to follow the patrolling truck. He sat on an old rickerty chair pretending to be playing back gammon with another man who was also sat out side the shop. The truck slowly rolled past, the young man eyed up the truck waiting for his moment to stand and follow the truck. The man was armed only with a baretta. The truck rolled on, and the young man followed.

Belle Mer

It was a quiet and peaceful night. The government forces were uneasy but believed that they could hold the city. They were wrong. Task Group A was 30 km from the city and was waiting for the signal. The air craft from the secret air base in the forest of lost souls was on standby for their signal. 20 Cobra helicopters were slightly flying towards Belle Mer with a new ECF (Eynorb Commando Force). Each Cobra had two 30 man teams. 32 km from the city the disembarked from the helicopters and hid the brush that surrounds the city. They were completely invisible to the government forces that were in the city.

A lone rebel 28 km from the city lit off a blue flare while hiding in some brush. Across the ocean an observer on the ENS Delco spotted the flayer and told the Task Commander. The green light was sounded and 5 squadrons of F-15s took off from the aircraft carrier, towards their target.

A government troop eyed the flare with curiosity. “Hey what is that for Lt.” The Lt. came forward and also looked at the flare. “I don’t know”. Then as they were about to contact their superiors a green and red flare shot into the sky. “What the….” they said in unison but the rest was drowned out by the roar of the 5 squadrons of f-15 from Eynorb. As the f-15s completed air superiority, 30 Helicopters with ECF troops (2 ECF teams each) flew over the city firing on government troops. 2 squadrons of Fighter/boomer aircraft from the secret air base in the forest of lost souls were spotted over the horizon of the city. The government troops were caught by surprise. When the 2 squadrons had finished their objective (This was to destroy all government equipment including but not limited to tanks) the 30 helicopters unloaded their ECF troops which were about 1,200 troops and took control of the left part of the city.

The 10 cobra helicopters flew over the city dropping more troops (totaling 1,000) and helped the other troops take control of the left part of the city. The troops that were dropped 30 km from the city created a perimeter to prevent and drive back all government help to those in the city.

After intense fighting the city was taken over but not with out cost. 200 ECF soldiers were killed and about twice that wounded. Government officials that were in the city were rounded up and given to the rebel leader to decided what to do with them. There was dancing and joyous signing by the rebels as they have taken over another city.

Aboard the ASDS Adventure
"Begin operation Safe Haven." Said Captain D'Orville and as the command rang out the swords turned their 170 mm Guns towards the shore and began bombarding the are with laser guided deep penetration and anti-personnel shells. As this began the 5 penguin class air transports took off loaded with the Spec. For. Marines and their gear. these were guarded by 15 Hawk-1 Strike Fighters armed with two aim-10x Sidewinders, four AIM-132 Asraam and two AGM 150 JASSMs. At the same time The marine transports and amphibious craft began to approach the shore as the thirty Hawk-2s and the ten Falcons were prepped to respond as close air support. 12 Hawk-3s covered the three Owl AWACs in the air providing a larger than normal bubble of air surveillance.

The Soldiers finished their Base. It was Three miles west of the City of Pheonix. All of the Personal was now in the Base. It was a rather large base.

The Men loaded up the trucks. They were heading to distribute Food and Medical aid.

"Alright, lets move out!" The Man yelled. The Convoy set off. They were using Armoured Trucks. Which was uncommon but useful.

There was Three light tanks in the Convoy, and two APCs.

The Personal was balanced between Soldier and Distributor, but the Distributors were also Armed just in case.

Also He assures his counter part that the Eynorb Task Groups B and D will not inhibit their operation of saving refugees. Task Commander will enact a no fly zone around phoenix to inhibit Government and Rebels forces that may attack the city. The Task Group Commander is waiting for Dawood’s reply and wonders what to do next.

Task Group C is preparing to attack Devil’s Tongue. Aircraft in the Forrest of souls are on standby to attack Devil’s Tongue. 30 Cobra helicopters and 60supply helicopters with fresh ECF teams from Eynorb are also on standby (2,500 men). All forces will be awaiting Rebel signal to attack. Also Eynorb as enacted a no fly zone of Government and neutral aircraft from Bell Mer, Devils Tongue and Taurus all the way to 65 km from Phoenix. To enact this Eynorb has scrabbled two more Task Groups (E&F). (Each Task Group consists of 3 Fleet Carriers, 30 Battleships, 30 Destroyers, 30 submarines, and 30 Battlecruisers. Each Fleet Carrier has 10 squadrons of F-15s, MiG-31s, MiG-29 and F-15Es). Both Task Groups are headed for Belle Mer.

More Squadrons of fighters land at the secret airbase in the forest of lost souls.

They are:

20 squadrons of F-16s
10 squadrons of MiG-29s
20 squadrons of F-18s
10 squadrons of F-16Es

All squadrons are refueling and are being deployed to enact the no fly zone. All Eynorb aircraft will not affect the operations of Dawood that are pertaining to refugees. 2nd Lt. Marshall has sent a message to Dawood about this. All government aircraft and government supporters aircraft besides Dawood will be shot down or if thy do not want to risk fighting that the Eynorb squadrons will escort aircraft back to their bases. (This action (the no fly zone) will be recalled if the rebels do not want this to happen)

Operation Safe Haven Spec. Ops Air Drop Zone
The Spec. Fors. having encountered only light resistance sent back a message to the ASDS Adventure. "Area clear to land begin deployment." Having sent the messages the Spec. forces slipped quietly back into the forest and began to fan out, acting as forward surveillance for the battalions to come.

Operation Safe Haven Landing Craft
"You heard the message" said Major Webb, commander of the marine division. "Landing area is clear lets go people!". The landing boats and amphibious tanks made a quick dash onto the shore where the Tanks moved forward to secure the position as marines and Wolf class armored attack vehicles poured out of the landing boats. Overhead a flight of 5 Hawk-2s flew close support as above them an Owl with five Hawk-2s and 10 Hawk-1s stood ready to engage in air superiority.

City of the Red

"Let's go!" Mercenaries poured out of the landed transports, amassing just clear of the runway. Overlord Virzan stepped off one of the 747’s, brought along just for the officers. The Overlord was donning a black cape with the inscription of the Mandalorian symbol. “What’s the situation, captain?”

“Well sir, Eynorbian troops have taken Belle Mer.”

“The hell!? We told these damned Rebels that WE would get Belle Mer! Give this fools one chance to get the hell away from us. Tell them that we are going after Devil’s Tongue. If they refuse, I’ll have to have a little meeting with The Mandalore of Maldorians.

“Yes, sir.”

Heavily Encrypted Message to Eynorb

What in Allah’s name are you doing! You wish to work with the Rebel forces and us, yet you thrash our plans. We were going after Belle Mer, you fools. Our troops are being re-directed towards Devil’s Tongue, as you people read this. Stay away from the region; or else.

IC: "Shit! They're coming in from the shores!" yelled a Captain. "They don't look like rebels!"

The surprise attack was indeed horrific to the government forces. They spent so much time securing the north, the Western shore was completely undefended.

"Man the guns!" screaming a soldier, but the bullets were flying already.

Royalists responded to the helicopters with anti-aircraft missiles, which were effective. However, several key positions were destroyed, causing Belle Mer to become full of uncovered defensive holes.

"The city may fall!" said one of the generals in the area. The situation was indeed grave.

There was no parrot on his shoulder. It got hit by a bullet.

8 ships were turned into pure floating rubble. 2 sank later on, and 2 somehow got away. They never knew what hit them.

"Regroup men! We'll get them next time"

"Gah! They're bombarding government troops!" said one of the government soldiers.
"What the hell are they doing?" said another one.
Bombs landed at random locations, leaving various holes in the grassland, and nailed a couple of civilians who were out for a drive. Sadly, one of those killed was Chuckles the Clown, enroute to the city to attend the 54th annual policemans' ball. His funeral was held on wednesday of that week.

OOC: I couldn't resist :). Are you bombarding the rebels who escaped from the ambush on the Red Cross on one of the previous posts, or just general rebel / government positions?

Aissur : Attack by Rebels

"Set up the mortars!" said one of the rebels, as 3 men hoisted a mortar into position. A couple others followed.
"Hurry! Hurry! We're close to the enemy!" ordered a rebel.
They moved with great speed, but the attack was well organized. They all popped the mortars in in unison.
Suddenly, they all let them go at the same time.

THWUNK!

The mortars whizzed through the air, flying directly toward the Aissur camp.

Task Force 23.2
15 nautical miles west of Belle Mer, Dashie

The ship's of TF 23.2 (the cruisers Hallon and Barksdale, along with the destroyer Stonier) had detached from the CBG shortly after the rout of the pirate "fleet" and been dispatched to pursue and destroy the surviving ships and any other pirates ships or bases they found. Intel suggested that the pirates that plied the local waters operated out of Belle Mer and the nearby area. They were here to deal with that problem for good.

At Belle Mer:

The New Chalcedonian forces made rapid progress from the docks into the heart of Belle Mer. The two Blue ridge-class transports which had brought their treacherous cargo now opened fire on the Royalist troops, using concealed deck cannon, reconfigured point-defense cannon and the ships' own (relatively small) stocks of missiles.

The Royalists' position was becoming increasingly untenable....

Mortar shells began landing in the base. The Medical Tent got a direct hit but noone was inside it.

"Okay men, we are nearing the village. Lets hope this goes smoothly." The Captain said. They stopped inside the village and began unloading food and medical aid.

The soldiers were on edge. All were expecting some type of Rebel attack. Whether it be Mortar or Rocket attack. They were not expecting a Non-rebel attack though. They knew that the Government of Aissur would not tolerate attacks on Peacekeepers that were distributing aid.

The Lonely Port of Lion's Mouth at Belle Mer

"Yrrrrrrrrrat!!!" squaked the parrot on the shoulder of Arfonzo. Arfonzo was a pirate who ran away from home two years to this day. He paid little attention to the anniversary, and often did not know what day it was. He only knew of pillaging and destruction. He grabbed a cracker off of the table and stuffed it into his parrot's mouth. "Take this and shut yer mouth you scallywag."

