Open Communication to the nations of the world
Following our return to the world stage, the nation of Xanastrovia is seeking to remove the isolationist veil we cast over our own face by offering plots in our leafy capital city, Orswen. Situated on the temperate south coast, Orswen has fantastic transport links, with two international airports, a large port and superb high-speed rail links to the rest of the nation, making it the perfect choice for a nation wishing to establish an embassy within Xanastrovia. All embassy buildings are completely renovated buildings within the capital, and as thus we currently have a large selection ranging from small inner-city town-houses to large mansions in the suburbs. If you have a specific requirement, please mention it in your application and we will do our best to allocate you a suitable location.
Whilst not totally necessary in all cases, ideally the nation of Xanastrovia should be granted an embassy within your territory in return. This is only mandatory in the following cases i) your nation has openly abused human rights in its recent history or ii) we feel it is a necessary to protect Xanastrovian citizens within your nation, be they living there or visiting.
Ground rules:
All foreign security staff may only utilise firearms with a calibre of .50in / 12.7mm or less except by prior approval
Diplomatic vehicles may be armoured but not armed
Embassy Security vehicles may be armed and armoured, but must remain on embassy grounds, except by prior approval.
Embassies are allowed one (1) unarmed helicopter / VTOL aircraft which will be stored at either airport within the capital, or by prior approval and dependant on size and available facilities, within the embassy compound itself.
Whilst there is no set upper limit on staff within the embassy, numbers must remain realistic i.e. 100 security staff are not needed to protect 10 embassy staff
All nations wishing to establish an embassy will be considered on an individual basis, regardless of any religious, political or economic leaning, and informed in due course if their application is successful.
