The cold war has ended. All around the world, people are left to pick up the pieces of vicious war.

In the Northern reaches of the world, An independent socialist state has torn itself free from the former soviet union. After the collapse of the iron curtain, the Rhumanians formed their own government, and retained communist status.

Now, the year is 1993. After four years, the Rhumian military is on the move.
All along the northern front, troops are mobilizing. They plan to create a new iron curtain, one that will cover the world. The worst part is, there are unconfirmed reports of the government holding WMD's. Communist nations, rally! Death to the fascists, the capitalists!

OOC: basically, anyone who wants to fight me and halt my advance can. I know this is my first post, but I have RP'ed many times before. Communist nations may forge alliances with mine. Anyone else can either be subsumed or stand and fight. The terrain for any battling will be tundra, with large expanses of pine forests, lakes and rivers.

The Worker's State of Kulikovia welcomes a new comrade into the global brotherhood of Socialist nations. Even though we are glad to see a comrade take a hard stance against Capitalists and Fascists, we feel that your intentions will only create global instability and bring about dire consequences upon your infant nation as well as perhaps the rest of the world. We strongly advise, as an older Socialist nation, against this saber rattling and aggressive movements.

Comrades of Kulikova, you must understand that, as a virtually unrecognizable nation on an international scale, we must come to make ourselves known. Whilst we would not wish for an instant on the destruction of the world, we realise that the capitalists and fascists cannot look after their own. We feel that, insignificant as we are, we must make a stand.

You are our comrades, our brothers and sisters in the struggle against Capitalism and Fascism. No nation that stands for the equality of the worker is by any means insignificant. We are a great Socialist nation that has experienced the world and its' workings. If our two nations were to become allies, then no nation would test you.

Your kind words fill our hearts with warmth. We have no desire to use our nuclear weapons on the M.A.D principle.
I am glad that you stand with us. You truly understand the morals of socialism. One day, I know, we will emerge victorious.