He walked across the planks of his ship as it was docked at the harbor of Belle Mer. He wiped the sweat off of his face from unloading crates of liquor onto the ship, as well as crates of weaponry.

"Oi! Put yer backs into it ya scum!" ordered another pirate to new recruits. New recruits had to go through a trial process where they would begin by doing the dirty, slimey work while the other pirates sat back. They would be the ones on the front line.

"Time?" inquired Arfonzo.

"Half past twelve, the sun shines its rays directly upon us." answered an older pirate with an eye patch. "A mountain of work we must do, me boy."

They loaded up another ship - just one - with a few shells for their main guns. This ship would be the bait. It was made to be fast, and was made out of metal, not wood. It was of smaller build, and hoisted the pirate flag freely.

"Arrrrrr!" said the older pirate scratching his head. "The merchants will storm here soon, and to the death we will fight."

Arfonzo made a hand motion, and a bunch of pirates brought out floating mines to be placed on the shore. They moved to the dock, and dumped them in; just away from where their ship would sail out to the Tolvan fleet.

New Chalcedon

Government troops were now holed up in buildings like rats. Bombs from all sides were flying everywhere. It was a madhouse.

"Can - (mortar explodes, causing the soldier to flinch) Can we make it out of here any time soon?" said a young soldier.

"We're stuck here at the moment!" said a Seargant. "Feel free to stick your head outside to take a look though." He had a sarcastic tone, but was obviously afraid.

Belle Mer had already been retaken by the Rebels and Eynorb, and government troops had to scoot out fast if they wanted to make it.

"Alright! We've got to go!" said a soldier over the radio. Suddenly, government troops came pouring out, with naval artillery still flaring. Men ran through the streets, with bombs hitting the buildings around them. The young soldier that was in the building turned around to check on his slower Seargant, when a naval artillery shell exploded near the Seargant, sending his body flying into the glass of a nearby store. The glass shattered as his limp body went flying through.

"Come on soldier! We've got to go!' said a soldier, grabbing the shocked young soldier and dragging him along. They made it to the outskirts, but naval cannons were synching their movements. They couldn't escape the blasts.

"Find whatever cover you can!" If things couldn't get any worse, Dashie snipers (and possibly Eynorb snipers) opened fire on the fleeing troops from nearby hills.

"It's a god damn clusterfuck!" yelled a Sergeant, dropping his weapon and running for the hills. He freaked out when a sniper bullet buzzed right by his face and struck a soldier next to him.

They eventually found cover, but at a huge price. Over 200 estimated dead, with 500 wounded. And even worse, 500 were presumed missing. Most of these men were probably dead, or captured.

Counter attack{/size]

These men finally escaped, and set up position to counter snipe. They called in airstrikes on the transport ships that were firing on them. The aircraft called in were stealth bombers which were relatively good at flying under the radar. It was estimated, however, that New Chalcedon radars were especially good, and would be hard to beat.

A civilian runs up to a Bushdome soldier. "I've stolen a variety of plans!" he said joyfully.

"My personal opinion is that the Smithson building would be a great target. Though it looks threatening from the outside, it's security is quite horrible. If I could get in and steal the plans to the building, you would not have any problem. Also, be aware that most of security goes to break at 12:00 noon."

"Bring him back we have a target...." said a Bushdome officer. Within a few minuets the man who was following the truck was back and standing in front of the Bushdome officer.

"You have been of great use to us" said the officer to the civilian, "If there is anything we can help you with, then please don't hesitate to ask." The civilian thanked the officer and sat down to listen to the plans.

In the shop now were about 5 men, these had been specially selected, each man was given an allocated task. The men were quickly briefed on what to do and how to do it. The plan was simple they would park on the end of apple street where the 2 men would get out. The other men would stay in the car, they were armed with AK's just in case. One man would get into the compound to make sure it was easy to get into, then the man with the plastic explosives would maker his way in they would then plant the bomb calmly walk out and when in the car detonate the explosives from a safe distance.

The old came to a halt at the end of apple street, two men calmly got out and walked towards what seemed to be a well protected building. The men who gaurded this builing kept glancing at their watches, finally after 10 minets or so the gaurds went started to move away from their posts. One of the men who exited the car made his way towards the entrance. Although most of the gaurds had wondered off there was still one man standing in the way.

"Hey no entry, this is a goverment building you know" yelled the gaurd to the 1st man who tryed to enter the building. The first man walked away and back to apple street. The second man out of the car walked towards the gaurd and held up a black leather breif case and said "Delivery for your Comanding officer, where may i find him?"

The gaurd looked at the man for a breif second before granting him entry and giving him directinos the the CO's office. The man carrying the breif case made his way into the building, there was a light brown wooden desk, with a woman sat behind it jabbin away at a key board. "Yes?" she asked, she sounded annoyed.

"Where is the caffateria?" asked the man carrying the breif case, "I have been told your CO is in there and this is for him" he said as he lifted the breif case. And once again he was given directions, this time they would prove to be usefull, he did not know if the CO was in the cafe nor did he care but he figured out that at 12:00 on a working day the cafe would be packed with men and women queing up for their lunch. The man arrived at the cafe to see a semi full room. He calmly walked to the long line of people who were waiting for food, he spotted a young man dressed smartly so he approached him and said "Can you hold this breif case while in nip the bathroom?

The smartly dressed man agreed to hold the breif case, while the other man walked out of the building, as soon as he got out he burst into a fast jogg and into a car parked on the end of apple street. Seconds later the car sped off with a loud screach, no one noticed the car as a moment after the car started there was a loud explosion.

Later the men who were in that speeding car crowded a tv hoping to see a news report of their exploits.

OOC: suppression fire. just trying to stop anti air and random fire from any troops in the area. lol as too the clown I HATE CLOWNS lol the laser guided munition was actually targeting him all along.

Landing Beach, (Operation Safe Haven)
The Navel bombardment had ended though Hawk-2s were enforcing a no-fly zone while Hawk-1s and hawk-3s performed recon and were ready to offer close air support. On the initial wave of Marines and amphibious tanks spread out and dug in covering the area as more marines landed. Soon the entire Force was on land and the combat engineers were brought up. A force of 10 light Marine Squads was left behind with the engineers to create a temporary harbor and set up a defensive perimeter. At the same time the rest of the marines headed towards Pheonix behind a screen of Wolf AAVs. Even further forward The Marine spec for squads were performing long range recon. At one point a Wolf Squad Ran into some government troops. The Wolfs Trained their 35mm guns on the government squad then ordered them out of the area that was about to be occupied by ASD marines.

Marine Spec. For. Squad, 2km outside of Pheonix
"Sir, we've spotted a squad of Aissurians. We believe they are offering aid to pheonix." Reported Spirit aka. corporal Anderman, the recon expert of the team. "ok, lets go tell them the situation", replied Sargent Fox. "Rhino, Tank go set up well stop em here and see if they want to help us. They are armed though so if any of them fire on us we take em all the way out. got it boys?" "Whoohah!" replied the Chameleon suited squad then moved towards the road and set up.

East of Devil's Tongue

"Keep moving, you bloody mercenaries!" roared Captain Sheikh. "We better get to Devil's Tongue by daybreak!"

Columns of tanks, flanked by exhausted Mandalorians, kicked up patches of dirt as they headed west. Two groups of humvee's drove off ahead, scouting the area for any government units. "This is Patrol 7 to Command, we've reached the river. Awaiting further orders."

"Command to Patrol 7, we have your position. We'd be faster, but the damned artillery guys are taking forever. We will meet you at the ford. Over and out."

Overlord Virzan took a seat next to the other officers inside the M1130 Command Vehicle. He whipped out a large map of the region and begun his debriefing. "Ok, here's how it will go down. The city of Devil's Tongue can be surrounded; they have the sea to their backs. After an initial artillery strike, we'll begin the assault. Our targets as marked on the map. Take out police stations, government buildings, and the like. We're not one-hundred percent sure, but Rebel forces could be assisting us. Let us have the 9th Tank Corps lead us to victory! You've bee-"

A mercenary banged on the doors on the command vehicle. "Sir, we can see the city skyline!"

Eynorb Forces with draw from Devil's tounge and support the Eynorb Garrison at Bell Mer. Lt. Madtron send a message to Mandelorians. Here is your city and if you need assistance then we would be glad to help. He also send a message to Dawood that the Pm would be glad to have a presence at Dawood after this crissis. I have been asked by the Pm if a millitary and economic aid alliance would be acceptable with Dawood to protect the rebels (if they win) from government forces that could be hiding when the fighting is over.

Eynorb begins a bombing campain on the government city of Taurus. Eynorb Task Force Troops of 2,300 have been air dropped aroudn the city. With another 2,300 arriving in a few hours. Eynorb bases have been constructed around Devil's tounge and Taurus. Government troops are low in morale. The Eynorb Bases around Devil's Tounge will not hinder the mandalorians because they come from the ERC (Eynorb Red Cross). THey provide refuge care and assistance to rebels forces.

Anti-terrorist Eynorb task Forces have arived at Bell Mer consisting of 3,500 troops. with another 2,300 on their way in a few days.

Task Force 23.2
Twelve nautical miles west of Belle Mer

The commanding officers' of all three Tolvanic ships were huddled around the map board in the Barksdale's CIC reviewing the data from the latest recon missions.

"As you can see here, there are numerous ships still holed up in the harbor. These two here appear to have been modified with light weapons and look to be making perperations to put to see.

These ship's here, off the coast, appear to be armed New Chalcedonian transports. They've taken the reamining Loyalist forces in the city under fire."

The three captains reviewed the data before them as the intel officer's briefing concluded.

Commander Dexter Smith, CO of the Stonier spoke first. "I think a few anti-ship missiles will settle this matter satisfactorily. We have sufficient targeting data from the UAV to guide in a salvo of RGM-200s. A twelve round engagement should be enough, six rounds for the ships and six targeted at the port facilities outfitting the ships will cripple their operations."

The other officer's nodded in agreement, though the Stonier was a Type 38 destroyer and less peorful than their own Type 36 cruisers, Smith was the senior officer and had overall command of the task force.

"Then we agree, we will fire as soon as you return to your ships."

Twenty minutes later the task force executed the strike order. Twelve RGM-200 Hammer anti-ship missiles, four from each ship, leapt from the Mk. 45 VLS arrays and sped towards their targets at near Mach 6. At that blisterind speed they covered the distance between the task force and their targets in mere seconds. Once near their targets they executed their terminal "pop-up" engagements. Each missile rose from their low alitude flight to a height for almost 300 meters before rapidly diving at their targets below. Six of the misisles (three each) went after the two ships at dockside while the other six were targeted at three buildings along the pier (two missiles each).

Grand Duke Cando Feren waved his hands to the crowd. "At this very moment, hundred of lives are being lost in battle... human lives!!"

The crowd attending his speech exploded in hurras and cheers. "As of now, I have ordered our noble army to re deploy our troops and begin a humanitarian task in the Dashie. But the main task relays on you my people. We must show our brothers that we CARE!!"

Half an hour later, the duke and his Joint Staff agreed on the overall plan. General Vaon Raz, onboard the Nimizt class aircraft carrier "Belladona" would be commanding the operation.

Two days later, the main taskforce was in route. A communication was transmited on all the channels.

The Peacekeepers finished handing stuff out and got ready to leave the village. Now the people here wouldn't starve. Hopefully they wouldn't survive just to be killed by violence.

The Soldiers finished their duties. They began loading back into their vehiculs to return to the base camp.

"Alright. Lets go." The Officer said and they began their diparture.

"Did those soldiers leave?" He asked.

"No, they are still there." The Soldier replied.

"Shit. That's our route out of here. Any chance of turning around?" The Officer asked.

"Negative. We will have to go towards them." The Driver responded.

"Lets hope they are at least neutral." Another Driver said as they began to drive towards the soldiers.

The Man in the Suit (Bushdome)

It was 11:30, when a man wearing expensive clothes entered the elevator. He was on the top floor of the building. He kept looking at his watch. A woman was in the elevator next to him.

"What floor are you on?" he asked. He was a huge stiff who some didn't even know could talk. Typically upper management type.

"Second" she said, before walking out. The man looked at his watch again (11:32).

Suddenly, another man approached him and asked him for a favor, which took about 15 minutes. As this, he went to lunch (11:45). Took him about 5 - 10 minutes to get to the cafeteria.

The man waited, as usual, to get his food in line. Nothing good today. Usual shit. Suddenly, a fellow employee walked up and held out a suitcase. "Can you hold this brief case while in nip the bathroom?" he said.

"Errr... okay..." said the man. He thought it was intensely strange, but gripped it in his right hand as he progressed forward in the line. Suddenly, the woman in the elevator came up to him.

"Hello" she said. The man responded with "Hi."
Then, she said, "would you like to go out tonight after work? I got out at 5. Nice suitcase by the way."

"It's not mine." responded the man.

DNN news: We have breaking news from Devil's Tongue. An explosive device has apparently detonated at the Smithson government building. Reports are just coming in now, but apparently, the bomb was detonated in the cafeteria of the building. This was not a suicide bombing, and the methods by which the bomb was planting and what kind of device it was are unknown. Information is still sketchy at this time.

Smoke is rising above the city. Reports are that at least 50 have been killed, and wounded are arriving at hospitals all around the area every minute. We will bring you new reports of this horrific incident when we get them. DNN news.

Maldorians

An air patrol out on a routine fly over noticed something strange on the area below. Land vehicles approaching the city fast. They didn't look like government troops or rebels. In fact, they didn't look like any of the foreign fighters they had seen before.

A message was sent out on the mercenaries' radioes: "This is Eagle 99, please identify yourself or be attacked."

"This is Eagle 99 to base, we have a serious problem - we have units approaching Devil's Tongue fast. Request return to base to prep for a strike on the units."

"Roger Eagle 99" said base. Aircraft were prepped for takeoff, and soared into the air loaded with bombs for their targets.

We're being attacked!" yelled a man on an anti-aircraft weapon. Shall we return fire?

"Return fire!" ordered a soldier. SAM's and AA guns were firing into the air, and tracers were visible as they flew into the sky.

"I've got you you son of a bitch!" said a government soldier, as he fired his AA gun at an Eynorb flying by.

Meanwhile, at Taurus, SAM's and AA guns were especially dangerous. They had not been attacked prior, and the government troops were just waiting for an air attack.

[OOC: btw, are you aware that your forces could not have been at Devil's tongue because government forces are just on the outskirts of Belle Mer?]

Taurus Landing

Government troops swarmed the area where Eynorb troops had landed. It was an absolute blood bath. Artillery shells and tanks fired on the area. The goal was to completely surround the troops, as the entire area was government controlled.

"Blitzkreig them with our tanks!" yelled the commander of one of the bases. An absolute hornets' nest was woken up.
"Shoot those aircraft down next time." the commander also ordered. Fighting continued as forces poured in on the newly arrived foe.

Arfonzo (Tolvan)

"Clean the deck!" yelled Arfonzo the pirate, as he kicked one of his underlings. "I want the deck spiffy by tommorrow when this ship takes off to strike the merchants. The loot will be ours!"

Suddenly, an explosion rocked the building in back of Arfonzo. "yarrrrrr!" he yelled, as missiles were landing all around him. "We're under attack! Man the machine guns and anti-naval guns. We-"

A missile suddenly struck the ship Arfonzo was on. What was left of his body was flung 50 feet into the air, until it came crashing down offshore. The pirates were not ready for the attack. They were the ones who wanted to strike. The entire port was destroyed, and pirates ran for their lives. Many got away, and would live to fight another day.

The troops at the end of the road noticed the convoy coming. "Halt!" said a soldier, putting his hand up. A mortar exploded right next to the soldiers' guard post.
Suddenly, the soldier in back of him, out of fear, opened fire on the convoy with his .50cal. "Cease fire!" yelled the man in charge of the guard post. He could only hope that the Aissur troops wouldn't shoot back. Artillery, rockets, and mortars were flying at both Aissur and government troops.

"Long Rifles take out those Rebels!" Shouted Fox"Tank start hitting those rebels with anti personnel grenades. Rhino mark that tree line for an air strike. Rob get on the horn to the Owl up there and tell them we need an anti personnel strike on that tree line now." said Fox indicating the tree line where multiple mussel flashes were showing. "o and rihno tell them we have friendlies down there and that the target will be marked."

General Vaon Raz served the Navy for more than 30 years. He had had a share of battles and victories. But there was one kind of mission that he hated. And those were Humanitarian ones. "I like to know who are the good duys and who are the bad guys, just black and whites" He said to the Staff reunited in the Main Control Center of the aircraft carrier "Belladona", the ship serving as commanding post. "Radar is showing a hell of activity down there at this very moment, but our orders are clear, we are not to engage rebel forces"
General Raz pointed out a few key points on pictures taken by a spy satellite a few hours before. "We have rebel fighting goverment troops and then a bunch of international forces, who are if I may politely add, up to their head. We are here to provide some relief to those forces"
Commander Geor Den, who would be commanding the initial assault was among the men attending the meeting. "We have a red code here people. Everybody knows what to do"

One hour later Operation Spearhead under the command of Major Guy Fawkes was a go.
An SAS reconnaissance team was dispatched to carry out preparations for a seaborne infiltration. A Westland Sea King helicopter carrying the assigned team took off from the aircraft carrier "Belladona" on the night
The SAS carried out a raid over a grass airfield for aircraft. 76 Marines from 42 Commando, a troop of the Special Air Service landed as reconnaissance forces.
The message sent from the naval force at North Pheonix to the Battle Groups Command was, "We have landed without resistance".

Twenty minutes later the beaches next to Pheonix were full of Amphibious Task Groups and Black Hawks landing all over the place. The higly trained men were going to create a safe haven to establish a land command post. In a matter of minutes, the tanks were already creating a perimeter around the beach. Spearhead Operation was well under control.

Meanwhile the recon aircraft were overviewing the operation. Ready to engage hostile forces.

"And they havent even seen us. wow, send out the ssns under them and have our carriers launch our full Hawk One Two and Three compliments. Warn the marines and have the Swords Target their fleet with their main guns and sea-sea missiles. Have our missile boats ready to launch on their force and bring the falcons up to full readiness to mop up whatever's left if they do try to resist.Oh, and raise them on the radio maybe they'll be smart enough to get the hell out while they still can."

The men who were crowded around the television set, finally stepped back and sat down. The men looked at each other before before the driver of the car broke the silence and said "So do the officers know yet?"

Another man walked into the room, the others stood to attention. "Well done boys, the reports say its 50 plus, well we can't stop now can we?" said the man that appeared to be an officer.

"No sir" came the reply.

"Well send the men out to look for possible targets for our next attack, another bomb maybee, but that wouldn't be original." said the officer. "Or, this is just an idea, we could set up a trap for one of the patrols, kill the men and watch the tank burn."

"Yeah, we could make some napalm i guess and throw it on the men, splash some on the tank and light it, theres no stronger message to the goverment than a slow burning tank is there?" asked one of the men.

"Okay yeah, ask some of the civillians if they know a good spot where we could trap a patrol, so yeah send out the men and report back to me in 12 hours or so" said the officer, and at that he walked out of the room. He poked his head back into the room and said, "yeah, just keep your heads downs they might be looking for the bomb planter."

We have set up here in order too help fleeing refugees from the conflict find shelter and also to move those that wish to leave back to the ASD where they can become citizens should they so wish. If you would like to aide in our efforts that would be greatly appreciated especially if you were willing to integrate your troops into the perimeter we will be creating around pheonix but for now we demand that your planes stop operating in our airspace Until such time as a an agreement can be reached. Your troops can continue to build a beachhead but before you attempt to move towards phoenix we should come to an agreement as we must warn our troops that friendlies will be in the area. "

And now this "thing" with her secretary. She was hot. He had a point there. But he was married. And he had used a government office...

Senator Aaron Winters looked Duke Feren across the desk. "What happened to Mr. Lotsalovin is no different than affairs that happen to you! I think what we need to do is take the public attention off of it somehow just long enough for Mr. Lotsalovin's divorce process to end!"

"You are right Aaron," Duke Feren replied, "but still, that is not how an elected advisor should behave. We will have to let him go. And the girl too"

Ten minutes later the secretary, Andrea Kotsilovas, picked up her resignation note. Then he telephone ring. It was Grand Duke Feren.

It was night but the Owl-eye night vision goggles that all ASD Special Forces were issued with could see the outlines of many troops as clear as day. While at the same time the chameleon suits that the ASD marine Spec. For. were wearing cloaked their body heat signatures nicely. "Ok, replied sergeant Viper"Call in the falcons. be ready in case they get too close as well. If they open fire then trip the claymores and take em out."

Two where did these planes come from? how are u fueling them? what kind of weapons are they using? and how can they see government troops? (btw. soviet and american fighters have different fueling systems. . . um how r u managing that). Thirdly where were the planes stationed and how did they get there so fast? The column of Mirza tanks were given their orders to "swat those planes out of the skies". The tanks sighted the enemy aircraft and fired with their Stingers. Stingers aren't very reliable but they work. The line of armored vehicles then scattered out, awaited an enemy bomber assault.

"Patrol 9 to Command, we need some heavy anti-aircraft weapons up here! We have enemy contact!"

M4 Linebackers sped towards the front-line, getting ready for the enemy assault. The infantry continued their tiring march west. Little did they know that enemy bombs would be raining down on their heads.

The insurgents continued to pop out from time to time to fire rockets at the convoy.

Suddenly, anti-insurgent fire came from the distance. Two men - one with an H-103 Talon RPG, and another with a sniper rifle, were hit and fell to the ground. Another was capped as he attemped to look who was shooting with binoculars.

But yeah, Mixing NATO and Soviet arms or anything, is never a good idea. Also, the maximum percent of Soldiers is 8% of your Nation. 8% of your nation is 4,480,000 soldiers. Now, all of these won't be in the Air Force. And, about 1 in 6 men (Dependin) will actually be Pilots. Most will be logistics or support. Now please tell me how a military that has a budget of zero dollars can support this war, army, moving all of that here, and engaging in such acts. Enlighten me.

"Please come this way" said an officer to a man that seemed to be the leader of the band of men who had come to the troops offering assistance.

"As you propally know, we are not from around these parts, meaning we have very little knowleage of the area, what we ask of you is that you find us a good place to either plant a bomb, set up am ambush or take some goverment soldiers hostage, find us someplace like that, then we shall include you in our operations!" said the officer again. The band of men looked him up and down and said "Ok, we shall be back shortly with a location, which would make a spectalular attack." The men then walked out leaving the officer wondering, "should we be killing these soldiers because they do the exact same job as me."

"Roger that ASD" He shouted using a speaker. "We will hold on this ground and expect further orders" After a few orders were given, ASD forces saw NL Commandos taking defensive and cover position back on the beach.

Bushdome

The original civilian that met with the Bushdome soldiers (post #104) entered the room where the Bushdome soldiers were sitting, followed by two more men. One of the men was wearing a suit, and the other was wearing sun glasses and had a pistol holstered in plain view.

The man in the suit spoke up: "I hear you are looking for an ambush to set up." He pulls out a palm pilot type device with an electronic pen. " I present this to you.

Here's what would happen: My men would surround the area, as seen on screen. Two snipers with 7.62 X 51mm rifles on the far left cliff, and 2 men with .50 cal weapons on the far right hill. The convoy targeted for attack (which we already know through intel, goes through the area on the same route every two days) would be trailed by two of our vehicles. They would be civilian cars, obviously, and would keep a distance behind. When the convoys reached the position they are in on the map (not the blue square, but the position they are in now), two rocketman will emerge from the forested area to the right and fire two vehicle-tracking rockets at the lead vehicle and second tank. Soldiers under the highway (which is raised slightly, with just dirt below it) would emerge from below, and throw napalm onto the tanks. Rocketmen with H-130 Talon RPGs would emerge from the tailing vehicles and finish the tanks off.

All men who surrender would be turned over to custody of Bushdome. Our men are ordered not to kill them. There will be survivors, as we do not plan to hit the last humvee with a rocket. That car will be shot out with .50cal snipers, and resisting men killed.

"Put some fire on those troops!" said an insurgent. A sniper aimed at the shifty DaWoad units, who kept appearing + disappearing in the distance as they put fire on the insurgents.

Suddenly, a sniper put his crosshairs on a DaWoad soldier who got up to shoot. He pulled the trigger and let a shot go.

"Did you get him?" said the spotter.
"I have no idea." said the sniper. The recoil knocked his view from the scope.

"Put some mortars on them! We need to bring out some AA weapons fast or run for it, because they've probably got some aircraft coming in."

"We don't have any anti-air" said an insurgent.

"Well then, let's pick up! We've gotta go! No formation, just run!"

The insurgents bolted for the swamplands to the north. Men who had to carry mortars were going slower. A few vehicles rushed ahead of insurgents on foot, carrying superior officers, and gunners on .50cal.

"Leave them." said an officer. "we're almost there!" as the roar of DaWoad planes sounded overhead.

To the government of Dashie

As we have seen this situation unfold it is with extreme regret that we must interfer and thus side with the rebel cause. Our troops will be coming very soon (about a day).

"Sir, we have new intel," Commander Smil Fregon, director of inteligence, approached Grand Duke Feren with a brown book, labeled as Eyes Only. "New troops are heading towars Dashie. Half an hour ago, we receive word of Chemlnki, they will be supporting the rebels."

Duke Feren nodded. Damn it, what are they doing. "This situation is fishy... and the region is highly volatil, specially with the recent revolt in New Chalcedon"

Commander Fregon nodded in agreement. "We must be ready, we don't have to spread our forces too much"

"I want the best team you have in Dashie as soon as possible, we need to end this revolts before the situation escalates to open war between nations." Duke Feren looked to a Dashie map delivered to him by a sergeant. "I would like to act as a liason between goverment officers and rebel leaders"

Chemlnki

A rebel leader bows to the Chemlnki representatives. "We accept your offer to fight gloriously by our side. We will fight hard, and we will win!"

Maldorians

"Damn! We've been tagged!" said a stealth bomber pilot. He was amongst 10 others as they approached the Maldorian mercenaries (but they didn't know they weren't just rebels).

Suddenly, a SAM whizzed by the view of one pilot, and dug itself into the back end of a Stealth Bomber.

(Inside the bomber)

BOOM! (2 men fly out of their chairs and to the back of the plane. One hits his head and becomes unconscious).

"Dammit! 9-1 to base, we've been hit! It looks bad. Engine controls are sluggish. We may have to ditch." The radio crackled with no response.

"Base, this is 9-" suddenly, fire exploded from the back of the bomber.

"Shit! it's going to blow up! We've got-" The bomber exploded into a million pieces in a huge explosion in the sky.

Flares were being deployed left and right. Jet fighters came into formation to deter air attack by the rebels, since they were flying into rebel territory.

"Dammit! another one just went down!" said a soldier. That was the third stealth bomber to get hit. Suddenly, chain-gun bullets ripped through the wing of a fourth stealth bomber, and it went spiraling out of the sky.

"This is 9-5 to base," commencing attack now!" The pilot got a Mirza tank in its sights, and pressed fire.

Meanwhile, at City of the Red, a soldier watching an airbases' radar noticed something bobbing in and out of radar. He picked up the phone, and said, "sir, we've got a problem."

The soldier he called walked into the radar room, and took a look at the radar screen, with another soldier next to him. "Scramble the fighters!" he said to the soldier next to him.

An alarm blared, and rebels ran to their positions on the jets. The jets took off minutes later, scrambling toward the government jets that were attacking the Maldorians.

Official message from president Vincent Gambino:
We have decided to side with the rebel Dashies. The vote was 65 in favor to 30 to support the rebels. Although we find neither side is incredibly favorable, we know the suffering the commen people have suffered under the royal government, and we cannot let this happen a second time. We are sending the 4th HAWC platoon to support the rebels. Good luck.

"welcome to our Conference room" Said D'Orville "Some of the crew will be in soon with refreshments. now here is what we were planing before (D'Orville Pulls out a map). We were going to take the city of phoenix and build a defensive perimeter around it but now with your help it is possible to do more. Oh we have also noted that Soviet Aissur is in the area providing relief and that that nation may be willing to help us. My suggestion now is different I suggest we move up to this line (D'Orville pointed to a line on the map that stretched through two tails) making sure that any government or rebel forces in the area are captured or killed. I will then have my army engineers build up defenses along that line. We can use Both your and my troops to man the line with tanks being held in reserve to reinforce any part of the line that comes under attack. We could even push that line forward out of Two tails if Soviet Aissur is in fact going to help. I can use my Wolves as recon to give us a heads up if a major force is about to attack and we can use both you and my Special forces in conjunction with my troops transports and helicopters to provide rescue operations for anyone that want out but cant reach our perimeter. Did you have any further ideas?"

"Damn!" Yelled Tank as his rifle spun out of his hands. "Fuck that hurt!" a sniper bullet from the enemy forces had taken the rifle straight out of his hands and broken a finger in the process. "Well next time don't stand up you dolt!" Said the Sargent. Then watched as the rebels began to run. "Medic, give Tank a hand" he said. Four Wolf-class AAVs came onto the scene and approached the Aissurian Forces below in order to offer help.

ASD Fighter Strike Force 7
"Shrike-3, Shrike-1 Enemies spotted."
"Shrike-1, all Shrikes Converge on Shrike 3. Orders, bring the rain."
Five Hawk-1 Strike Fighters each dropped four CBU-87/89 Cluster Munition hanging from the Internal Bomb bays onto the heads of the retreating rebels then pulled hard turns and brought their CBU-100 Rockeye II Cluster Munition hanging on external hardpoints into line with the retreating enemy armored vehicles and lined up for a second bombing run.

Outside of Pheonix Spec. For. squad two
The now identified forces took up defenses positions and the ASd Spec. Fors. Rose from their positions and headed down to meet their new allies.

A Blackhawk helicopter flew over the city of the red and air dropped 5 CCT (Chemelnki Commando Teams, 500 troops). Lt. Menda walked up and talked to the rebel leader. He advised the rebel leader to be weary of Nova Lassastun. A communication was intercepted that possibly hostility between Chemelnki and Nova Lassastun could break out if any Nova Lassastun troop fired upon Chemlenki troops. Lt. Menda also said that these troops will be guarding only chemlenki medical personnel and at this time cannot be taken away from this job.
Lt. Kendu rushed to Lt. Menda’s side and handed him a printout. Lt. Menda told the rebel leader that Eynorb is under stress and must back out of this situation. 2/3 of all air/naval/land personnel will be sent back to Eynorb. The 1/3 that is left will be taken under Chemelnki direction. (10,000 troops and 2 squadrons of F-15s. Only squadron has been sold back to Eynorb because Chemelnki needs capital. Eynorb has consented to this agreement. The Chemelnki military is well funded and works within its budget. If the Rebel leader want to see this then Chemelnki would gladly give you this. Also Chemelnki has complete control of the Eynorb airbase in the forest of lost souls. Eynorb has consented to this agreement.) Chemelnki will air drop 3 M102 105mm and 5 Predator UAV in the coming hours by 3 Blackhawk helicopters.

Chemelnki has sent up a hospital in the city of the red for rebel troops that are wounded in battle. The 5,000 of the Eynorb commandos are sent back to the Eynorb (now Chemelnki) air base in the forest of lost souls.

Chemelnki will advise Nova Lassustun to not take any risky action against Chemelnki. If that happens then it would be seen as a direct assault against the rebel cause.

* = The revolution began in City of the Red. There was alot of violence prior to the revolution, where the police eventually bolted out of the city and the military came in. Then, the revolution spread to other cities (not really beseiged, citizens were already sympathetic there, and revolted themselves).

The only city that was taken over by force was Belle Mer. There are a considerable amount of citizens that hate the rebels there (in case anyone wants to RP a counter-insurgency).

Also, on another note, if people haven't noticed already, the West (Devil's Tongue, Taurus) are really begining to show signs of crumbling. They need some serious back up there. This is not really due to insurgent armies. It's due to the complete lack of government support, and people getting pissed off. It could easily be solved by nations bringing aid to the area, but also remember that there are nations other than the rebels also fighting and advancing. The government troops are fending for themselves. Though it may seem like the rebels are advanced over the government troops, they're actually equal. It's just that the rebels have ready supply lines from Max Beagle (referenced into a RP story I did), while the government troops aren't getting anything. On the current course, they would collapse completely. I'll RP a plea to supporting nations for support in the area (was actually going to do it yesterday, but forgot).

So, to recap, the cities just need some policing and support (would probably take a couple nations, considering the whole area is being swarmed by rebel-supporters and rebels) as opposed to full-blown fighting off insurgents, who aren't even near Devil's Tongue or Taurus. Not to say, however, that there aren't attacks daily in these cities (insurgency is growing by support of Bushdome in Devil's Tongue especially).

I know I was kind of vague on the whole premise of that area. Sorry about that.

Anyway, back to Pheonix.

Pheonix has some of the happiest citizens in the country, pertaining to the government. They would fight any rebel they saw. There are practically no rebels in the city, and no real organized rebel groups.

The government originally thought that order would be restored, but the current situation has become so violent that there's no real expectation that the violence would just stop. It could eventually, but not any time soon. Also, it wouldn't take away the fact that the rebels would still be launching attacks. Basically, it's an End Game and both sides are looking to completely anihilate the other.

As for buildings, I really wouldn't mind if you just invented some if you wanted to RP them. For example, having people storm a church or something. A city, especially the capital, will have the whole assortment of usual buildings. As for size, it's a full sized city, probably comparible to New York City. Nothing is destroyed or damaged, since insurgent activity in the city is nill.

The city is fully powered by 4 power plants. (One of them is nuclear ;)). 2 are coal plants, and the last one is a state of the art hydro dam that is on the Beagle River (refer to the map).

Water supply is still fully functional. This may seem ridiculous that power and water would be running with no government, but it's actually because Dashie was a Capitalist economy. The utilities were run by companies. Therefore, most cities still have steady amounts of power and water running (even Belle Mer). I would also like to add that nations can target those utilities purposely, or if you're even more of a devil, poison the water supply.

"If we can get them to agree to it then I like it. We've already been granted control of phoenix though and I would suggest a joint movement of troops into the city. There is a possibility that they wont agree though, especially the rebel side. If they do not then were gonna have to do two things. First were going to have to comb our entire area of control very very carefully and second were gonna have to protect what we have from outside intrusion. As to both the rebel held cities and the no mans lands we have a couple of options. if they dont agree I suggest we split our air forces. You can cover the sea approaches with your two carriers and ill use my carriers to cover the land side. I can use air strikes to maybe keep both the governments and rebels heads down as well as ship based cruise missiles and shore bombardments. maybe we can keep them away from the civilian populations that way. If not then we might be able to fight our way in while still leaving enough behind to hold what we've got or run extraction ops using our special forces and air support. Theres another problem as well. The foreign forces here are not going to want to end the war. Most of them would prefer for the fighting to continue. To that end we could declare a formal alliance with each other. I suspect that they would be rather less likely to go up against our combined forces if it comes down to it".

"Hello Major." Said sergeant Viper reading the majors uniform. And taking the extended hand. As he let go he noted the Majors powerful grip and decided maybe these commandos were actually okay. "My name is sergeant Viper and i gotta admit its kinda nice to have u guys as friends. we thought you were enemies And i was not looking forward to taking you on."

Urgent Plea to all Nations from Government of Dashie (Critical!)

We are unable to control vast portions of Western Dashie. We badly need nations to support us down here. Though we have set up strongholds in Devil's Tongue, rebels are attacking us from the inside. Taurus is safe for now, but we need a nation to send troops to that city for peace of mind. Insurgents will be hitting there soon. Just today 2 were arrested for attempting to plant bombs.

We need support now. Our future will be grim if we do not get aid. We need support in the following fields:

- Police Force
- Counter insurgency
- government and administration of Devil's Tongue and Taurus
- military forces to watch the border to ensure smugglers don't bring weapons through this area (but unfortunately, most come through béag).

When order is restored in this area, we will have enough force to retake Belle Mer, and make a mad dash toward City of the Red. From there, we will branch out and take Béag and Crescent. Onward men! We shall take the day!

Each Naval Infantry Battalion is made up of 3 Infantry Companies (12 BMPs [different variants], 1 Weapons Company (8 81mm Mortars) and 1 Armor Platoon (4 T-72Ks).

The Naval Landing Groups respectfully has 12 Mi-17s and 4 Mi-24s, 3 Landing Aircraft Carrier, 3 Cruisers, and 6 Destoryers.

The helicopter managed to progress though unfavorable winds towards the city of Devil's Tongue. A quarter of the men were sick and vomiting, the smell filled the helicopter like burnt flesh. The war with the rebels was going badly, and everyone was getting tense.

"30 Seconds!" The crew chief belted out. The 30 seconds took forever, they were headed towards Devil's Tongue International Airport and they were to secure the airport, and await orders from Dashie military Command in control of Phoneix. Looking out the window, what seemed to be a fleet of Mi-17s littered the sky, as sand began to replace the endless ocean. The smell of smoke and gunpowder swept through the cabin, overwelming the burnt flesh.

The helicopter quickly touched down, and everyone seemed to come alive. "Go go go!" Yelled Sergeant John Craft leaping out of the cabin. As soon as he set foot on the Kingdom of Dashie, a round sliced through his neck causing him to collapse in a bloody heap.

"Move out Corporal Jones!" Senior Corporal Dan Denman yelled, forward into the abyss I went.

"Yes sir, I completely understand." Admiral Braden Burkart responds and hands the phone off to the communications officer, then turning sharply towards the comm "Captain, set course towards Dashie."

"Sir?" Captain Nick Allen turns away from his executive officer, and faces the admiral. "There's a civil war ongoing in the Kingdom of Dashie."

"Yeah, central government wants us to put boots on the ground. Set course captain, and order the rest of the battle group to follow your lead."

"Aye aye sir."

The government already issued an International call for aid... wait--" The camera moved violently "looks like a massive force is taking control of Devil's Tongue in this very moment... those are not government troops, but since no fighting has started yet, I presume they are here to help us..."

Raz looked D'Orville "All Hell broke loose..."

I am gonna give my Military command a shout and scrounge up more military reinforcements especially ground based assets."

Ten minutes later, General Raz met Commander Santiago, on board the Aircraft Carrier "Pax Imperia"

Colonel James Marshall reads the message from the Joint Command Phoenix Task Force, and gives an exasperated sigh. "We just got here!" The Colonel has had many years of combat under his belt, and was hoping to add one more war before retirement. "Oh well, Lieutenant, send the following message..."

Addressed for the Taskforce Commander, or the senior convening commanding officer;

1st Air Assault Regiment commencing combat operations to secure Devil's Tongue till further orders.

"Alright, lets do this."

Here's what would happen: My men would surround the area, as seen on screen. Two snipers with 7.62 X 51mm rifles on the far left cliff, and 2 men with .50 cal weapons on the far right hill. The convoy targeted for attack (which we already know through intel, goes through the area on the same route every two days) would be trailed by two of our vehicles. They would be civilian cars, obviously, and would keep a distance behind. When the convoys reached the position they are in on the map (not the blue square, but the position they are in now), two rocketman will emerge from the forested area to the right and fire two vehicle-tracking rockets at the lead vehicle and second tank. Soldiers under the highway (which is raised slightly, with just dirt below it) would emerge from below, and throw napalm onto the tanks. Rocketmen with H-130 Talon RPGs would emerge from the tailing vehicles and finish the tanks off.

All men who surrender would be turned over to custody of Bushdome. Our men are ordered not to kill them. There will be survivors, as we do not plan to hit the last humvee with a rocket. That car will be shot out with .50cal snipers, and resisting men killed.

What do you think of this attack?"



"In short, its genius!!!!" said the officer as he stood up. "Theres only one thing i don't like about the plan, us Bushdome troops are not offically suppose to be here, but we have been sent by our goverment so handing these troops over to Bushdome would expose us." The officer walked over to a window where he peered out to see a small dog drinking from a puddle. "I think we should take the survivors hostage, and errr demand that all goverment troops pull out of Devils Tounge." He continued "Of course this won't happen but at least they know we mean buissnes and we can get the name of our politcal party out into the world." He smiled and then said "We can bring the hostages back here, we could take them to the dessert where we landed, we just send a few men out to look after them."

By now he was more interested in taking hostages than the actual ambush, "We could send out a shed, put them in there film them send the tapes to every channel and then after a month kill them!" He turned tpo the civillians and said "But the ambush, it must go ahead tomorrow!"

The next day the men who were in the ambush were in place ready for the attack, the other men who wern't used spent last night shaving bars of soap and putting the shavings into petrol. The result was highly dangerous home made napalm. After half an hour of waiting they heard the rummble of tank engins.

The Flaming Tank on Hell's Highway

"Aw shit." said a Dashie government soldier.

"What now?" said the driver sarcastically.

"Spilled my damn coffee again. All over my lap. Can you believe that?"

"Yes." The driver shook is head and kept his eyes on the road.

"They call this Hell's Highway. You wanna know why?" said the soldier next to the driver.

The driver sighed. "Because Max Beagle already claimed "Angel's Highway?"

"Ha... No..." said the soldier. "It's because the 'old guard' claim that the devil built it. Can you believe that?"

"Mark, that's total bullshit. I'm pretty sure you just made that up."

Suddenly, two rockets fell from the sky. One struck the lead humvee, and the second struck the second tank. Both burst into flames.

"Ambush!" yelled a soldier. Mark ran out of the car, when a napalm bomb came up and landed feet away from him. He burst into flames instantly, and fell to the ground.

"Return fi-" a soldier said as a sniper bullet ripped through his skull.

"Jesus, we're fucked!" said a soldier, as fire came into from surrounding areas. A Dashie insurgent emerged from the hills with a rocket. "Get that guy!" he yelled. The soldier raised his weapon and fired, and the Dashie insurgent fell to the ground. "We need helicopter support!" Just as he said that, the soldier next to him shot the second insurgent with a rocket, who had already fired. The rocket shot down and hit the middle tank of the convoy.

"Get it! We're leaving!" said the soldier. They jumped into the humvee in back of the convoy, when two lead vehicles opened fire on the humvee. .50 cal bullets ripped through its armor and filled the men inside full of holes. A sniper bullet had already killed the driver.

4 insurgents had already been shot. The ones left were swarming the tank. The tank shot its main gun at the first ambushing vehicle, blowing it into a million pieces. It's secondary gun strafed the last one, killing everyone inside.

Two napalm throwers emerged and threw napalm at the tank. The first hit the roof of the tank, igniting it into a burst of flames.

A man leaped out of the tank and returned fire with his pistol, killing one of the napalm throwers. A sniper took that man out. 3 soldiers poured out of the burning tank. One was on fire, and burning to death. "Put him out!" said a soldier. They tried to duck for cover, but snipers were shooting at all sides.

Suddenly, a government chopper emerged. It strafed the two sniping insurgents on the back left hill, and their spotters.

"Hit the chopper!" said one of the snipers to an insurgent with a .50 cal. Both snipers fired at the choppers' engines. One was blown out. Then a second. The chopper spiraled in the air.

"May day! May day! We're hit!" said the pilot. The chopper crashed to the ground. The pilot was killed, and 2 others inside were badly wounded.

The .50 cal snipers and their spotters left the ambush, as it had failed. There was only one government soldier alive from the attack.

"Get to that chopper." said an insurgent, as they swarmed the chopper. Two men were pulled out. Guns were put to their heads.

"Don't shoot," said an insurgent wearing a beret as he walked towards the wounded soldiers. "We need to get these soldiers to Bushdome now, or at least get them to our hide out if Bushdome doesn't want them."

Nova Lassastun
NL Command 01 - Secret Location

"Sir," Said the High-ranking officer to Duke Feren. "We just got word. Lipardi's forces are moving towards Devil's Tongue. These are pro-government forces, that Dashie thing is escalation way too fast!"

Across the desk, Duke Feren nodded.

"And then we have the situation on New Chalcedon, although it is now under control, rebels all around the place are desestabilizyng the region" Added the officer.

"This new information is very disturbing... how is Project 'Stormtrooper' coming alone?" Duke Feren inquiried

"The first batallion is now ready and being deployed as we speak... the experiments so far are showing incredible results..."

"Good.. Good. Have a squadron ready, just in case we need to re-deploy them in Dashie" Duke Feren Ordered.

(OOC: After a medical breaktrough in bioengineering, Project 'Stormtrooper' resulted in enhanced super soldiers. Nova Lassastun's army is full of two-metre tall super-soldiers. Bold fragment taken from in-game description of Nova Lassastun nation.)

Insurgents from Max Beagle launch offensive against Taurus

The government claims victory, citing the attack as unsuccessful. Fortified government troops defended the city of Pheonix against foreign fighters who crossed the border. These fighters were armed with high caliber assault rifles, sniper rifles, machine guns, and rockets. Furthermore, insurgents fired artillery into Taurus, killing as many as 140 civilians, and killing 20 soldiers. The shells were fired indiscriminantly.

The insurgents retreated now only from government fire, but from government airstrikes called onto their positon. The insurgents fired stinger missiles at the aircraft, shooting down multiple jets and stealth bombers.

The Max Beagle government denied entrance into their airspace, so airstrikes stopped after the insurgents retreated over the border. Their casualties were unknown, but likely 2x the amount of government dead. Unfortunately, Charlie and Alpha Military bases were both damaged in the attack, but can be repaired.

A rebel leader was listening to "The Internationale" when the transmission came over the line.

"What shall we do sir?" said a soldier beside him.

"This is unacceptible, unless we are to know further aspects of the treaty!" he said, pounding his fist on the table. "Wire the following message back!"

"We too want free elections. Therefore, we will not agree to your deal, yet. We must be assured that the following demands be met:

A - We will not disband our forces

B - We will not be commanded by your forces

C - Following the peace treaty, you must reduce your forces. Peacekeepers may remain in bases isolated from the populace

D - You must not try to gain any power or influence in our government. We shall not be your puppets, and will fight to the death before we roll over to you.

E - Assurement that the old government will not retain power, as it would usurp elections and continue on its present course. This is unacceptible to us.

F - Our leaders, especially Dashie Camel, will be immune to prosecution under international law, and will be legitimately recognized as leaders of Dashie under international law.

G - We will not give up our weapons. We will not give up any of our soldiers.

Insurgents from Max Beagle launch offensive against Taurus

The government claims victory, citing the attack as unsuccessful. Fortified government troops defended the city of Pheonix against foreign fighters who crossed the border. These fighters were armed with high caliber assault rifles, sniper rifles, machine guns, and rockets. Furthermore, insurgents fired artillery into Taurus, killing as many as 140 civilians, and killing 20 soldiers. The shells were fired indiscriminantly.

The insurgents retreated now only from government fire, but from government airstrikes called onto their positon. The insurgents fired stinger missiles at the aircraft, shooting down multiple jets and stealth bombers.

The Max Beagle government denied entrance into their airspace, so airstrikes stopped after the insurgents retreated over the border. Their casualties were unknown, but likely 2x the amount of government dead. Unfortunately, Charlie and Alpha Military bases were both damaged in the attack, but can be repaired.

We are sending our 4th HAWC division. Keep in mind these are powerful but still highly experimental weapons. They should help you immensly. The HAWC division includes:

10 HAWCs (Heavily Armored Weapon Chassis) With machine guns. They have a bad tendancy to overheat and sometimes their weapons jam and the legs lock up. However, they should still be an immense help.

100 men (Including piolets) These men are well-trained and have: Flexible semi-bulletproof (Can stop shots that have lost some power, pistol shots from long range,etc,) armor. Advanced Assualt rifles, and fragmentation grenades. Use them well.

Chemelnki creates three new bases. (Two in Northern Dashie near the two tails swamp and the third in the forest of lost souls.) 400 troops and 3 2S6M Air Defense Vehicles are stationed at each base. This order was made before the splintering of CM, and the army has remained without anything in the current war. Both sides of the government have agreed that the army shouldn't enter the war as a rash decision would lead into a nuclear bombing... again. So the senatorial side or the presidential side as the communists have had some attempts on getting part of the CM army to join them.

A civilian walks in to the room of the Generals. He made sure he was not followed by walking in random locations, and moving through private property.

"We've got a problem." He said. "Lipardi troops are landing now to support the government. That means more police here. Would you like to commence operations on Lipardi? Of course, they would never know of your involvement."

The Chemelnki bases have been built in record time. With Chemelnki going neutral theses bases could act like staging zones for Dawoad and Nova Lassastun troops to try and keep peace in Dashie. More troops are being flown in to these bases to step up security. The Chemelnki Air Force will be creating no-fly zones of 34 km around these new bases. The old Chemelnki base in the city of the red is disbanded and all troops of the base are being sent back home for redeployment.

Each new Chemelnki base consists of:
600 Commandos (1800 total)
3 2S6M Air Defense Vehicles
3 BTR-80 APCs

Everything is being moved by 20 Blackhawk helicopters to the new bases. A squadron of 10 F/A-18s will be arriving from Chemelnki to start the no-fly zones. 2 other squadrons of 10 F/A-18s will be arriving around dawn tomorrow, for a grand total of 30 F/A-18s. This will be the start of the no-fly zones. All government and rebels planes that do not respect this will be shot down. Dawoad and Nova Lassastun air craft will not be affected by the no-fly zones.

Welcome to Pheonix. As of now our troops are moving smoothly into control in the city but help is always welcome especially In securing a border line further west of pheonix.

The Bushdome base was all quite as men snoozed in the chairs from the previous late night. Then the silence was ruined by a small group of bursting through the door push two men with brown sacks on their head. The Bushdome officer who planned on taking hostages was gently awoken by the sounds of grunting and swearing. He stood look at the men with sacks on their heads and said "Right put them in a truck and drive to the dessert, theres some old barn out there, we'll take them there and just hold them from there." He walked closer to the hostages and said "I will follow in an hour with supplys and a camera!" He smiled then signaled for them to get in the truck.

The old barn had huge holes in the roof, and there were wall panels missing, the hostages were thrown in a corner where they were watched by two gaurds. After about 2 hours the officer arrived with water, food and a camera. "Right stand them up" he ordered.

Welcome to Pheonix. As of now our troops are moving smoothly into control in the city but help is always welcome especially In securing a border line further west of pheonix.

"Colonel, have your regiment deploy inside and southwest of Pheonix, secure the city's border with Max Beagle and reinforce DaWood and Nova Lassastun forces when needed." Major General Robert Enlow Jr commands, pointing out the border to Colonel Tonly Hooper. "The rest of the division is already deployed east of the city, we'll make our assault towards Crescant once your released from Task Force Pheonix."

"Aye sir, rules of engagement?"

"Only fire when fired upon." The general responds, "I'm sending Major Even Beavers to be our liaison officer with the task force. You'll be getting your orders from him while in Pheonix."

"Aye sir," The Colonel turns and leaves the tent, as Colonel Taniel Talmasov enters the tent.

"Ahh, Colonel Talmasov, status of first regiment."

"All men and equipment deployed east of the city, no enemy contacts."

"Good, I want you to take your regiment into the Two Tails Swamp, secure the front line with third regiment, Colonel Jon Mallon will be with the fourth, in reserve. I want you to send a battalion to the Chemelnki troops, and confirm that they have gone neutral. Have the battalion commander report all findings directly to my headquarters, and Task Force Pheonix."

"Aye sir."

The Bushdome base was all quite as men snoozed in the chairs from the previous late night. Then the silence was ruined by a small group of bursting through the door push two men with brown sacks on their head. The Bushdome officer who planned on taking hostages was gently awoken by the sounds of grunting and swearing. He stood look at the men with sacks on their heads and said "Right put them in a truck and drive to the dessert, theres some old barn out there, we'll take them there and just hold them from there." He walked closer to the hostages and said "I will follow in an hour with supplys and a camera!" He smiled then signaled for them to get in the truck.

The old barn had huge holes in the roof, and there were wall panels missing, the hostages were thrown in a corner where they were watched by two gaurds. After about 2 hours the officer arrived with water, food and a camera. "Right stand them up" he ordered.

“Jesus.” said Major General Chris Solecki, one of five senior officers in the Devil's Tongue area of operations, as they just finished watching the video of the “Red Army.”

“I want an infantry regiment to perform a search and rescue operation in and around the area of the ambush. I want the airmobile troops to deploy themselves at Taurus, and conduct hit and run and raids on local rebel camps. See if we can capture anyone ourselves and get some information out of them, possiblely trade them off for the pilots.” Admiral Braden Burkart remarks.

“Sir, intel reports that there are large amount of weapons, ammo and rebels coming out of Max Beagle, it might be an idea to perfrom an incursion into their terrority to gain information and to destory weapon caches.” Genereal Solecki repsonds to the admiral's orders.

“Getting Max Beagle into this mess is the last thing we want to do.” Major Andrew Termimi, the 2nd Naval Infantry Division's Operations Officer states.

“Keep plans open for a possible incursion, never know what awaits us when we get to Taurus. You have your orders." The admiral gets the last word, and ponders where this 'peacekeeping' operation as gone.

General Manderi with his armed guard of 25 troops walked out of the helicopter and greated the troops. The Chemelnki bases became a hornet's nest of activity. 2 more H-46 Sea Knights unloaded 3 2S6M Air Defense Vehicles each plus a group of 50 anti-terror troops. Lt. C. Hindro of the anti-terror group slated 500 more of his troops to be flown in tonight.

As the 2S6M Air Defense Vehicles set up possitions around the two bases a crew of engineers finished the two runways and hangers that would house the 30 F/A-18s that would arrive shortly. Then a Blackhawk helicopter unloaded 25 unmarked crates that had a predator UAV in each one.

The General walked around the bases and over saw what went on. When things were running smoothly, he went into is office to talk to the Lt. Conels that had run the bases while he was still in Chemelnki. They discussed when more troops should come in and at what time plus possible missions that they might green-light.

With most of the logistics were smoothed out the General sent a message to Max Beagle that if insugents came over the border into Dashie and that if they were driven back and if they crossed into Max Beagle could Chemelnki anti-terror troops cross the Max Beagle border to neutralize them. Also the General said that since Chemelnki was neutral that Chemelnki has the right to send chemelnki troops only to Chemelnki bases that maybe in the ASD area. If ASD attacks Chemelnki troops or supply aircraft then ASD would violate Chemelnki neutrality.

Battle Group Phoenix
36 NL F/A-18E/F Super Hornet and 10 F-35 Lightning II were launched from the Aircraft Carrier "Belladona" to patrol the skies in the coast regions to prevent both rebel and government aircraft getting through the area.
At the same time The First and the Second Battalions -with approximately 1.000 men were placed on battle readiness. They were supported by 94 Strykers and 10 M1 Abrams. 3 AH-64 Apache helicopters were designated to provide cover and aerial support. The group would began its march to Phoenix in a matter of minutes.

Nova Lassastun
At the same time C-5 Galaxy Aircrafts were being loaded with more troops. A total of 30.000 riflemen, including support, commandos and medic were being embarked towards Phoenix.

The General smiled when he recived the message from ASD that they would not attack Chemelnki aircraft. Lt. Colonel Hindro told the General that the 500 anti-terror troops have just landed.

"Good time for Operation Tiger" said the General. He then sliped a note to Lt. Colonel Kendo. Lt. Colonel Kendo then nodded and when about his orders over a very secure and encrypted communication line. The Colonel then went to a nosecure communication line and talked to the troops that will be involved with Operation Tiger. "Alright Alpha Task Force will be flown into the city of the red to aquire a certin person from Eynorb. Lt. Mandrake is his name. Find him and bring him back. I want Beta Task Force to be flown over to Bell Mer and speack with another Eynorb Lt. called Mendiki. He has something for us that we need. There maybe sam sites so pilots fly under a 100 ft you sould be fine. Last I want Gamma Task Force to be flown to the forest of lost souls were they will be air dropped. Also is there are sam sites I want the pilots to fly under a 100ft. That are your orders, dismissed."

There was a hurried pace to the troops in the Chemelnki base. Helicopters were loaded and flew off to their objectives. The men under Lt. Colonel Kendo's command alos got ready for something but no one knew what. Lt. Colonel gave the orders and off they flew 500 anti-terror troops in stealth helicopters flying low under the radar, to an undisclosed location. They are maintaing radio silence

Lt. Colonel Hindro asked the General if they would complete their mission. The General replyed "I hope so.. I hope so. Send the other message to Chemelnki." "Yes sir" said Lt. Colonel Hindro. The message was also highly encribted and went over a higly secure communication line.

Hundreds of miles away Chemelnki Naval Task Force Group A sailed from its port to an undesclosed location near Dashie. The Chemelnki Naval Task Force Group A is maintaning radio silence. 12 hours till they reach their objective location. Chemelnki Naval Task Force Group A is comprised of:

3 Destroyers with 600 men each
4 Sea-wolf Attack Submarines with 300 men each
5 Crusiers with 500 men each.

(OOC: OKay two things #1 Lt. Colonel Kendo's men are going somewhere were no one knows about and that they are flying under 100ft so no sam or land small range rockets will find them. Plus they are in stealth helicopters so they will not be seen on radar. The US military has a small group of them and if they can't be seen then Lt. Colonle Kendo's men cannot be seen. #2 The Naval Task Force is under radio silence so no one will be able to gind them. This is a basic RL strategy of the US Navy. If it works with the US Navy then it will work with the Chemelnki Navy and this battle group is undetectable. Play on boys. Keep it real an ex-marine is playing also.)

Also, the territory you're flying over is too large for flying choppers in like that. They would need to refuel, I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong here. Even if that's not true, they would be spotted, since you're flying over villages and hostile terrain. Also, what about reconnaisance aircraft? Bad idea. You might want to have the Lt. sneak out in a vehicle instead, or something like that.

The image changed to display troops moving silently trough buildings and positioning defenses on key points around the city.

“Fire fox, fire fox, operation overhaul is green, weapons free.”

“Roger that Spike 6, operation overhaul is green, fire fox is weapons free.” Commander Winters responds to the communications from CAG Captain, “This is fire fox 6, hit assigned targets and bug out.”

A squadron of Mi-24 Hind Ds' rise up and began wailing out rockets and cannon fire into the New Chalcedon forces in Belle Mer. “Anything that has a weapon is fair game boys!” After about 2 minutes of overwhelming cannon fire, the hinds slip back into darkness, heading east towards the ocean.

The city was lit up by fires from vehicles, and fires from the buildings. Local fire departments were dispatched and rebel forces tried to recover what equipment was lost. The sound thunder of jets began to fill the sounds of the night. As the seconds passed, the louder they got. 10 Minutes after the rotory attack, bombs began to shake every corner of the city. Most of the targets include safe houses, government buildings, military structures, and any armored vehicles in town.

Heavily machine gun fire and anti-aircraft missiles scream into the night sky, but no cager for the rebels.

An hour later, 8 MiG-23s and 4 MiG-27s land safetly at Devil's Tongue International Airport, all bombs and rockets from each aircraft were fired.

Aircraft Carrier "Arcturus"

The E-2C Hawkeye (http://i186.photobucket.com/albums/x1/SethFawkes/FS_CdG_Super_Hawkeye.jpg) was hastily being deployed. "Sir," said the officer in the main deck "intel is showing rebel forces moving towards Phoenix"

The Commander nodded then gave the order "Put our birds in the air, I want that Hawkeye over them as soon as possible" He pointed out to the ircraft being deployed "Make it happen"

Ten minutes later, The E-2C Hawkeye was on the air, flying towards enemy territory. Two F-22 Raptors (http://i186.photobucket.com/albums/x1/SethFawkes/763px-Two_F-22_Raptor_in_flying.jpg) from the fleet had taken escort position.

(OOC: Dashie the aircrafts are going to try to fly as higgh as possible but the main mission here is to get as much information about enemy forces as possible. The are not authorized to return fire but in the event of an attack, they will communicate with Phoenix battlegroup for clearance, further instructions and support.)

The branches under the platoon's feet cracks loudly though the swamps wet lands. Equipment and chatter also fills the sounds among the soldiers, as they slowly patrol the northern sector of the swamp.

“Have you heard the rumors?” Private Trey Players began.

“What rumors?” His team leader, Corporal Narcus Ayala, responds.

“Well, theres word of a major assault to take Beag.” The private boldly states. “and is it true that we're going to deploy more soldiers for this 'peacekeeping' mission?”

“I don't know privat-...” The team leader was cut off to the sound of a mortar shot, then an explosion 15 meters north of their position. “COVER!” The team leader bellows.

“Incoming mortars!” The voice of an unknown soldier in the distance, the whole platoon dropped behind anything they can find, ditches, logs, anything. All the mortars were falling short of the patrol, but they stopped after nine rounds.

Senior Lieutenant Shane Warren comes running up to the team, “Get CP on the line!” the lieutnenat orders the RTO.

“Contact! North, Northeast, un-uniformed infantry!” From the distance again, followed by machine gun and rifle fire. "Medic up front!"

“There they are!” Corporal Ayala directs to his team, Private Eaton begans banging round after round towards the rebels with his PKM.

“RPG ready!” A squad member in the distance screamed, “let them have it!” a thundering brust of a rocket screams across the swamp, and echos back an explosion 150 meters away.

“Able CP, Able Red, fire support marker Bravo, Tango, 64, north 100 to 200, east 25, west 25, Fire for Effect, Over!”

“They're trying to flank us!” Private Players yells over the rifle action, pointing in the direction of where the muzzle flashes are coming from.

“Redirect fire, 10'o clock!” The teams overall fire turns towards the new threat.

“Reloading!” Private Eaton pulls off the box magazine off of the PKM, then loads a belt directly from his assistant gunner, then unleashes more rounds into the new rebel position. The duel last another two minutes before a volley of 81mm mortar rounds began rain onto the rebel positions. Explosions ripping up root and tree alike up into the air.

“Cease fire, cease fire!” Is echoed down the line and from Corporal Ayala, the mortars continued to drop for about two mintues, then stopped. Slients' filled the air.

You are correct about the Navy thing that one Aircraft Carrier has 3,200 ships company and 2,500 air wing to total 5700 men each, which will make a total of 11.400. However The Group that I’m sending is the right size as it is a mirror image of the Kitty Hawk Battle group that was sent to the Mediterranean in 1987 as a peace keeper force. The 2500 air wing is way too high. On one Carrier there is only room for about 80 to120 aircraft.

With the Army the Set-up should be this:

OOC: My military mights rather larger than usual (closer to 8% giving me a total armed force of 56 000 000) as I just came out of a civil war and at that point almost everyone was a soldier of one kind or another. Second I have a very small Army . . . .as you can see as all I have sent in is Navy. Lastly this is my entire naval offensive force. I have three carrier groups. two minor and then this one which is essentially my attack force. Ul also notice that even my marine force (seeing as how it is essentially all my combat marines) Is Pretty Tiny also.

OOC: Chemlinki ur nation has a population of nearly 1/100th of mine dude . . . .plz check up on this. Secondly I have a large Navel force here yes but no army or air force. Finally my Logistics are being covered by fleet supply vessels and air transport into pheonix. Making that part actually doable.

The Chemelnki Naval Group was 6 hours away from its objective when the second Carrier and its support ships seperated from the other one and went to a different objective location with all due speed.

The two Chemelnki bases in Northern Dashie were put on high alert when new intell mapping showed a rebel base that was near the rebel/government border. The three F/A-18 squadrons were scrabbled and took air superiority in a 34 km area around the bases.

"The rebels will be hard pressed to sneek on us, if they do not wish to respect our neutrality." said the General.
"Sir Our Naval group is now predicted to be about 6 hours from their objective locations." said Captian Denkra.
"Good, how is Operation Tiger going?"
"Everything is green sir."
"Hmmm. What are the Government troops up to Captain."

The two northern Chemelnki bases came under a new wave of hurriedness as they readed readyed Predators and painted them black for a night of reconnaisance at an undesclosed location. All troops were on high alert with search lights illiminating the gound around the two bases perimeter.As the Predators flew off a cloud of uneasyness was settling over the bases.

The southern Chemelnki base was also on high alert because of new intel showing the General there that Max beagle has troops amassed at the border. "I want 3 squardons of F/A-18s from Chemelnki to be based here and I want more troops here. We only have 600. The 5 CCTs that are here are at the other bases." said General Hintu. "Yes sir" said Captain Yukoji as be sent a highly encripted message to Chemelnki. "When you are done with that send a meassage to Max Beagle that their troops will stay out of this situation and that if any troops cross the border then there maybe great reporcutions." "Yes sir".

At Chemelnki the 3 squadrons were being scrabbled and the 10 CCTs were getting scrabled too. Chemelnki sent a highly encrypted message to the 3 H-46 Sea Knights at the Northern Chemelnki bases. They then flew off to Chemelnki to pick up troops about 10 CCTs (12500 troops).

As the helicopters that were associated with operation Tiger were close to their objective locations. Neather the rebels or the government knew that the Operatoin was just a big hoax. They helicopters were piloted by pilots, ellectronicaly, that were still on the base and the troops were not really troops but plastic manikins in Chemelnki military uniforms. But the other Operation was a true operation. 1 of 3 operations that would take place.

"Let the games begin", said the General of the Northern bases, "Now we wait and see what Max Beagle does. If those troops stay on their side and blockade the border then everything will be fine if they cross then things may get nausty. Captain send a meassage to Dawoad to see what they think of possible Max Beagle intervention. Send a meassage to the rebel leader on a possible Chemelnki-Rebel meating." "Yes Sir". The meassages were sent and now everyone waited.

Apocalypse of a Dynasty


"This rebellion will end!" said a government official. He was one of the only who didn't defect yet. "It will end! You will see!" Insurgents had launched very few attacks. "We've got huge plans to perform massive raids on Rebel compounds!"

At least 6 bases were outted from long time intel and torturing detainees. The plan was to raid these bases and take out Dashie Camel.

"Alright men! We have credible intelligence that Dashie Camel is at a base near City of the Red! We need the target alive, but if he is killed, it wouldn't be a shame!" The helicopters never left. The operation was delayed, and a very damning fact came to light. Dashie Camel had escaped to Max Beagle through Béag. Furthermore, a high ranking government official had been killed, and citizens in Taurus were getting angry and rejecting the government. Devil's Tongue was too getting very weak. The fact became clear - no side had won. The government had splintered and fallen into its own footprint.

"We cannot neogtiate" said a government official. "There is no government left to negotiate. Whatever the future has in store for us, things are about to change drastically. This is not an end, but a new beginning." He was happy. This was somewhat of a success. The rebels had not won. Nobody did. It all just ceased. There was no government to fight.

They awaited a response for DaWoad on the peace talks.

A young officer aboard the "Belladona" carried the task silently.

Fifteen minutes later, General Raz was already debriefing Grand Duke Feren on the last events.

"Good" He said. "Good. Now it is time for peace. Cool minds have prevail. This conflict will be over soon"

"What are we going to do now, sir?" General Raz asked "Now that's the war is over?"

The PRL respects the decision for negotiations, and will stay in the region to provide local security for the cities of Devil's Tongue, Taurus, Belle Mer, and Southern City of the Red. The Chemelnki Generals welcomed the news from Max Beagle and were glad that it is over. The Generals sent a message to Max Beagle that Chemelnki would like to attend the talks. Carrier Group A has been contacted and is going back to Chemelnki. Carrier Group B will stay and will help the new government in promoting peace in this region. Carrier Group B is 45 km from Bell Mer. All but one Chemelnki Base will be disbanded. The troops are being sent back to Chemelnki. The Base that is still in operation will be moved and take up a position in the center of the region. There the Chemelnki anti-terror troops will help the new government. The total troop count that will be staying is 8,771. This is including the troops on the Carrier group and those that will be staying on the base.

(These troops and the Carrier Group B will be under the control of the new government. Dashie I want then to come back in one piece ok. This was interesting. If you need anything else just ask.)

As the troops depart from Dashie toward home, Lt. Kendo sent a message to the new government wondering if they would accept a militery and economic alliance with Chemelnki.

The new government accepted an alliance with Chemelnki. "May our people prosper together," said Dashie Camel, ending a speech with the crowd giving a standing ovation for the two leaders.
